Love the more private/intimate environment here. The Empress was fabulous. The menu had couple great bites. I think the charcuterie is supplied by Grater Goods, a Murray Hill favorite of mine! Easy enough to order gluten free, harder to order veggie/vegan.

My siblings and I took my mom here for Mothers Day. It was amazing! We enjoyed the food and drinks. The wine didnt tasted rich and smooth. This was nothing like Winn dixie or publix wines. The waitress Michelle was nice and timid. Dan was very helpful at picking the right wines for us to try. Anything we asked he took care of it.This is our first time and will not be our last. Also, covid friendly. There was enough space between other tables and social distance was apparent. Beautiful restaurant! We will go again. Please check out the delicious food we tried. There is more wine selections. I was sitting next to this one.

Oh my goodness! What can I say...other than AMAZING! Our server was Christina and she was phenomenal! Great customer services and very understanding since we had a large party. Our food came out hot and the flavors were simply wonderful! I will definitely return and grab some food. Oh and the drinks were made RIGHT!

OMG!!!! The fact that I am just now running into this place is a travesty.. When I say that this place is truly a hidden gem I really mean it.. My husband made a random stop and told me to go in and try not to buy anything.. At first glance I wasnt expecting anything.. I was pleasantly surprised, I found so many great spirits and I spotted several bottles of wine that take time to find. I cant wait to go back, they also have a restaurant and bar that looks amazing (opens at 4 PM, I was early) Yes, I did buy something from this wonderful place that I havent been able to find in your neighborhood ABC.. I had a great experience and I look forward to becoming a regular here..Thank you.

Amazing atmosphere, great staff, great selection. The manager, Greg, was super knowledgeable about whiskey and showed us a really good time. Each of the Tapas and drinks we ordered were delicious. We live at the beaches but plan on making this a regular commute. Dont think twice!

Wonderful wine and cheese tasting, as well as very knowledgeable staff

Drinks are great worth the buck, dinner entree not so much the flavor there but the portion could be a little bigger. The cheese and charcuterie board could be on board instead of a plate the presentation would look better and look worth 20 dollars . A place for cocktail and appetizers.

Super cool little gem annexed to the actual liquor store. The food is gourmet and tasty but dont go there very hungry for the portions are modest in size.But, great variety of wines and beers, friendly staff and great ambience. A must go.

Wait. A restaurant with a great chef and changing plates AND I can get the wine or liquor paring before I leave theough the package store? Take my money! Also, excellent service on both sides of the bar, and in the store. Looking for something specific, just ask. If they dont have the brand, these folks know what is just like it. Give it a shot, and try the cheese plate.

Great people and wonderful prices

I went into Riverside Liquors tonight to have dinner my experience was not good at all I found out the menu has changed because of covid-19. they have increase their house wines to $12 a glass I was not informed of that and I even asked not very happy with the experience I will not return and I will inform all my friends that we used to come there for many years not to return to this place

I had a 5-star experience at Riverside Liquors! Todd and Chase welcomed me and shared great information on their bourbons and wines. They were very patient and treated me as if I were a long-time customer, even though I am rarely on this side of town. I look forward to returning often!

Dont let their name fool you! Yes, Riverside Liquors is an upscale liquor store, but in the back of the store you will find the most unique, cozy restaurant with a rotating menu of small plates and bar service. My friend and I frequent here at least once a month and have never been disappointed. The rotating menu of small plates (including flat bread style pizza) are vegetarian friendly and delicious. The prices are mid-range, and well worth it for the quality, quantity and great service.

Stopped in with my husband to get his favorite scotch. He hasnt really branched out much from his go-to of Glenlivet. An employee named Devin showed him where the scotches were and not only offered suggestions on recommended scotches, but also poured a sample of his personal favorite for both myself and my husband. We went with his recommendation of the Glendronach. Devin came back to bring the bottle we were holding up to the counter for us while we browsed the store, as we were enjoying browsing their impressive collection! Highly impressed with the selection and the helpfulness of the employees!

The liquor store has an amazing selection. The staff cares about finding you exactly the right item. I have never left disappointed.The restaurant in back has a “friend’s basement bar” vibe with very high quality drinks and tapas. Again, the staff is so friendly and devoted to making sure you have a great experience. Stop by for an after work drink and leave with a bottle for later.

Great place to buy your favorite spirits! Very helpful employees! Good parking, on the street and in a parking lot. Next time I want to check out happy hour.

Always nice in there.

