Highly highly recommend The White Magnolia! I was nervous to try on wedding gowns, and they really made sure that I was comfortable leading up to the day of my appointment. Baylie was so nice, not pushy, and really made me feel like her main goal was me feeling beautiful and special. There were many gowns within my price range so I didn’t feel limited at all. If you’re looking for a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and spectacular gowns look no further. I’m so happy that I bought my dress here!

My experience at The White Magnolia was 10/10, best out of all bridal salons I visited while in search of my wedding dress! They were so attentive about appointments- sending text and email reminders. I loved how they also required me to fill out a survey pre-appointment so that they could better understand my style and how they could help me find “the one” based on my personal preferences. Bailey was the one who worked with me at both appointments. She was so patient and had such a positive outfit that helped me really get excited about the process and my options. Every question I asked her about possibility of customizing my dress was answered in detail. Overall amazing experience!!!

I bought my wedding dress one week ago and I am still glowing about the experience. Emma made us feel so comfortable from start to finish. I never felt pressured to buy a dress, and she gave honest advice. The entire experience was such a treat, I felt so special! Unlike other bridal salons where you are out in the open, this truly was a private event. You have own suite that is gorgeous! The store is also organized by price point, which I felt was very helpful and responsible. My sister attempted to have a dress delivered for me to try on, and the owner was fighting with Fed Ex for us to try to find it. We were so thankful they went the extra mile for us, even though the dress couldnt be obtained. The women working measured me a few times once I picked my dress to make sure everything was correct before placing my order. I wish I could relive the day all over again!

I had a great experience at The White Magnolia! Upon entering, there is a cute sign that displays every brides name that is coming in that day which makes you feel special. I love the aspect that when you book your appointment to shop for dresses, you have your own room for you and your party. Inside your room, there is another cute sign with your name on it and a candle burning (that smells amazing by the way)!! The shop is laid out neatly and they are clear on which racks have which price ranges. Once you pick the one and say yes to the dress, they pour champagne for you and your party! All the girls at the shop are sweet and helpful! I have and will recommend TWM to my friends and others who are soon to be brides!

I had an amazing experience at The White Magnolia! I was worried about them not having enough in my size and if I would find anything appropriate for my age, as this is my second marriage. I found multiple dresses that I fell in love with and the attention that was given from the team was more than I ever imagined. I can not wait to see my dress when it comes in. As a wedding photographer myself, it has been a lot of fun to be on the other side for once. The dress hunt was what I was dreading the most, but as it turns out, it was the most fun and exciting so far!!! Five stars all the way!!!!

The beautiful ladies at The White Magnolia Jacksonville went above and beyond to help be find my dream dress. They were the first shop I started my search and while there I fell in love with a specific designer. I did not find my dress that day but I was invited back as the designer would be having a truck show with new gowns in about 2 months. I went to a few other boutiques while I waited for the upcoming trunk show, but none of the boutiques compared to the White Magnolia. Upon my return for the trunk show I was welcomed back with open arms and already felt like I was a part of the family. At the end of the day I said “yes” to the dress and cannot wait to see it again when it arrives. If you live anywhere near a White Magnolia (especially Jacksonville), RUN don’t walk to make an appointment to find your dress today!

This place is horrible!! I cant believe how you treat your customers. The mask wasnt the PROBLEM! IT WAS LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!! GIVING HER 45MIN BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT SAYING SHE HAD TO WEAR ONE WHILE TRYING ON DRESSES! You told her when she booked the APPOINTMENT if everyone was vaccinated, we didnt have to wear one!! You could have told her in the message you sent the day before that things changed. SO HAPPY WE WENT TO LOVE A BRIDAL BOUTIQUE INSTEAD. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! She found the one!! And she was able to try on dresses without a mask! Please respond again so people can see how rude you are! 1 star is to good for this place. Should be a big fat 0

10/10 would recommend!! I had the absolute best experience finding my wedding dress! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting from the second I walked in the door! Everyone was so helpful and patient! They knew exactly what I wanted and I was able to try on so many beautiful gowns! I went home and slept on it for a few days before I decided on THE dress, and my second experience in the store was just as good as the first! Can not say enough about the White Magnolia! I was DREADING wedding dress shopping. I thought it would be an exhausting experience. I’m also in a rush due to an upcoming military deployment, and I was worried that I either wouldn’t find anything, or I’d settle for an imperfect dress because of the time pressure.Walking into White Magnolia and meeting Tara was an immediate relief. I instantly felt seen and understood, from my style, to my somewhat unique situation, to my anxiety regarding the entire dress shopping process. She made me and my friends feel so welcome, and most importantly she helped me find my dream dress — something I truly wasn’t expecting to find.I had my absolute dream experience at White Magnolia Jax and would recommend it (and specifically the manager Tara!) to every bride I know.

