The miniature golf was really awesome. I was looking for something fun for my 11 year old. He loved it. The prices seemed really good. I got my deal on Groupon. Staff was friendly and polite. I highly recommend going here for some family fun!

Went to bowl a quick game during league times..had a great little area for non-league bolwers! Had a blast. A few other things to do there need to go back. A little update needed on the game side but definitely worth a try. Take the family for a night of fun..

Very family friendly. My daughter enjoyed bowling so much. They have special balls for 5 and under. Bumpers automatically go up and down so the kids can play on the same lane. The arcade was super fun and they have laser Tag prizes etc. Theres something here for everyone. Only complaint was with the Cafe. The portions are super small and the help is rude.

I have visited twice now in an attempt to get enough tickets for the big Pikachu and I am still not quite there, but I am having loads of fun! I really appreciate this arcade, and the bowling allies and golf looks fun as well! My main focus when I have visited has been on the arcade, and there is a hearty variety of games to play. I love the old Sonic basketball game, and smashing the clowns in the throwing game relieves a lot of stress. I feel as if these places have an important place in our community, due to the entertainment they provide all ages. Had a great time, and hopefully I can win that Pikachu!

It has one thing that this world really needs right now. A sense of community. My sons and I have been going there for a couple of years now and the employees do there best to make you feel welcome and safe. And with a arcade and laser tag attached to it. It provides local family fun to there community and the surrounding area. I would recommend any family to go.

This was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon in Jacksonville, of course with the Covid-19 restrictions it was a little strange. All in all we had a good time playing mini golf and in the arcade. I would definitely recommend this place for family fun.

My son loves this place. We go all the time, thankfully they offer Kids Bowl Free during summer or wed be broke between the bowling, video games and mini golf. I just pray he never gets into the lazer tag.

My granddaughter just started working there and she loves it. So for that reason I am impressed with the management for making it a good place to work.

First visit to Batt Family Fun Center and was so impressed with their employees. Each one was very nice and helpful. The bowling alley was very clean and modern. We will be back.

All the domestic beer taps were down. The woman at the counter ignored us for a good few minutes until she finally said what do you need? The nachos were cold. We got $10 gift cards for the arcade but could not use them for mini golf. All the ticket prizes were garbage.

Outdated and overpriced as equivalent pricing with other better bowling places such as Splitz and Main Event. Even worse other bowling places allow you to host and bring cakes for birthday. This place doesn’t allow you to eat cakes. Stay away from this place.

Its a fun place. Went there for the mini golf and it is fun but the course could use a little updating. Also you cant even see the scorecard in the dark. Maybe they should use a paper that would glow under the black lights. Went over the bowling section afterwards and it was very busy. We were able to get a lane right away but there was an issue as soon as we started and had to get help from an employee. Also there was just food garbage left all over the place. Obviously people should learn to clean up after themselves but if the party has left and theres garbage left behind, someone should come to clean it up.

Me and my guys from the hood stopped in and had a blast. 2nd place twice and won a few bucks. Full service bar on site!

Great party. Sim was the best ever to help with the party. Lady bug was kind but needed more help. Seemed it may have been her first party. She needed one second person to help her out and it would have run smoother. They were very patient and kind. Much better than Bowl America in Mandarin. We were happy and will be back.

Went today for my nieces birthday party, The staff was very nice and professional. The inside was clean, and has a lot to do, tons of games, laser tag, krazy black light mini golf, regular and black light bowling. All inside this 45,000 sq. foot area. The pizza wasnt bad. I was surprised. The kids and the adults had a great time. Definitely recommend u visit, and play the blazer tag. Its fun, even for adults. I took tons of pics, check them out. A ton of fun! We were originally going to go to adventure island but they were close and went to batt instead. Got the 2 rounds of lazer tag and a $20 card for 20 buck. Had a blast, would recommend and will go again

Bowling was fun, food was good. They tried to charge me double to play Billards, the sign said 2 people for 8 per hour but he tried to charge us 8 dollars each.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind and everything was reasonably priced. My kids and I really enjoyed bowling, we cant wait to come back for Mini Golf and Laser Tag.

We had some technical issues with the lanes but othrr than that the food was great and we had a great time. Great customer service .

The arcade area had a strong urine smell when we were there 7/17/2021 and the mens restroom was closed. The putt putt area wasnt cool at all--not good on a 90+ degree summer day.

We had a Birthday day party with our host Sam.Which did an amazing job serving us and very nice.Would recommend her if you do a party .Great Lazer tag, bowling, and golf.I would recommend having a party here.

Always have a fun time at Batt Family Fun Center. The boutique lanes are awesome for our birthday parties! Everyone enjoys the arcade and Krazie golf too. Plenty for the adults to play like the kids we are with billiards and laser tag.The league bowling looks like a great time too. Maybe in the future that’s a possibility.Can’t wait to be back soon! Do you like being jammed into a small space with lots of other people, and loud games? If the answer is yes, then this is your place. With Adventure Landing on Blanding closing this may be your only option besides a drive into Orange Park for Chuck E Cheese.

Clean bowling alley. Service is great and the Pro Shop is top tier. There are daily specials and the food is pretty good also.

Friendly staff, but the Krazy golf is not for kids. My wife and I couldnt do some of the holes in less than 10 strokes. It was pretty much impossible for my 4 and 7 year olds. And the arcade area was just not fun. Lots of games of chance. Very few games that either kid could do.

