I am so grateful I chose Bella Bridesmaids Jacksonville to shop for my bridesmaids dresses. I walked in only certain about the color I wanted, with no clue about which fabric/style etc. The stylist that helped me had a great strategy that led me to quickly narrow down my selection, on top of that, they even worked with my wedding dress retailer (White Magnolia) to bring the dress in so I could be sure of how I felt about the fabrics together. My bridesmaids not only looked beautiful, but felt beautiful. I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids to any bride!

Bella Bridesmaids JAX deserves much more than these 5 stars. There are not enough good things I can say about Bella, but I will do my best to give the justice they so well deserve. The customer service and experience I had working with Hannah and her team was unparalleled to any other store I had visited prior to Bella. They went above and beyond to make sure that my bridesmaids were catered to individually and everyone felt confident, beautiful and happy with their purchase. They made sure that I as the bride was over the moon excited about my choices. They worked with me and pulled as many dresses as I needed and more and walked me through the thought process to bring my vision into reality. I got so many compliments and so did my bridesmaids. The purchasing process was so easy especially considering I had bridesmaids all over the country. They worked with stores in other cities to make sure all my girls were taken care of. The dress selection is vast and the prices are so beyond fair. The quality dress you get for the price is unmatched. The designers they carry and sell are top notch. Working with Bella Bridesmaids JAX was the absolute best decision I made for my wedding and to make the day (and the pictures) absolutely perfect!!!! This location has been nothing but a nightmare from the minute we started the process with them! My sister is getting married and I told her to use Bella Bridesmaids because I had such a great experience with them at the Palm Beach store. Back in April we had an appointment made 1 month in advance to pick out bridesmaids dresses and get fitted for a December wedding. The girl working was of no help because she overlapped appointments so we had to pick through and figure out our dress situation, color, fabric and try them on ourselves with no help regarding sizing. The only thing she did was take our measurements, tell us what size to buy and told us to order it on our phones. Some of us questioned the sizing as what she recommended was much larger than our normal sizing but her being the professional, we went ahead and ordered what she told us as she does this for a living and assured us she measured properly. MISTAKE!!!!! The wedding is in less that 2 months and 2 of the dresses are so oversized and we have a MAJOR problem. One bridesmaid went to pick up her dress during their hours of operation.... CLOSED at 11am and no one will answer the phone (mind you, this was a 45 minute drive for her and she went at the time she was told based on an email received to go get the dress) - Not to mention, a month ago when we called to get the status us our dresses, the owner was rude on the phone and not helpful at all. I am embarrassed because I recommended Bella Bridesmaids, but this location needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! The lack of customer service and professionalism is a disgrace. When it costs over $300 a dress and you get this kind of treatment, that is a major issue that needs to be rectified. I hope the corporate location is able to see this as we are in the process of also trying to contact them regarding the nightmare we are dealing with. If you want a stress free wedding... do not buy from this location, they have caused us nothing but a headache.

Went to get a dress for my friends wedding and literally only two of the samples fit me. Im usually a size large in most clothing and a 12 in dresses but it seemed almost impossible here. I found a dress I actually really liked, one of the only ones I could even get on. The sample zipped up to be a pretty snug fit. I got measured then the dress came in and I can say it is HUGE. A whole 5 inches needs to be taken off just the top. I just was really not pleased and the dress is just so oversized it’s cost me more in alterations now that I really just would not recommend. Staff was nice enough but this just hasn’t been a good experience.

If I could give this establishment more stars I would! Bella Bridesmaids went above and beyond making my bridesmaids felt comfortable and beautiful. I wanted my bridesmaids to look just as beautiful on this special day and they sure did. Hannah the owner was so accommodating and available all the time even after store hours. She is amazing! Will recommend this amazing store to all the new brides I know!!!

This bridesmaid store was the worst experience I have ever had, I DO NOT recommend them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did they not help me, once they FINALLY decided to answer the phone, they always said they would return my calls and then never did. My bridesmaids were instructed to get a certain size of a dress and when they got them every single dress was 2 sizes too large. My bridesmaids all ended up paying over $200 in alterations after paying hundreds for the dress itself. I contacted the owner after many unanswered phone calls and MANY MANY excuses. So unprofessional and no offense, not my problem. A customer that has spend over 1K at your store, should probably be helped. Once I finally got a hold of her she said she would try and help me, and I never heard from her again. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Bella Bridesmaids made my bridesmaid dress shopping experience so easy and fun! They have a wide selection of dress styles and colors, and their employees are super sweet. They let my bridesmaids try on dresses so I could see what they looked like and helped me decide which styles to choose. I had bridesmaids all over the state, and they had no trouble getting sized at other Bella locations and using the online portal to keep us all on track. I received emails from them throughout the process to keep me informed. The dresses arrived earlier than expected and were amazing quality. This was the least stressful of all my wedding planning experiences. Highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids in Jacksonville!

