Ashley is super professional and wicked cool. Great customer service and a great vibe. I have been pierced in this location on my body before so I was nervous but during and after I was made to feel totally comfortable. Totes recommended 100%. Seems like an all female crew too (at least when I was there it was a female staff). If you were curious or questioning before dont fear. Chill atmosphere, good manners and service. DeWittEdit: The artwork hanging up done by the tattoo artists are fun and original. Maybe Ill get my next tat there too!!!

Miss Suzi did an excellent job of covering up a terrible dolphin tattoo I had with a beautiful hummingbird. You can’t even tell the dolphin was even there. I am so pleased with her work and will be going back for more work. She also took care of my husband by retouching and brightening up a couple of old tattoos, they look fantastic!

Ashley is really good at what she does. Very calm and sweet, especially clear with how to care for your piercing. Always a pleasure to go to and she has a beautiful selection of high quality jewelry. Sanitary conditions are excellent.

Went to have a consultation. To fix a tattoo I didnt like. Met Crowbar. He saw what I had to cover up. He fit me in ASAP. Even with a full book. He freehand drew a cover up for my tattoo( he didnt do the first one) he did a Beautiful cover up. He talked me through the entire tattoo. Amazing! He made my experience the BEST ! Cant say anything but positive stuff! Definitely will be back!

Took my daughter (17) to get her belly button pierced for her birthday. The place was clean and Ashley checked us in right on time. Ashley checked to make sure we had brought our paperwork (notarized parent consent form) and then explained the process. My daughter was scared about the pain and Ashley did a great job of keeping her calm. The piercing itself was quick and relatively painless. The only complaint we would have was the small selection of jewelery to choose from at the studio. We would definitely use Ashley Darling for another piercing.

First time here and Ill never come back, the lady at the desk was so respectful to the customer ahead of me but when it was my turn she was so rude and dropped all the jewelry on the ground then got mad that I didnt want to buy it. Said something so rude to me and I just walked out such a horrible experience.

Unfortunately not a good experience with the actual work but their staff are nice and friendly

So I had my nipples pierced twice from a different place and they were not even and too far back. The jewelry they used was made of nickel and was too short as well. It bled both times too. Third times the charm and I found Ashley who did a fantastic job and was very professional. She took the time to see what length would be best and explained how her process is less damaging to the tissue and it didnt even bleed. 6/5 stars

The positive: Ive been here twice, both times for piercings. Ashley first did a surface bar piercing for me in my chest and a year later I went back and had her do a forward helix piercing. The process was as painless and quick as a piercing could be. She was very confident and knowledgeable.The not so positive: I was a bit taken back by how dry and not so customer friendly she came across. I almost felt as if she was put out by actually working. I chalked it up to a long day ( the first piercing was done at night after work) so I didnt get to offended. She was a bit more pricey than any other piercer in the area but I really wanted the surface bar. The second time I came back she was just as flat and dry as I remembered her the first time but my first piercing looked so good I proceeded with the forward helix.Ive seen so many reviews about her being rude which at times I felt the same way. So my suggestion is if you want quality work shes my recommend, if you want a best friend whos friendly and bubbly you have to keep looking. Lol

Crowbar is a fantastic Artist and Tattooer. Experienced, professional and down to earth. I feel like made a friend. Not only did he draw a unique and original design for me from the picture I sent him, I was able to make an appointment within a few days from our initial consult. I will be going back for my next work of Body Art, my husband is scheduling his appointment and Im happy to recommend Crowbar to everyone. My sister and I went in today, both for septum piercings. Ashley was friendly, professional, and clearly very dedicated to her work. Both of us have had this piercing before and took them out for various reasons, and she asked us questions about why, and talked with us about the issues we’d had with our previous piercings, which had both been done by the same piercer and not in the correct spot, so the jewelry never fit right and wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. This is my 3rd try at this piercing and I’m already so much happier with how it looks and how the jewelry fits. I wish I’d had the money to splurge on the solid rose gold piece I wanted, but I plan to go back for as it was BEAUTIFUL.

I’m 15, and never have had a facial piercing before. My lobe piercings never healed and i don’t have good experiences with them so i was really really anxious about getting my septum done. But Ashley was very patient with my small panic attack and even gave me a stuffed animal to hold :) . After the piercing was done she was very precise on what to do and where. I was super happy my parents chose this place for me and will definitely come back if I ever choose to have more piercings.

Wife got a awesome tattoo today. Will come back for more. The feel when u walk in is clean and friendly. No crazy looking flash all over the walls, just drawings from the artists in the shop. I only mentioned pricing and jewelry options after you kept saying what do you mean, to every basic question I asked you. Next time, stop what you are doing and pay attention to the customer. Vague? You werent even listening. The whole call seemed as if you were occupied doing something else. I immediately called another tattoo place and they knew exactly what I was saying and I asked them the same exact questions, the same way I asked you and they never asked me huh what do you mean, huh what??? I was in town and managed to get an appointment with Crowbar. He did an amazing job and I cannot be happier with the tattoo I got. He saw the style I liked from my previous tattoos and made the one I got flow with the rest perfectly. I highly recommend this tattoo shop to anyone looking for quality ink.

I think the piercer is very competent. I read a review where someone called her rude. I dont that is true. I think she takes her job seriously. I think she is talented and sells quality jewelry for her piercings. Most piercers and tattoo artist are blunt and too the point. I wouldnt take it personal.

I had a great experience at Grimmwerks today! I went out on a whim and decided to have my belly button re-pierced after almost 10 years. I was very skeptical about whether or not it was too shallow, but after one quick look, Ashley made me feel so comfortable and settled my nerves. It was quick and painless! She also went out of her way to help me find the jewelry that I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. I would highly recommend!

I got my 3rds, Helix, and nostril done by Ashley. I had and amazing experience. I went the first time and got my helix and 3rds for my 16th birthday. Me and my apprehensive mother were so happy with my experience with those piercings we decided a month later to go back to get my nostril. She did each piercing as quickly and painless as possible. Seriously the best place to get a tattoo, staff is extremely friendly and very talented!! Ive been to 3 tattoo shops in town I have 6 tattoos and I must say if you go here its worth it.

Went to look at jewelry and they only have one person selling it and she wasnt there... And no other helpful or friendly tips.