Everything leading up to the appointment was fantastic. They asked great questions, reached out via text, and were even able to move up my appointment, as requested. However, upon arrival it felt very impersonal. The attendee, Tara, did not help pick out any dresses, and basically had me pick out the dresses on my own, which was very stressful for me. When trying on dresses and giving feedback on what I was looking for, it seemed to go in one ear and out the other, as she chose dresses completely opposite of my description. I felt that she was focused on selling me a dress to earn commission, rather than selling me a dress that I loved and felt beautiful in for my special day. I was extremely disappointed, considering all the wonderful things I had heard about TWM.

I have always heard glowing reviews about TWM so as soon as I got engaged I knew I needed to go, and they definitely deserve all the hype! Tara and Kiana were so helpful, knowledgeable, sweet and they helped me select the most beautiful dress completely stress free. Truly I had a blast and I believe my group did as well! Highly recommend booking your appointment here, they are the best!

While I had a great time trying on dresses and Bailey did a great job at finding dresses that fit my needs and budget. I was convinced to purchase a specific size and order the dress new instead of purchasing off the rack like I initially intended. The real challenge happened when I took my dress to the seamstress and discovered it was 5-6 sizes too big. Thankfully, my seamstress at Dorothy & Ewa is a genius and can fix it. My entire dress is going to change and I am going in for my 3rd and fourth fitting this week to still try and get the dress to my actual size. I debated on whether or not to post this review but want to make it clear the white magnolia treated me like a princess and provided a private appointment its just that the dress they sold me was way beyond the normal size range that would work for me. I am paying a lot just to make it work as there are no exchanges or refunds.

Rachel helped me narrow down the styles I liked and by the end of my appointment found a dress that had everything I liked about all of the other dresses put together. The White Magnolia in Jacksonville was amazing! Walking in, I really didnt plan on selecting a dress. I thought I was going to need a few weeks to think about it. Tara was AWESOME at finding what I liked, allowing me time to think about each one, and helping me change from dress to dress so quickly! The White Magnolia provided me with the most amazing dress shopping experience. I set my appointment and arrived right on time, and they were immediately able to bring me back. They were very open and upfront about their Covid precautions (limit guests, wear masks, etc.), and everyone in my group felt very safe. Rachel was my consultant and she knocked it out of the park! I was able to look at dresses while she also picked styles based on what I told her I liked and my budget. I never felt pressured and I appreciated that she helped me open up my vision a bit. I was able to try on quite a few dresses in my appointment time and Rachel helped me actually build and say yes to my custom dream dress! I will absolutely tell all of my friends to go to White Magnolia for their dress shopping!

I originally planned on making a custom dress online. I had an exact vision of what I thought I wanted and I just wanted to try on a few styles to be sure about the silhouette or to see if any dress could be customized. I came there open minded and tried all the different styles and ended up falling in love with a totally different style than I expected. Rachel was amazing she was so nice and patient with me. She showed me tons of dresses and gave me great suggestions. Even after I picked my dress I was still a little indecisive and she gave me time to FaceTime and contact my friends for a second opinion, mind you I was the last appointment and they were getting ready to close. After I said yes to the dress they gave us champagne and a cute gift bag to celebrate. Amazing experience and great selection 10/10 would recommend.

I love The White Magnolia! I have shopped there twice for wedding dresses; once with a friend for her dress and more recently for my own for my 12/19/20 wedding. We were both looking for Hayley Paige and their selection of her dresses is just amazing! Also, both experiences have shown me just how great they are at helping every bride find “the one” so I knew they were the shop I wanted to find my dress at. I went during a Hayley Paige trunk show and was in love with a particular wedding dress prior to shopping. My stylist was Rachel and she was wonderful! She communicated by email and text prior to the appointment and had the dress I loved pulled and waiting for me before I even got there! I tried on several dresses before the one I came for and she was very helpful in having me describe what I liked and didn’t like about those dresses. She was genuinely excited when I tried on the dress I loved and I was easily able to say yes to that dress! I would highly recommend The White Magnolia for their selection, service, and not to mention the new store is so beautiful as well! I can’t wait to go back and pick up my dress and veil!