Our experience with Bella was the easiest and smoothest thing! They were all so kind- Hannah helped us along the way between choosing colors and fitting some of my girls. The store was filled with choices and they were sure to be transparent about the cost and process along the way. All my girls had an easy time ordering and fitting their gowns. I had bridesmaids in 3 separate cities who all went to different Bella Bridesmaids locations (Jacksonville, Orlando, Los Angeles) and everyone had a great experience. The dresses came on time and fit well (even though alterations are always a must with bridesmaids dresses.

Even though I specifically asked upfront. Found out after I decided to use them that if you have brides made in other states, although they can go to the sister stores to try on a dress once selected the dress can only be delivered to the bridesmaid directly or to the store where the account is held. Super disappointed, super inconvenient. I found out the Rep that gave ne the misinfo was let go (probably for other reasons), so that makes me feel slightly better.

Bella Bridesmaid was so great to work with!! I mixed and matched different dresses, which turned out to be a little challenging, but Bella was so helpful and patient! Love Bella Bridesmaids! I’ve ordered two dresses from here that I wore myself in weddings and we got the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding here as well. This is definitely the place to go in Jacksonville as their selection cannot be beat! They offer an excellent variety of dresses all by great designers. The staff JS great as well - I went in not knowing exactly what style I wanted but wanted a specific color (dusty rose). I showed some examples of dresses and they recognized two of the designers - Jenny Yoo and Dessy - and pulled a bunch of dresses that came in the color I wanted. We had a great experience trying on all the dresses and easily came to an agreement on the perfect dress that everyone loved! Also, the color was perfect for my wedding colors and the dress was so flattering. Still obsessed with Bella Bridesmaids and all the help they provided in finding the perfect dresses!

Hands down the best experience finding bridesmaids dresses for my girls! I cant imagine going anywhere else. Sandy, Hannah, and Denise were extremely helpful. From the moment I walked into the doors I knew it would be a great experience. We had discussed prior to the first meeting what color I was looking for. When I walked in they had multiple reds pulled and I was able to pick a color and then pick dresses based on the color. I then scheduled the fitting for my girls and they said yes to the dress. Even after I signed the contract one of my girls needed to change her size because she found out she was pregnant. I immediately reached out to Hannah, and she went above and beyond to get the girls dress size changed, And even assured me that if it doesnt fit when it comes in that we can order extra fabric. Wonderful customer service! Hannah is very responsive to any emails and takes care of every concern immediately! They have a lot of unique dresses for all budgets! My bridesmaids had such a great time trying on dresses! Also the showroom process was so convenient and a great way to stay on top of the orders without having to individually worry about whether each girl has ordered their dress.

I recently got a bridesmaids dress from Bella for my friends wedding in March! The girls at Bella are so bubbly and friendly, and are very good at helping you decide dress styles! They are very knowledgeable about their inventory, and have every dress in every color you can imagine! The store is also so pretty and put together, and you have a really private personalized appointment time.Our bridesmaids dresses all came in right on time, and we had plenty of time for alterations before the wedding!The dresses all look perfect in the photos, and the color we chose looked so vibrant!I will hands down recommend this to all my future friends getting married, I can’t imagine going anywhere else :)

We brought in champagne and wine and the staff really made us feel like VIPs for the day. I previously chose the short list of dresses the girls would be trying on and the staff at Bella was amazing in coordinating all NINE girls while trying on. We made a last minute change to the dresses and they were happy to accommodate.Also, my cousin and bridesmaid lives in Atlanta and it would have been difficult for her to come to Jacksonville for the fitting. We were advised to just go to the Atlanta Bella Bridesmaids to have her fitted there. That was so incredible and easy! I set up an account with the Jax Bella because I live here... but 3 of my bridesmaids are in different states. The owner was quick to answer emails and had answers and solutions to any issues that arose. Once all the girls went to the Bellas in their states for a fitting and then purchased their dress online - this Bella placed the order (so that the dresses were all cut from the same roll of fabric). The dresses were delivered with enough time for alterations. They turned out beautiful. Overall, the process was easy and I would recommend for future brides to use this Bella.

All the staff at Bella Bridesmaid made this experience so fun and relaxing, yet productive at the same time! I’ve been in a lot of weddings so I know the struggle of getting a bridesmaid dress but Bella Bridesmaids Jax made everything so simple and easy! I was able to make an appointment, try on dresses, review online, order over the phone, and pick up from the store! I was kept up to date on everything concerning my dress so it was as stress free as possible. When my day comes, I’ll definitely be using Bella Jax for my bridesmaids!

