Limited hours of operation. Ridiculously difficult to navigate your way to the entrance... between the wrong way, do not enter and stop signs...you will most likely find yourself turning around at the wing place next door. Strangely enough- you pull in at the back of the building, drive around the right side and park at what would normally be the back car park! Go figure! Perhaps one day I might be able to purchase new duty trousers! 5.11 womens sizes are all over the map from style to style. They are high quality and well worth the investment, but not the headache of returns through the mail because you cannot figure out the sizing! Seriously, your hours of operation are rather conflicting to the schedule of your target market!

Customer service is elite. Store is tidy, easy to find things and very aesthetically pleasing. There is a spot for everything and everything in its spot. The employees are clearly well trained and well taken care of by the company because they are very genuine and cheerful! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this 5-11.

In town for vacation, stopped by and found exactly what I was looking for with the help of a kind, friendly, professional well informed salesperson.

Very helpful staff. Store was clean and well organized. I try to support the local stores but you will definitely pay top dollar for the items you find here, but good quality.

As a 23 year federal instructor and military vet who has constantly invested money into tactical gear, I expected to be treated respectfully. Regardless of status or titles, customer service should be exercised to every patron. My husband and I decided to visit this location while in the area. We entered the store at the same time as another couple. The other couple was greeted and we were ignored. The same employee looked me in my face and turned his head. I abruptly stopped and greeted him in a robust, sarcastic tone, which made my position very clear. I guess my skin tone caused him to be selective in conducting his retail duties. Needless to say, we were not assisted and absolutely DID NOT make the purchase that we intended. I definitely will be reporting the incident to corporate. I’ll spend my money at Amazon.

Stopped in because it was new and I had never seen what they had in stock. Great selection of knives, tactical clothes, gun accessories, and my favorite part: they carry Black Rifle Coffee! Always nice to support a veteran-owned business without having to order online and wait/pay for shipping! Employee was friendly and clothes were all organized as well.

Found nothing made in the USA here except Benchmade knives. Everything made in Vietnam, Bangladesh or China.

Such a great store. Everything I like all in one place. The staff are friendly and helpful, they have great prices and sales, and all of the clothing snd equipment is top quality. I’ve had their clothes for almost a year now and it’s still in new great condition. I would suggest coming here if you are an athletic or military style person, there are several options for everyone.

Lots of clothes you didnt know 5.11 even made. Friendly and helpful staff but this location is often crowded so mornings when they open are best. Very clean store and comfortable to be in and trying on clothes. Highly recommend their clothes and this shopping experience.

Went to check the store out to see how it was, looking for a rifle bag I saw on the website. Was disappointed. Love 5.11 gear however can definitely get better pricing online. A few good deals were available but all in all overpriced. The staff however was very friendly and the store itself very neat and pristine.

Staff is very helpful here... Otherwise the merchandise is nice enough, but overpriced in my opinion. Its turned into another just buying the brand kind of deal. Im my opinion you get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

If you’re going to buy from 5.11, buy from them online. You’re guaranteed they’ll have what you need in stock. Of all the things to carry for plate carrier attachments, they have “all of their MOLLE selection in stock here, but the side plate attachments.” Makes perfect sense. Gear up, but don’t be ready to stop holes. What a stupid thing to say and not have.

Tactical my aunt sallys rear end. Its an upscale clothing shop located right outside the college with every item of clothing bearing a 5.11 logo that happens to sell a few knives at the checkout desk. Not a damned thing tactical about it.

Great customer service and willingness to help. Not to mention the quality of the product is second to none! OUTSTANDING!!

Staff was nice but I was disappointed to hear they don’t give a military/first responder discount in store. I needed to pick up a few things in a time crunch and couldn’t get to base, so I paid a premium here. Military folks: don’t bother shopping here in person, go to base if you have the time.

The place was clean and nice but did not have a lot of size seletion. Found pants I liked for work but they didnt have my size. Husband had the same issue. I hope thats not the trend.

Clothing with a purpose. You could call it a tactical clothing store,but, that would limit the uses of the clothes, boots, packs and other gear you can pick up here. The prices could be described as a little expensive,but, I have 511 pants that are almost 20 years old and have worn them to climb in Georgia, cave in West Virginia and paddle across the state of Florida several times. So, you can say, their products last. There staff are helpful and the company has training opportunities each month through their ABR Academy. Go in and check them out.

Had a hard time finding a pair of pants in my daughters size (0). Christian went above and beyond to locate a pair and have them transferred for her. She has always loved 5-11 and now loves them even more!!

Everything is pretty basic and 3 times the price of anywhere else online. It seems like they just slap a 5.11 logo on and charge 3 times more. Didnt have a molle pouch I was looking for so I decided to 1 day it off of Amazon instead

Nice store with very polite and helpful staff but I must say, I’m very disappointed and even more surprised they don’t offer a military discount. The couple that walked in right after us asked the same question about military discounts with the same look of disappointment and confusion as us.

Been wearing 5.11 gear for years. So glad there is a store in town now. Been shopping at Navy Exchange, but stock is very limited. Usually have to order online. Not anymore!

Store was ok... but not what I expected. Looked for a particular backpack (Morale16L, would have been ok with the 20L). Was told that it was clearanced out of the store and they didnt carry the 20L. No acceptable alternative in store, worse yet, none was offered either. Decided to grab some gloves to replace an old set till I saw they were more than double what Gander Mountain (who was generally overpriced already) was selling them for when they opened up at River City. All in all, limited product selection more for the tacti-cool customer that thinks that any gear will do as long as it has the right label on it and a friendly, but unengaged staff. Ill just order online thru the website (or a competitors) and save the gas.