I had an amazing experience at The White Magnolia. They were very patient as I tried on multiple dresses because I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. They had all the necessary accessories (flower crowns, bouquet, veil) on hand to help me envision what my dress would look like with various accessories. They also helped me see what it would look like in various poses and walking down the isle and generally just We’re very patient with me.

I truly cannot recommend this place enough. I was so nervous about wedding dress shopping but TWM made the process so easy and enjoyable. Baylie is one of the sweetest souls I have ever met and she gave my entire group such an amazing experience. Seriously I think we will be talking about Baylie for the rest of our lives we loved her so much. She texted me multiple times leading up to the appointment to ensure that the process was as stress-free as possible. She went through my Pinterest before the appointment and picked out dresses she thought I would like and she was spot on. When I started dress shopping I wanted the true bridal experience. This is one of the reasons I chose The White Magnolia and they exceeded my expectations. The White Magnolia was the very first dress store I visited and my experience was incredible! Baylie knew all the right questions to ask so my very indecisive self could figure out what it was I did and didnt like about different dresses. I never felt pressured to buy a dress or try things I didnt want to. The salon is beautiful, clean, spacious, and they make sure to have extra little things to make the day feel incredibly special, like signage with your name on it. I went to 3 more dress stores after TWM, but returned a few weeks later for a second appointment and purchased my dress! Thank you so much Baylie and team! Cant wait for my dress to arrive!

This was the very first place i went shopping and I cannot say enough good things about it!! Everyone there, especially Rachel, made me and my group feel so comfortable! The whole entire experience was perfect and I even said yes to the very first dress i put on!!! I could go on and on about how wonderful this experience was. As soon as I walked in they were welcoming, kind, and so excited!! Everything was perfect.

This place is amazing ! They give you your own little suite where you have your room to bring the dresses, change into them, have intimate moments with your family and have a good size mirror to look at them on.I was wondering how it would be with covid, I still wanted my dress experience to be fun since it was my first time. They took all the precautions and I never bumped into the other bride. I was able to enjoy the experience and pick out my dress.When you arrive to the boutique, it’s spotless clean, they have a little board with your name & date of the wedding. They take the time to customize little things to make you feel special.I had Emma who helped us when I went and she was phenomenal! She never crowded us, always gave us space and helped me pick out my dress since I was on a time crunch. She answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me on the dress and helped us look at things to order for my dress.They also provide you with info on who you can take the dress locally for alterations.10/10 highly recommend this place.

I could not have had a better experience wedding dress shopping than I did at White Magnolia. Not only were they extremely professional, but the stylist who helped me (Tara) went above and beyond to make sure I was able to try on any style I wanted. This was my first time trying on dresses so I was a little all over the place and had no idea what style would look best on me. Tara did a great job of listening to what I wanted and bringing me the perfect dresses to try on. Also, I had seen a dress on Instagram that I wanted to try on but the designer was only sold in the Tampa store. When I made my appointment the Jacksonville stylists were able to ship the dress from the Tampa store for my appointment and when we walked into the store the dress was already hanging in my dressing room. Honestly could not say enough good things about my experience - from the amazing selection of dresses that they have to the incredible stylists, White Magnolia is simply the best!

I am sooooo thrilled! I have been married before and hated shopping for my dress, I felt like I had tried on at least a hundred dressed before settling for one. My experience at White Magnolia was the complete opposite! I scheduled my appointment and asked if I could swing by on my lunch break to do a quick over view to make sure that they had the style of dress I was looking for (which they did of course). The team at White Magnolia was extremely helpful to make sure that they showed me every dress that was in the style I was looking for! On the day of, after trying on the ones I wanted my stylist pulled THE ONE and even pulled the wings veil to keep my simple boho idea. When I saw myself in the dress I literally almost cried all thanks to Rachel being amazing at her job and reading my comfort and style, I wouldnt have tried this one! Let me tell you, they know what they are doing here!!! If you want to find the ONE in one stop, this is where you need to go! I am so excited and cannot wait to share my beautiful dress!

