If you go at the right time, youll find the designs and styles in your size. Price is always good. Often the prices do not reflect the sales price until you get to register which is a nice surprise, in addition to the 2nd pair 1/2 off as usual. You have to be lucky to find mens size 12 wide as they are popular, go often.

Would do 2.5 stars if possible. Good selection and decent prices but customer service is extremely lacking until youre at the register.

My mom has been treated by Dr Jeroudi and his crew for several years. They have always made my mother feel comfortable and safe with her procedures. Even at busy times they all work efficiently to get the patients treated. The office crew is great as well! So very helpful in helping me with FMLA paperwork.

Fair amount of shoe options for everyone and more than just one shoe in one size. Excellent staff! Titus was very accommodating with my disability and helpful towards my purchasing experience from beginning to end. Footwear its reasonable priced and when its on a sale its a good sale! Will come back for sure. Only reason Im marking down is they dont carry athletic shoes, no cleats or climbing shoes at all. If they had an athletic section it would be full service and five stars for sure.

This store had a renovation. It looks better and almost seems bigger. Theres more to choose from. I found what I wanted in 10 minutes and was out the door in 15. They had BOGO (buyonegetone) going on but their prices are a little high. Thats my only wish is that they would come down on their prices 10-15%. Other than that, Great Store. More like a 4.5

Being a size 11 is not an easy task to find shoes and at RRS that isn’t an issue for me. If not available they can order them and that make my life so much easier. They are always willing to please besides having a wide variety and great specials.

Honestly, I was not a fan of the store before but my husband bought a pair of sandles that was too small and I had to return them. The store was packed with shoes but not my size in what I wanted. The cashier searched their system and told me exactly where I could find my size instead of running all over town searching. The new store had it and the current sale was better than when he purchased them. Today I got 2 pairs for the price of one (BOGO Free). So I got the same shoe in two colors...since I couldnt decide which one to get. Quality shoes. Awesome!! Will definitely go back often.

You got the 1 star cause giving you none wasnt an opion. If i could attach my Receipts i would. I paid for 2 shoes. They made me pay full price for the more expensive pair and gave me half off the cheaper pair. Long story short the shoe was the wrong size. (Not wide enough)So i go back and exchange/return them. Looked all over for a shoe to fit. Couldnt find one. So during the return the manager named William informed me that even though the shoes i paid full price for and clearly states it on my receipt, that now they will only give me half of the refund of the more expensive shoe.I work hard for my money and wont shop at a place where i feel i have been treated unfairly. Who knows how many people you screw by doing this but i will no longer be one of these fouls! It may be legal but its pour practice.

Worst customer service ever I spend about $2,000 on shoes for my employees in the store I purchased a shoe 2 weeks ago I told them kind of uncomfortable they talked me into buying it cuz they told me just to wear it at home if I dont like it I can return it. Then I tried to return it they told me only can give me a store credit because its been worn on my foot. I told them it was on my foot in my house what has all carpet and we dont wear shoes from the street in my house so it had to be clean. the store manager already give me attitude before I even start talking I guess he just dont like white people cuz he was very nice with the black couple front of me anyway I went down the street to another store . I had no issue returning it I even asked the other store manager if she can tell me if the shoes being worn outside she said definitely not because the shoe bottom was white and compared to their unsold shoes it look the same this guy his name is starts with the W needs to go back to the training he shouldnt be in store manager he should be just a floor person adjusting shoe boxes I think this year Im just go with Famous Footwear and spend my money there instead of these guys.

Whenever I go here I rarely find what I want they have all the premium brands but the prices are really high I guess if you really want it its worth it but theres not a high level of service commitment but they do have a lot of options however expect to pay more.
