This has to be the first pro shop that actually drilled my husbands ball correctly to where his thumb wouldnt get stuck in the ball. These guys are very friendly and welcoming, even though we came up at closing time. They were still very friendly and helpful.

They do a great job but have become overpriced just to drill a ball.

Poor Experience. Requested finger grips be replaced. Seems simple. I could have done a better job myself. First after being fitted for the correct size and acknowledging the correct size. The wrong size was installed. Then had to go back a week later. They confirmed that this was not uncommon and would swap out. When they changed. Glued to high so they proceeded to use a razor to cut the grip down. Scratched the bowling ball with the razor. Then butchered the finger grip. The picture shows the type of service provided.

A clean well stocked store. Corey VERY knowledgable about bowling acesories and ball layouts for a specific end result. Corey is easy to talk to as are most Professionals that know thier craft and how to apply it to solve problems.

This pro shop provides excellent service and the staff is very knowledgeable. Very well stocked with bowling balls, shoes and bags. If they dont have it they can get it very fast. Usually within a day or two.

Awesome people and pro shop. I had my daughters ball drill at another shop and it was drilled way to big for her. I went here on her coaches recommendation to get it fixed. They took the time to correctly measure and fit her hand and gave me the measurements to take to the shop that originally drilled it and have them fix it. I decided to just stay with bowlersmart and had them fill and re-drill the ball, didnt want to chance it being done wrong again. It turned out perfect! They provided advice and recommendations without any sales pressure and were truly only concerned with helping my daughter have a great experience with bowling. They will get all my business, I wouldnt go any place else.