My entire experience with White Magnolia was amazing. From scheduling my appointment, selecting dresses to try on, to trying them on and then saying YES! Tara was my consultant and she was FANTASTIC! The White Magnolia was the second dress store we stopped at when looking at wedding dresses and it is where I found my dream dress! White Magnolia was the first and last place I visited to shop for my wedding dress and the whole experience was fun, easy, and professional. Baylie was my consultant and she listened to what I was looking for and helped pick out styles in my budget and in the style I wanted. Found my perfect dress and was beyond happy with the experience!

The White Magnolia was the first (and only) dress store I visited and I had such an amazing experience! The shop was clean and spacious and I had my own private suite for myself and my guests. Emma and the rest of the girls were so sweet! Cant wait for my dress to arrive!

Of course, I was so happy with my beautiful dress that I found here! But also, it was a nice shopping experience - from helping me pick a variety of styles when I was being indecisive to finally helping me settle in on what I wanted and toasting it with champagne! The only downside of my experience was that based on their ordering suggestions, my dress came in very close to my actual size, leaving less “wiggle room” than desired for alterations and weight fluctuations. It was nothing my seamstress couldn’t work around but I would have changed that if I could.

Aw! I love this place. Kerrie made my experience really sweet. Dress shopping sounded very overwhelming to me but she made it so much easier. I went into the day not really sure what I wanted, and she took everything that I said into account and helped me find the perfect dress! It was actually one I didnt even notice when walking through them, and she went back and picked it out for me! So thankful for her and for this team! And so excited to get married in this dress! YAY!

Everything about my experience with The White Magnolia was superb. As a plus-sized bride I knew there was a chance Id have a hard time dress shopping but Tara was super positive and encouraging the entire time and I found the PERFECT dress. It really helps to attend their monthly Sip and See prior to booking an appointment (thats when I actually found my dress and couldnt get it out of my head during my appointment). On Saturday, I went to my first bridal appointment before coming to TWM later in the day. The two experiences were VERY different and I ended up finding 4 dresses that I absolutely LOVED here. Emma was amazing and helped me by asking all of the right questions. I am very indecisive but she helped me find the perfect dress. The store is beautiful, their dress selection is fantastic and they really set the tone for your appointment with so many little things. Thank you TWM and Emma for a great experience!

To say I was overwhelmed with the thought of searching for the perfect dress would be an understatement. Rachel with The White Magnolia and her team were absolutely phenomenal! TWM was such a perfect experience. It was my first wedding dress appointment and Rachel made it such a personal, fun time. She was so patient and attentive to my likes and dislikes, and not to mention shop and gowns are stunning. While I did not find my dress here, the team made it such a great experience I would recommend it for all brides!

If I could give this place more than 5 Stars I would. Out of the three bridal shops we went to in search for our brides dress The White Magnolia was hands down the best. To start the Ambience was amazing, when you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces and great smelling candles, while the bride goes on the floor to look at dresses the guest are offered water and are sat in the private room. Our bridal consultant was Racheal and she took great care of our Bride. She was very thorough when it came to helping the bride discover what style she liked best and also encouraging the bride to try styles that she hasn’t tried before. Racheal was very patience and kind, she listened to things the bride didn’t like after trying them and didn’t not force her to try the same style she didn’t like (We had a consultant at another store bring out the same style after the bride told her she didn’t like that style and didn’t want Tule)We were very appreciative of Racheal. She made the process of finding a dress stress free. When it came to the final 3 dresses she had the bride try them on one at a time and walk in the front of the store where the natural light was stunning. After walking down and looking in the mirror we had a great feeling that the bride found her dress. We had lunch and another appointment to go to so we talked to Racheal and she told us that we could come back later if this was the dress and we remained in contact.I have to say that The White Magnolia set the bar high and we were not impressed with the next appointment at another bridal shop (the consultant was not listening to the bride and had an attitude). We ended up only staying for half the appointment and made our way back to The White Magnolia where the bride put the dress on and said YES to the dress, we celebrated with Champagne and FaceTimes family that could not make it to the appointment due to Covid rules.A huge Thank You to The White Magnolia, and Thank You to our bridal consultant Racheal for taking the time to truly listen to our bride, for being respectful, and for keeping things positive. Racheal you truly made a difference.

