Very happy with my cabinets saved a lot of money but yes you have to assemble them yourself

Not a fan at all! Measurements were off and I paid them $99.00. Sales person was nice but not well informed. Order was off not terribly but paid for more than I needed. I had to call at least 4 times about my cabinet arrival. I did not realize that I had paid to have the cabinets installed. That was never discussed with me nor was the price mentioned. It was buried within the estimate. I did not want the same company that measured my cabinets to install. For the price I paid to measure the cabinets, you would think that they would have it on a nice presentable paper. It was handwritten. When I called the store to tell them I did not want the same folks that measured my cabinets to install them, they seemed hurt. The sales rep said they had other installers. They sent their other cabinet installers out to measure my cabinets. They did come by but never returned to start the job. I called Cabinets To Go and told them their installers never called or returned they seemed bothered and told me to call their installer who never showed up. I called him anyways and to this day which was 21 days ago, he has yet to call me back. I went ahead and hired someone on my own for less than 1/2 of what they were charging me. This is when I realized the measurements were off and had items that I did not need. The quality of the cabinets are good...but their service, follow-up and installers should be given negative stars. This process took way too long and now I am behind with other projects. So NO....I DONT recommend them.

Their was no bathroom cabinets to see.

I would NOT recommend you purchase your cabinets from Cabinets To Go. I purchased and already paid for the Kensington Mist Grey cabinets. The microwave/oven combo cabinet panel came with a nice deep scrape in the side panel, the camlocks were not properly aligned and therefore I had to use metal braces to hold the side and back panels together. After the contactors installed the 4 base cabinets next to the wall microwave/oven combo unit, it is clear to see that they are drastically different shades of color. I reached out to cabinets to go the first time and they shipped me 4 new face frames and one was damaged coming straight out of the box. They too are different colors and they even sent a white face frame that didnt belong to my style of cabinets. I have been waiting for weeks for the 2nd set of face frames to come in and as of today, I still havent received them. I have already moved into my home. I have no countertops in because I need to replace the face frames before the countertop installation. That also means that I do NOT have my appliances in. I have a cooktop which means that I cant install it until I get my new countertops installed. I cant install the countertop because I need the face frames to come in. I have received $350 in credit for the problem. They said they were giving crown molding too. I havent seen that either. I went back to the sales office in Jacksonville, Florida to let the sales guy know and he said to submit a claim with support. We told him about the gash in the wood and some other scrapes. I put in an order for wood filler/marker at no cost, but apparently that takes weeks to get as well. I think that transaction took place the third week in April. I have less leverage now because I have already paid in full for my cabinets. The cabinet frames were cracking when screwing the glider bars for my drawers. I am so disappointed in the quality of my cabinets and the customer service we have received so far. They need to seriously improve their quality control and quality of the product. I understand that might a little harder since the cabinets are manufactured in China, but I have paid about $6700k in cash for these cabinets and quite frankly I want my money back. Every opportunity I get to tell someone about my experience I will. I do not want anybody spending their hard earned money like this and having to deal with this nonsense. I cannot believe Bob Vila is even associating himself with this product. This is not a direct attack on the sales person, but rather the product and customer service department.6/20/2017 - I am still waiting for wood filler/marker to come in. Nothing yet.

Jim and Lisa were very helpful. Lisa’s design suggestions were spot on.. I live in my new space now more than ever . love love . The quality of the cabinets . I used my own installer . He had no problem following the computer design . I ordered my sink and faucet their . My kitchen is superb!!

Waste of time. Set an appointment went in spent an hour touring and building my kitchen then was told that 4 of the styles I wanted were not available and a 5th that Billy and I quote NO I wont sell you that one because we go boxes of mass produced cabinets and they are damaged and I wont sell as is product, Good for you Billy how about telling customers half you choices are off the table before we waste and hour and a half on Saturday.

This was our 2nd time using cabinets to go.. the first time it was for an investment property and I felt the process went pretty smoothly. The 2nd time around was totally different. It was very stressful, we kept having to go back and forth, we didn’t get what we ordered, lots of miscommunication. We forgot that we needed 2 cabinets and the price tag for just those 2 was over $1000. I went to another store and got the exact same cabinets for 1/2 the cost. I feel like I was ripped off and unfortunately I won’t shop here again.

We purchased built in cabinets for our living area and we couldnt be happier. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. The price was reasonable and the product was of high quality. Our self-installation was pretty easy and was completed without any issues. We would definitely recommend them.

