Do not order from the online bookfair. They have a double pending charge on my account and gave me the run around when i had my bank conferenced in. ALSO the first lady i talked to this morning caught an attitude with me when i was simply inquiring about the situation. i work customer service, and that was unacceptable.

Fantastic deals. Its an actual warehouse so they do have people working to fill orders and the books can be a little disorganized, but people are very friendly and helpful if youre looking for something specific. I tend to just go and browse my way through aisles.