Honestly i wish i never would have went here. They called to say my dress came in. I went to pick it up so excited and its too small. I dont even know how this this possible. I havent gained any weight. Bailey told me she recommended going up a size when i ordered so i would have some room to play with and i agreed so we ordered a size 8. It will zip but not button. They claim my measurements are slightly different. But yet my weight hasnt changed at all. And even if it had wouldnt ordering up a size help with that? They told me there was nothing they can do and asked if i could lose the weight. I only weigh 129lbs theres not much to lose. They then forced me to sign an agreement saying that i approve of the dress i was picking up. I now have a $2000 dress that i cant wear. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that will order you the correct size.Edit--I am in no way bending the truth as you seem to say. And the girl did ask me if i thought i could lose weight and that is fact. Fact is ive weighed 130 pounds for 10 years so that hasnt changed. Your company is horrible and the biggest regret of my wedding. Seeing as how i have not gained weight as you claim and my clothes all fit the same it seems that you are bending the truth and yes you did force me to sign as you said there was nothing you could do as in are willing to do. I even stated that i was not comfortable signing for something that didnt fit properly. But either way you said sales are final and you force people to pay when they order so either i sign for it and take it or dont sign for it Im out $2000. And if i wasnt forced to sign please share the other options? Bc all you said in store other than losing weight was to wear a waist trainer..my dress is shear on the sides thats not possible. After how much money you swindled from me you people are truly awful. Way to not take responsibility for your poor customer service. I hope every bride considering your boutique reads this and choses to go elsewhere. Not to mention i stated when i ordered that i wished it had a longer train come to find out that the designer does make this gown with a longer train so your staff doesnt even know what theyre selling. I was told you could only add height not train length. Thank you for ruining my dress shopping experience.

White magnolia made my dress shopping experience amazing! As a plus size girl I have dreaded going dress shopping and went to another store first and didnt feel excited about my experience. I made an appointment at magnolia for my mom, maid of honor and I. My mom got covid and couldnt make it last minute. I thought about cancelling the appointment but decided not to. Baylie was so kind and helpful and was the extra person I needed to help me make a decision. She made me feel so good in the dresses I was trying and also offered an opinion when warranted. I am so happy to be a white magnolia bride!

I scheduled for an off- rack bridal appointment, and Miss Tara was so extremely helpful and dedicated to finding the perfect dress for me! I had my mind set on a Hayley Paige gown when I walked in but ended up falling in love and purchasing a totally different style based off her wonderful recommendations! I can not say enough nice things about how awesome kind, and helpful she was! I absolutely picked the perfect dress for me, It made me feel like the most Beautiful Bride and made my Wedding day feel so incredibly special! Tara was willing to go above and beyond in her service and she actually ended up selling me a store model dress just so I would not have to endure the ordering process and wait time which worked perfect for my needs and time frame! Nothing but fantastic things to say!! Found the dress of my DREAMS here! (Really I found two dresses of my dreams because there are so many great options.)Rachel was my bridal consultant and feels like my best friend after only 2 hours. She helped me determine what style was best for me, and gave me little tips along the way that made the process easy. She also was very respectful of my budget and never brought me anything that was over.Tara and Baylie also were apart of the special moment when I said yes to the dress and helped make me feel like royalty. When I decided to still go to my second bridal appointment at a different store before committing, they were understanding and patient.Now let’s talk about the ambiance.... classy, bright and dreamy. The chandeliers and natural light flowing in helped create a gorgeous setting, where I got great pictures and videos in my dress.

The White Magnolia was the first bridal boutique I shopped at and the last! I absolutely loved it! I loved the place and the ladies that helped me were just amazing! They were really helpful, understanding, and patient. They helped me find my perfect wedding dress. It wasn’t easy because the shop has the most beautiful dresses but I definitely found my dreamed dress!

From the second we arrived at white magnolia, I felt special and glamorous! I was worried about fitting into most of the sample sizes, but they had a whole line of “curvy” styles that were perfect! We had our own private room and it was beautiful! Anita was amazing and made my fam and I feel right at home! It didn’t take long to find “the one” and we even got to pop the champagne and celebrate. We were never rushed or pressured into anything! The experience at white magnolia was awesome!

Upon setting my appointment at White Magnolia, a fellow bride friend of mine told me that TWM experience was a magical one... and she was absolutely right! The team at White Magnolia truly roll out the red carpet with stunning private rooms and the most attentive consultants.I felt so fortunate to work with Rachael. She not only took great and patient care of me as the bride, but she took care of my loved ones with me as well. After leaving, my group and I could not stop talking about how wonderful Rachael was. Even my family member that FaceTimed in thought she was the best. Rachael did a fantastic job of being respectful of my budget while exploring possible contenders. I was highly impressed by how well she listened and uncovered likes/dislikes through the process, which lead her to bringing me the perfect dress.All in all, the White Magnolia experience is one that every bride deserves. Im so thankful for TWM and especially for Rachael. I couldnt thank Rachael enough for the experience I had. Im counting down til I get to try that dress on again, and to most importantly, wear it down the aisle.

