My visit to the bookstore was impromptu but they have an amazing variety of gear, supplies, books and more. The safety protocol during Covid-19 is that they require masks. The checkout was quick and easy. The store was clean, organized and Ill definitely be visiting for more gear when the winter apparel comes out.

If I’m paying $100+ for textbooks I’d at least expect for the books to arrive in good condition. I just received my books and one of them has the pages all mixed around. Now I have to sort through 300+ pages and get them in order. This is why I’d rather stick to Amazon rentals and will be from now on.

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing trying to find nursing books for my daughter. Fortunately there were some extremely helpful young ladies that took care of me like I was like family. Hidden behind my mask was a huge smile but I have no doubt they saw the relief in my eyes. Thank you ladies. Stay COCKY!

Best experience I have ever had with the staff. Lady today was very helpful. Great selection of merchandise. I felt a better overall experience today.

After being assured over and over my books would arrive prior to the start of the semester, my books arrived after the start and one never arrived. I had tried to cancel the order prior to the start so I could order the books from another supplier to receive them in time. As if that wasnt awful enough, I was charged a replacement and rental charge on a rental prior to me even finishing my finals. The bookstore displays partnership with suppliers who engage in predatory practices for students who are largely learning remotely during this pandemic. I have ordered all my books new from another supplier for next semester for less than half the price, and I have confirmation those have shipped with plenty of time to spare.

Friendly staff and helpful

My son and I were there for Accepted Student Day, and the woman who was at the register was so friendly! She asked my son questions, thanked us for being there, and said she was looking forward to seeing him in the Fall. The prices are a little high, but her personal touch made it worthwhile.

Went here to buy some tickets to a music event. Although they did not have them they where nice and told me where to get them. Seamed like a nice college bookstore other than that.

Very very nice place. Very clean and organized. It shows off wonderful character. And it is very relaxing to just sit down and read a few pages of your book. I went there for a job interview at one time. Very nice library.

Great store with huge sections of almost everything JSU related.

Barnes and Nobles bookstore, staffed by students. Mostly outrageous prices. Usually well stocked with required texts, lab manuals and equipment. Service depends on the student.

Always a favorite place to go and shop. Very clean and great staff.

Some nice JSU t-shirts and gifts. They sale books also.