Incredibly poor quality cabinets, I would have given them a zero if I could. Over the past two years I have remodeled my kitchen and 3 bathrooms and thought I would give Cabinets to Go a shot with my master bathroom remodel. This was a huge mistake as these cabinets are poorly constructed, their soft close door hardware are cheap quality and the doors and drawers dont operate properly. I would have been far better off buying from Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, etc as their quality is 10 times better. Plus Cabinets to Go customer service and warranty support is equally below average.....dont make the same mistake I made

Very pleased with the outcome of our cabinet project. Will Armand was outstanding from initial meeting, through design, order and delivery. Even though one part of one of the cabinets was not drilled correctly, I had a replacement in my hands 2 days after calling. We will be back for our next project!

Lisa and Will were very helpful. Kitchen was delivered and installed in timely manner. No delays, no problems. Our installer, Joel, was very professional and detail oriented. Overall we had stress free experience and very happy with final results.

Called to get a price on a cabinet, but the female who answered the phone couldnt take the call because she and everyone were busy. She requested to take my number and call me back, unknown how long that would be. Attempted to call corporate customer care to get a price which they couldnt provide either. They said a local store would need to be contacted. I just needed a price on one 36 inch cabinet and no one could provide it seems like very poor business practice to me.

Good quality cabinets at a decent price. some issues along the way with missing and back ordered items. management needs to be more proactive when addressing issues, like the afore mentioned, with customers. but all in all i am pleased with the outcome of the project which was a customer install.

In November two of my large drawers fell apart. I had to pay installers $150 to try repair them, they said they had never seen such a sloppy installation job in their career! They left debris and pieces of drywall under the drawers, front of spice cabinet was put on crooked!! I have been waiting for the replacement drawers since November, claim they are still on backorder, how can they have new business if they dont have any drawers??? If and when they finally ship the drawers, I have to pay another $150 or more for them to install them!!! Please dont go there!!I

I bought the cabinets for our home in Oct 19, the cabinets were delivered a month later, except the 2 garbage bin draw and bins.i just started putting up the cabinets in April 20. There was 3 cabinets WD 2142 with the same manufacturer date all the shelves were peeling. On may 6 they charged my card 1152.49 for the bins and other stuff they said I received. According to jim the store manager, I called the store and spoke with jim, a bunch of crooks, dont buy your cabinets from them, look somewhere else... unhappy customer mike

Very nice staff, but you have to put their cabinets together and they were significantly higher than assembled Allen+Roth cabinets from Lowes that come pre assembled.

Walked in and waited to be greeeted yet they never acknowledged our existence. We were the only Black people there. Then, a warehouse worker saw us standing for a while and offered to answer our questions. One of the women then came and interrupted our conversation, very rudely, and told him something else was needed YET she didnt apologize to us for interrupting nor did she offer to help. She was very rude and possibly racist as another commentor mentioned.

Terrible. When I walked in everyone was busy with other clients so I walked around the showroom waiting for someone to become available or acknowledge me. I was waiting for about 15-20 mins when another (Caucasian) lady walked in. She was immediately acknowledged and greeted. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and my new cabinets are amazing!! Shame on you cabinets to go.

Dont use these people. If you are a person of color be forewarned. The staff there, especially the worn looking, Jim Crow era, Alt Right Caucasion women in the front will not acknowledge you. She only greets other fellow Caucasions. If I wasnt such a nice guy i would give her a big fat wet head slap. Hopefully when the next recession hits these guys will disappear. Also be careful of their return polcy....there is none. Once they take your credit card thats it.

So I bought 20k worth of cabinets from cabinets to go. The designer lisa was fantastic, we love the layout. I used a cabinets to go contractor to installthe cabinets, he was a bit sloppy, filled my house with dust, he managed to fill my garage with dust as well covering both of the motorcycles in there. The co tractor did not pull any permits for the exterior door he installed, when I asked he said it was just a scam to get money from home depot? It took 3 months to complete the work, I still dont have all my cabinet doors and to top it all off when i asked for the butcher block top they sent me to be replaced because it came damaged, i was i formed it is not covered under warranty....to bad so sad. The really terrible part is the butcher block top is only about 200 dollars, they simply have no concern for their customers. I guess they are a large enough company it doesnt matter how they treat us. I also just found out the licensed contractor they sent me is not a general contractor.

Horrible to work with. Was hired to run there deliveries. Your things are roughly handled, usually scratched, generally things missing upon delivery. Horribly dissorganized and was not even paid in full. 8 out of 10 customers had several complaints, and I delivered there stuff to dozens of customers.

Go here, real wood. Reasonable prices. Not Ikea.

Very small selection, not much to choose from, especially countertops. Also, prices dont include demolitions you may have, and dont carry backplashes.... what???
