They were the only campus that had a cap and gown for my height. Otherwise, I would have been really sad come graduation day. Thanks Deerwood Campus Bookstore!

Everyone is always pleasant and helpful The lines are always short some of the staff is not as knowledgeable about questions but they can always find someone to help

Fantastic College grounds with plenty of parking including handicap parking spaces also. Perfect college securiry and safer promises. Staff members are always ready to answer any pertinent questions you might have at the Deerwood FSCJ campus.

Great staff! Definitely come when you have time though you won’t get out as quick as you think. And the Bookstore hours are AWEFUL!!! I work 9-530 M-F... how do you expect this to work for people? You really need to adjust your hours if you’re going to claim yourself a school who works around anyone’s schedule.

I called over the phone just like Ive always done every semester to have all my books put aside as they hold your books for up to 3 days or so and I go and pick them up. Makes a huge convenience to me so I dont have to spend a long time inside the store waiting for them to run back and forth to get my books. So I called around 4:40pm on Wednesday January 2nd and the first person I talked to had no idea what she was doing so she put someone else on the phone, that person literally told me she couldnt help me or service me because the inside of the store was too busy with a lot of customers and I would be on hold for a very long time waiting. I told her Im a customer too! She said she understands but she couldnt help me that I needed to come into the store because looking up my classes by class numbers would take too long and they were too busy with customers inside the store. I was telling her how rude that was and she kept trying to over talk me saying have a nice maam, have a day so I hung up on her. Absolutely terrible service! I dont even live in Jacksonville and yet I have always chosen to always go to the Deerwood campus bookstore, but not anymore because of this terrible experience I have had!

The librarian was nice and helpful. I went here to get a replacement school ID. The picture was horrible, but my experience was A1.

Very clean and the best of the bookstores out of the FSCJ camupuss.

Went here a few times with my wife for supplies for her classes. Staff was nice and we found what she needed.

Overall good, textbooks can be expensive but they had some good options and the store was nice and kept clean.