My experience at the The White Magnolia went above and beyond! Id visited a few bridal salons before this one, and this was definitely the one that provided the best service and made me feel the most special. They have longer appointment times which made me feel totally secure in my decision, and even invited my whole family to come back near closing time so that I had time to think, and we could all be together to see the dress and pop the champagne. Plus, I love my dress! Theyve been very responsive since I ordered too. All around amazing experience.

The White Magnolia blew my expectations out of the water. The shop is absolutely stunning. Being my first and only dress shopping experience, I was nervous as to be expected. The morning of my appointment Bailey, my stylist messaged me and put my mind at ease. She made me feel like we had been friends for years and the entire experience was very personal and comfortable. The dresses are easily laid out based on price and style which made shopping a breeze.We even had our own personal suite. Bubbles were popped when I said yes to the dress! I bought my dress here about a month ago. Rachel was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t like. She made the experience so fun and special for me and my giant entourage. Toward the end of my appointment she went and grabbed a dress by my favorite designer based on things I had liked and it ended up being my dress! Everyone that worked at the White Magnolia was so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend getting a dress from them!

I was very much looking forward to checking out The White Magnolia. I am not one to leave a review, but I have to say something about how I was treated. I had a great day of dress shopping and this shop was my last stop. I knew that this shop was mainly out of my budget. However, my budget was flexible, and I wanted to look around to see if there was a sample sale. I mentioned that I found a dress I loved at the store before, and I was uneasy about trying on more dresses. The stylist then got a manager who asked me when my budget changed and that she wished I had let them know because they had to turn people away. I literally went home and cried. She was honestly so rude, and I am trying not to let it bring me down! Even though this was on the higher end of my budget, I would have no problem adjusting if I had found something that was perfect for me. Before coming here I followed them closely on social media and adored their styles of dresses. While I did mention I had been to a store previous and did find a dress I liked (I didnt end up purchasing that one either), the purchase was yet to be made and I was still open for a winner. This experience honestly hurt my feelings because I spent months preparing and the White Magnolia was the shop I was most excited to visit.

I found out about The White Magnolia on Instagram thanks to following so many wedding vendors and fell in love with their dresses via there. Kerrie was the best! From when I first filled out an inquiry form for an appointment to having to email them that yes I did in fact want the dress, she was so helpful and attentive. When my mom and I arrived at the White Magnolia, we were greeted instantly and everyone was super friendly! Kerrie was our stylist and picked out a ton of great dresses within my budget I had given her and I picked out several sample gowns as well. She made me feel comfortable and truly showed she cared about trying to help me find my dream dress. I was going out of town the day after I tried on the dress and was undecided so she was very sweet and let me email my confirmation and do everything remotely which I truly appreciated. The studio itself was perfect - very spacious and felt comfortable being able to try on dresses in our own private space. Everything was perfection and I am so excited to have found my perfect wedding dress, all thanks to Kerrie and The White Magnolia!

Baylie was my consultant for the day! I absolutely adore her. She was wonderful and knew exactly what I was talking about in what I wanted. She made sure I was comfortable in all the dresses we tried on. She made sure I found THE dress (which I did) and wasnt settling. Tara, was the consultant I was first emailing for months prior since I expected to be looking at dresses during Hayley Paiges Trunk Show in march. She was also very professional and they were even to get the dress I was looking at for Inspiration from Hayley! I will definitely be recommending this boutique to all my friends & family that are in need of a wedding dress!

I had a wonderful experience here with Tara. She made me feel very comfortable and didnt push me to make a decision right away. I had an appointment later in the day at another shop, however I fell in love with a dress here and Tara was very willing to work with me and invited me to come back later that day incase I didnt find one at that shop and have my yes in the dress moment. That shop is very nice the consultants are wonderful and let me tell you the bathrooms are to die for. Weird I know but the bathrooms are beautiful.