Highly suggest going I went when I was in Jacksonville for vacation and I ended up spending a good bit of time there bowling and the 3 D mini golf was way better than expected

The food was terrible. The bathrooms were aweful and smelly. There was construction and it felt very dirty.

I would love to rate them a 5 but lets address somethings.. The bar closes when the league games are over which is super Stooooopid because they arent the only customers when asked why the bartender was abrasive, and rude it was a question because wanted to know for future reference.. Duhhhhhhhh.. Allll the other staff where super sweet and professional especially the young lady taking food orders shes a gem Keep her.. I loved the fact they actually cleaned the blowing areas throughout the time I was there the bathroom wasnt disgusting.. But Please consider by the pool tables turning on the darts game and possibly lowering the game room prices. 1.00 or more per game is robbery.. Overall my dad was happy on his FATHERS day which was the most important

They need to do some repairs and need to get some people that want to work. We had a ball that stuck and had to wait and went back three times to ask them to fix it.

Great Family Fun Center! I bought a deal through Groupon to do the 3D Glow in the Dark Krayzie Golf Course for 4 for $20. It also gave us 2 $10 arcade cards...so it was basically free. The family had a great time, and the kids really enjoyed the course. The course is very challenging and fun. The atmosphere was lively and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They have a decent variety of arcade games. It was very busy, but most the people were bowling. They have a huge bowling area, but I suggest calling ahead, because they do have a waiting list. Thats how busy it get. We played the arcade bowling game instead. They offer great prizes, at the typical ticket/prize ratio. They have a snack bar that offers the basic food at reasonable prices. We had burgers and fries, and it was good. They also offer a pool table area and a bar for the older crowd, which I find unique! Will definitely go back!

Food was cooked to order, fast, hot and tasty. Bowling was fun and the bathroom was clean.

They are super friendly! Its a great place to bowl if you can actually get an available lane. The owner also runs the pro shop and hes pretty awesome too. Theyre just a little pricey but its worth it.

Celebrated granddaughters birthday awesome

I called and asked about open bowling prior to arriving and was told it was available. Showed up with my 11 year old 30 minutes later around 12 pm and was told wed have to bowl on the cosmic side. It wasnt until after I paid that I realize I paid more than the posted price. I was told that that was because we bowled on the cosmic side the cost was higher. I would have gone somewhere else had I known that. Thhe manager was quite nonchalant about it. Ill stick with kingpins from now on.

We took the kids here for a little weekend getaway and we loved it! Glow in the dark golf was their fav! We lucked up and caught a deal on Living Social.

The place seems as though it needs to be updated. They had a nat issue during our birthday celebration for my nephew in which the Nats were in our private room while serving pizza and had landed on the cupcakes. Probably wont return here

Its a family recreation center. The Lanes are maintained well and there are other things too do if youer not Bowling.

Its great for family for real took my four-year-old grandson and had a ball

Best alley in Jax. Only downside is the concession stand food isnt all that great in correlation to the price you have to pay. Other then that, solid bowling alley with employees that have real background on bowling. Even got custom bowling balls made here.

Like a compound now....me and my wife went to try the indoor mini golf course...it was really fun...plus bowling, arcades, 2 or 3 pool tables, laser tag. They put alot of effort into the statues and artwork.

A lot of fun especially the blacklight mini golf course after 7 p.m. they turn it into cosmic bowling they offer a big variety of beautiful bowling balls for sale and a couple sizes of cool bowling shoes you can buy new if you dont have a pair of socks they got you covered because they have a sock vending machine full of neon socks the food there is actually pretty good way better than I expected the pizza Taste of spices and garlic and it was good they also have a tiny arcade unfortunately most of the games dont take cash and you have to purchase a card with money loaded on in order to play the games

Plenty of bowling, an acceptable arcade, psycadelic 3d put-put and lazer tag. This place has got all kinds of stuff going on.

There werent any lanes available due to Tuesdays between 6 and 9pm leagues take up most of the lanes. The Boutique side, as they call it, cost more to bowl. We couldnt be accommodated to play on the Boutique side since no other lanes were open. Those lanes were no different. We paid the extra since we traveled from Middleburg. The lanes on the Boutique side was trash. The rails for kids were broken and the keypad menu was extremely difficult to press to input info. How do you charge extra for what is supposed to be a special side? But all in all we still made the best of it and enjoyed or visit.

Super fun cool place yall should definitely check it out!!

They ran out of chicken pizza and the lady cook say she wasnt cooking any more hamburgers and it was 1100 and the close at 1 on Fridays i will not recommend this spot and i brought 6 kids

Okay...so I’m that mom who HATES throwing birthday parties...but when my 5 year old asked for one, it was a given. Went to Batts with only 2 weeks notice, and they were able to get me in with no problem...on Super Bowl Weekend!!! We did the island hopper package, which I would ONLY recommend that package.Ladybug was our party attendant and Sim was also a major help and factor in my beyond positive experience. We had kids all under the age of 10 ( most were 3 - 6 year olds), and they all had so much patience and understanding of them. They took such good care of us I can even explain or show enough gratitude for making my boy’s 5th birthday the best party ever!Thank you all so much and we hope we tipped you well enough!

The owner, Barbara batts is very rude with her employees came in her last week with my family for bowling and the workers had a Attitude when asking about bowling prices saying “it’s on the menu” when our question we was asking about wasn’t on there. We ask to speak to the store manager they say she’s on a call, it’s take her 30 minutes to come out and talk to us. On top of that the food was cold and the tables were dirty. Never coming here again. Definitely calling somebody to try and get this place shut down