Ashley English, was my consultant and she was friendly and helpful. She listened to what I was looking for in a dress and made it so easy to choose the color and style that was best for my bridesmaids. They have private appointments so you get the attention you deserve without the distractions of other people in the room. I changed my mind a few times because the dresses were all great but in the end found a dress that each of my maids loved!

Absolutely love this boutique! They have a large selection of gowns in all different colors and styles and had no problem accommodating the different sizes and shapes of the wedding party. The owner Hannah was attentive and very educated about all of the designers and the dresses fit and sizing which made the overall ordering process so simple. Our group consisted of mostly out of towners and she was able to walk each of us through our measurements over the phone which made for a seamless ordering process. I would 100 percent recommend Bella Jax for any bride or their maids!

Very rude worker. Small brunette girl named Kiana yelled at us and was very rude from the minute we walked into the store. The store has very good dresses, but worker made me never want to go there again.

I have now been to Bella Bridesmaids for my bridesmaid dresses twice. They are the absolute BEST. Their selection of gowns is incredible and their customer service is amazing. For the last wedding that I shopped for, the Bride wanted everyone to be in different dresses but with the same color palette. Bellas had dresses that not only fit the brides specifications, but were also individually perfect for each body type, style, etc. Our consultant Lacey was perfect. She was kind and funny and dealt so well with our big (and probably very loud) group of girls! Every one of the wedding party walked out of the store so happy with her purchase. Bellas is definitely the only place I will ever shop for Bridesmaid dresses!

I had a fantastic experience shopping for bridesmaid dresses at Bella Bridesmaids! I decided to have my maids wear different shades of blue as well as different styles of dresses, so it was a bit difficult/overwhelming with everyones opinion but our stylist Dennise did an amazing job pulling different options and giving an honest opinion. I ended up having to go back for a second appointment, during which I worked with Dennise again, and felt so comfortable looking around again. I would highly recommend bella to any bride!!

I had the worst experience with Bella Bridesmaids. They were horrible at communicating with me and my bridesmaids. They promised in their contract that the dresses would arrive two weeks before the wedding and did not deliver. One of the dresses came in just 3 days before the ceremony. Their team was not reassuring and blamed underperformance on personal family events, said they had a lack of control of their dresses shipping, and then ultimately blamed it on me the bride for not ordering the dresses 8 months in advance. When they did communicate *rarely* their tone was rude and condescending. I had known about their lack of control on timing and delivery from the beginning, I would have shopped elsewhere. I recommend shopping anywhere but Bella Bridesmaids.*Update* In response to this review, the Owner mentions a dress sitting at the store for months and blames a bridesmaid’s financial situation. My bridesmaid 1. Lives in New york and not Orlando and 2. Wanted to pick up the dress from the shop which they said was not a problem. The dress I’m referring to in the message above that CAME IN 3 days before the wedding was for another one of my bridesmaids. This interaction is just a taste of the communication and attitude you can find at Bella Bridesmaids.

I had a wonderful experience; Ashley was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgable. She knew that I was coming from Gainesville, and she was more than helpful in accommodating me. Her store is beautiful and she has a wonderful selection. I choose Love Lane, but could have been happy with many of the chooses. I definitely would recommend this shop.

When looking for unique and classy gowns for my bridesmaids, I was referred to Bella Bridesmaids in Jacksonville. With all of my bridesmaids being out of state, I was worried that this boutique would not work due to the girls’ need to be present. I was (thankfully) wrong.I had two of my bridesmaids in town this summer and we decided to make an appointment to check out Bella Bridesmaids. Upon us walking through the door, we were greeted with utter excitement from the employees and amazed by the large selection of gowns. We ventured throughout all of their gowns and found a variety that would best fit and accommodate the different sizes and shapes of my bridesmaids.The process was super easy and very professional. My BMs that we’re present were able to get measured on the spot and my other BMs just had to provide their measurements through an online portal made only for my bridal party. The girls were able to upload their measurements and make payments via this on stop shop online portal.When the gowns arrived, the BMs were amazed by the comfort of the fabric and the (almost) perfect fittings. All of the BMs had little to no alterations needed for the gowns (mainly length needed hemmed, I have short friends). Overall, the color, styles, sizes, materials were perfect for my special day. All of my BMs felt beautiful in their gowns and even mentioned, “I’m going to wear this thing again!” which is a major compliment as many bridesmaids never wear their dresses again!If you’re looking for a boutique that specializes in unique, stylish bridesmaids dresses that are not your standard David’s Bridal dress, check out Bella Bridesmaids.