Local wine shop with a hidden gem of a restaurant in the rear of the building. If youre not a wine aficionado, but looking for something special to staff here are well-versed in all the wines they sell Im more than happy to spend some time with you selecting wines. As for the restaurant sign up for the event list so youre getting notified of upcoming tastings or dinners. They sell out almost immediately so if youre serious you have to jump on it.

Hands down my favorite place to buy my liquors. Excellent choosing of whiskeys, gins, vodka, tequila, rum, you name it. Good selection of local and popular beers. Tons and tons of wines. Staff is very helpful and will help you find a flavor profile in your budget or usage case (neat or mixed, etc.) They also do wine tastings and have a restaurant which Im told is fantastic.

Long established local business. They know their craft well. I was especially grateful for their assistance as I was buying a gift for someone else. They appear to offer simple but complimentary gift wrap. If you give them some parameters, region, varietal, etc, they seem happy to walk you to a range of good suggestions. You are likely to pay a little more here than some big chain competitors, but the service is worth it.

This place is real love. They have been around forever and started in the heart of 5 points. Every Friday from 5-8 pm they have a complimentary wine tasting and if you havent been make a point to go to this event. There are people of all ages and they really draw a crowd. Debate long and hard, buy a bottle and they will uncork it for free while you enjoy one of their many delicious apps. I am in love with their bacon wrapped dates. (In case you are scared to wander around a place, the bar is way way in the back.)Not interested in wine, then walk around and check out their stellar liquor assortment. Engage one of the employees and they will find something that will make your heart sing.Seriously these guys are great. There is a reason people go every Friday night and it isnt the free wine, its the whole package.

This is easily the best liquor store in Jacksonville. The selection is unparalleled, the staff is beyond knowledgeable, and the service is first class. I visit here weekly just to browse and to learn from the staff. Do yourself a favor and visit. You will not only get a great product, but expand your knowledge and support a local business.

They sell Barbancourt Rum! Its a hard find in Jax.

The selection for liquor and wine is pretty decent, along with the prices. Employees are friendly, helpful, and know about the products. There arent many mixers to choose from, but that is not most important. A friends mom frequents the bar in the back and enjoys it very much! These are people who take care of their customers and aim to build relationships with them so when you walk in they know you.

Free wine tastings every Friday are appreciated. You get ideas for affordable whites and reds. The restaurant has good food while offering something more than what you get at common moderately priced restaurants. Great variety of wines, liquors and champagnes that range in price from just under $10 and up. In fact, check out the sale rack at the front of the store. I always find choices that I end up enjoying.

Haven’t tried their food yet I hear it’s great. I come here for their great selection of liquor. I enjoy the cozy bar and their drinks are well crafted!

My go-to for wine & liquor and delicious food. The only thing thats missing IMO is live music. I would love to hear a jazz band playing here, and maybe an open mic night for local vocalists and musicians. But regardless, its always a good time here!

Melt in your mouth beef tenderloin. A unique dining experience from the back of a liquor store that puts out 5 star food. If you love beets the beet salad is the best youll find anywhere.

Ive never done the bar in the back, but it always seems lively and has a good crowd.While the liquor selection is top notch, the beer choices can be a little slim. What the have is great, but this is a place for spirits and wine.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Ive passed this place so many times not knowing how amazing this place was. Its truly is a great spot to get with friends or go on a date. I really like their menu options and drink menu. I do suggest to try their Side car. Definitely worth going in!

My friend and I visited this place on a whim. We absolutely loved it. The staff was really nice the food tasted great and was reasonably priced. Our waiter Robby recommended a Moscato to drink with dinner and it tasted so good, my friend and I both bought a bottle to take home. Will come back again for the Friday night wine tasting!

Great wine selection, and I love the Gin Blossom cocktail served at the bar! I had the pleasure of hosting a birthday party in the restaurant, and the staff members were so wonderfully friendly and helpful, I cant say enough kind things! The food was excellent, and the biggest hits seemed to be the mac and cheese and the bacon wrapped olives!

5/5 The combination of the steak, sides, wine and dessert! Was amazing! For the price i paid with the experience, it should defiantly be a lot more money. But i love that it was affordable for me and my date and delicious as well!

This place is amazing. There is a liquer store in the front, which has a log cabin feel to it. Then it progresses to a resturant, and finally, veers off to the right for a bar.

We went here for a going away party. The have a restaurant area behind the liquor store area. The waiter did a really good job of getting everyone served and even kept the checks sorted among the 20 or so people going and going.