I had an AMAZING experience at The White Magnolia! Mabry was my consultant and is an absolute sweetheart! The shop is super cute and stocked with beautiful dresses. We were in our own room and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I would HIGHLY recommend The White Magnolia. Mabry and the other ladies in the boutique were so sweet and welcoming. I cant wait to go back to pick up my dress!UPDATE: I just wanted to post an update since my last post. I cannot express how happy I have been throughout this entire process. There was a mishap with my dress and we ended up having to send it back to the designer for them to fix. I have been THAT bride with the 1000+ emails and they have reassured me and put me at ease every time. I am so thankful for the ladies at White Magnolia! AMAZING. I am a picky bride that wanted a dress with sleeves (hard to find these days!). I went to about 6+ salons and tried on about 30-40 dresses, but I have to say my absolute favorite location was White Magnolia. The selection is varied and beautiful. I did end up getting my dress here!!Also, special shout out to Baylie who made the process so easy for me. She was SO SO patient, and I never felt rushed or like I was asking for too much (I had that feeling at other salons, its a shame). She was incredibly responsive to my many emails, and always had a helpful response ready.The shop is also great about COVID safety. Baylie, and the other consultants, wore a mask for the entire appointment, and it was one bride at a time both times I went into the shop.

I had been to two other bridal salons before TWM. From the moment we walked in the door in the door we where treated as family! The salon was so bright, airy and the personalities sod the staff where just the same. I never dreamed I would have the experience I did and have the big “yes” to the dress moment but, I did thanks to TWM! I found my dress! To any brides out there I highly recommend making an appointment. You will not regret it!

This staff was incredible and SO helpful! They were very patient as I tried dress after dress on in hopes of finding the PERFECT one! Spoiler alert: I found it!!!! Tara was the associate who assisted us and she was incredible! She picked dresses that perfectly matched what we were looking for, and as our taste evolved throughout the appointment, so did her selections. She was very tuned into the vibe of the room. We went in with a budget and honestly didn’t think we’d find anything close, but Tara did her best and my perfect dress was only slightly over our intended budget as opposed to thousands of dollars over like some of the dresses in the shop (she didn’t bring those anywhere near the room). The ambiance was beautiful and the staff was so sweet and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Proud to be a White Magnolia bride!

I had an awesome experience here! First time dress shopping, found my dress that day - but wanted to come back just so I could sleep on it. The ladies who work there are so sweet and nice, they didnt pressure me at all to pick a dress, and even reached out and scheduled a time for me to come back. Loved the selection of the dresses, the ease with which they helped me think of how to modify a dress to whatever I wanted... all around would highly highly recommend.

5 stars for service and selection! This place is great! I had a wonderful experience at White Magnolia Bridal. The staff made the whole experience stress free and personal. My stylist, Baylie, was helpful, kind, and accommodating. They have so many beautiful dresses, it was hard to decide! Baylie was patient with me and helped me narrow it down. In the end, I got a dress and veil that I love! Also I felt very safe with their COVID measures in place. While there were other brides in the salon, I didn’t interact with them at all and everyone wore masks. I would highly recommend this shop to any new brides.

I had the most amazing experience at The White Magnolia! If youre looking for a stress-free experience, make sure to make your appointment on a Sunday, as they only schedule one-on-one appointments. My mom, sister, and I had the entire store and Tara to ourselves. It felt incredibly special. Tara was AMAZING. After telling her what I was looking for, naming a specific designer, she pulled all gowns from that designer and some from different designers that looked similar. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Once I said yes to my dress, Tara poured us champagne and we toasted and celebrated all over the store. It was so amazing to have the space to ourselves. I HIGHLY recommend TWM!!! Thank you for making dress-shopping, an occasion I wasnt looking forward to for reasons, into one of my favorite days!!

I went to appointments at three other bridal stores in Jacksonville prior to TWM and this beautiful shop with their wonderful associates clearly stands out from the rest. I was warmly welcomed the day of my appointment by my consultant, Rachel. We talked about what I was looking for, she showed me the around the store, we selected a dozen or so dresses then started the fun part of trying them on! Rachel is very knowledgeable about wedding gowns and shared feedback with me I hadn’t even considered. TWM has an excellent selection and range of gowns but as my session was wrapping up I was planning to leave empty handed. As I was walking back to get dressed, a gown caught my eye and I asked if I could quickly try it on. Rachael sweetly obliged. When I walked out in this dress it was that “this is the one” moment. I couldn’t believe it! Every associate in the store genuinely celebrated along with me, my MOH, and stepmom. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This occurred in June. They estimated my dress would arrive in December but I received an email a couple weeks ago it has already arrived and I am going to pick it up today! 🥰
