Staff is excellent from the estimator and office staff to the various installation crews and the Workers are courteous, respectful, very helpful and accommodating. We used them for our two bathrooms and kitchen. Cabinets and counters for both installed. We scheduled the install about a two week ahead of time and they showed up when they said they would and installed everything properly. May was great helping us pick the best cabinets and drawers to maximize our space. The fridge piece was wrong the first time but they came the next week and installed the correct piece no problem. Awesome value and for the price you pay solid quality.

They have good showroom, design layout and all the features, provide delivery and installation, cabinets/counters top, All at very reasonable prices, much less than a big box store,their customer support is very nice too. Some limitations include alway 4-6week out. We did 2 counters and then 2 kitchens with Kitchen USA, Smooth experience so far.

The lady at the store, May, was very helpful and efficient in getting an estimate out to me. We recently had our kitchen countertop totally replaced by kitchen usa . We were color restricted (by choice), but they patiently worked with us until we found a suitable product. The install was completed in good fashion and we were very pleased. Then, an unfortunate accident causing damage to the new surface sent us back for assistance. Without hesitation, we were assured that they would arrange to have the damaged section replaced. This was done in a speedy and timely fashion.

I have been a contractor building custom homes, additions and renovations for 27 years in the greater Jacksonville area and have worked with many kitchen cabinet companies. The installer cut the hole for my soap dispenser over the sewer exhaust pipe. I told him the pipe was on the right side and avoid it but he cut it right on top of it anyway. I told Kitchen USA. Ken, the manager, gave me back the plumbers cost to re-route the pipe. Thank you for taking care of me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It was a very good experience upgrading our countertops to granite with Kitchen USA. Ken was prompt and professional with his estimate and provide helpful advice. Haley and Savannah made the selection and scheduling process very simple and “pain-free.” Andres and his assistant Miguel were delightful to work with during the granite installation. They also provided lots of tips for keeping our granite in top shape and were very helpful. I would definitely use Kitchen USA again and refer them to others.

I used the cabinets from Kitchen usa for my new home project, kitchen and 2 vanities. I must say I am very pleased with Ken. from the beginning when I approached the shop, to the end when all cabinets are installed. He didnt mind spending the time to draw out the cabinet layout for me to picture and prepared me a quote, for less than 1 penny. I went back and forth a few times because I had a few changes to make and ken was so easy to update the change for me to visualize. The cabinets arrived on time and was installed, when I had concerns. Although there was some missing pieces at the end due to unexpected circumstances, I didnt even feel worried because Ken promised those would be shipped promptly. Spent 30 mins informing employee what we were looking to build; advising color, cabinet style, dimensions, etc.Has been a week and have not heard from them. Called back and they had no knowledge of what was discussed. They promised a call back and still nothing.Cant comment on quality, installation or pricing when can never get response. If this is the service for a new customer, cant imagine service when already booked or after installation.

They were helpful And made sure that The install was better than l could have even expected only one seam on 19 feet bar top, seam it self is practically invisible.

We were undertaking the renovation of a townhouse in downtown Jax. We knew that the kitchen and bathrooms (3) would be big ticket items, so we wanted them to be updated in a manner that would suit the modernist multi leveled townhouse and our lifestyle. We wanted perfection and we got it!We visited Kitchenusa near philips hwy one Saturday afternoon. We met with designer Haley, she listened to our needs and wants while pulling samples of cabinet and counter finishes. She was very informative, we spent around 1.5 hours with Haley. She’s one of the most patient individuals I’ve witnessed by far. By the time we left we were convinced that we would look no further, we made a follow up appointment for the upcoming week to finalize our plans. I might add here that we are a very discerning couple in our late 60s. We knew what we wanted and we knew that Haley could deliver.Haley has an impeccable sense of design. She was right for the job because she immediately understood the look that we wanted to achieve. Our townhouse was designed in 1983. We shared those details with Haley and even gave her the responsibility of reworking our signature fireplace. She also designed our vanities. On every occasion we’ve met, we were so impressed by her work. Always meticulous, communicative, and always on time.Take my advice, go to Kitchen USA and you wont have to look further. They have been in business for 12 years. Ken is also very hands on with projects. Very highly recommended ***** 5 stars all the way!

This is a FIVE STAR REVIEW about Kitchen usa, but first I need to give a wee bit of history.2016 was supposed to be an exciting time to do a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my condo. We hired a cabinet-maker recommended by a friend’s contractor, and paid him a 50% deposit followed by 40% after the boxes were dropped off. This was per his contract. Too bad he turned out to be a con artist. He never finished the work. What little he did was sub-standard. And he stole our money.Due to the poor workmanship, attitude and lies, we had to remove the cabinet-maker from the project and lost out on our deposit. Not only were we disheartened and upset that less than 10% was completed, we now faced the task of hiring someone else to take over the project and complete the work! Not many companies want to take over another company’s mistakes and mess!In December 2016, we kitchen usa to complete the effort in three separate stages, December 2016, March 2017, and September 2017. We were scared. We were nervous. We were afraid to make a payment without checking and double-checking and making sure our credit card would cover any payment/delivery issues. We checked out at least ten references and googled the reviews. This company looked fabulous. What aboutKitchen usa,should we give them a chance? Or did we continue to live without kitchen and bathroom cabinets?We had been conned by the first cabinet-maker. We could not afford to do this again.Ken zheng, Manager, along with their team took this reno project over and restored our faith in cabinet makers, specifically, or trades in general. Overall the support, workmanship, and the services they provided were excellent. They were outstanding in their communication, rapport, and empathy with us.There were some issues with missed delivery items and doors that didn’t shut properly, but every time we voiced a concern, the issue was taken care of with no problem or question. kitchen usa consistently met and surpassed our expectations. I’ve been waiting to write this review while I was still in the middle of my project but I decided to wait until kitchen USA finished up completely. You never know what can happen at the very end and Im happy to say that these guys did such a terrific job on my 2 bathrooms remodel. I used them 2 years ago on my remodel and decided to wait on my bathrooms due to my budget. Finally ended up doing the bathrooms which is no easy task but Kitchenusa was with me every step of the way. May designed 2 beautiful vanities and linen closets which were custom made in their shop. I learned that remodeling your bathroom is very different from other areas of the house. There are a lot of little things to think about and so many different people working in your house, kitchenusa did such a good job managing all those people and it felt pretty seamless. she is (hilarious)but she really tells it like it is (in a good way) and took me out of some really dumb decisions. Im glad I waited until I could afford what I really wanted, thanks kitchenusa for such a terrific job and ending on such a high note

What impressed us most about Kitchen USA was the follow through after the sale. We purchased granite countertops and a sink. After the installation, the countertops looked great but there was a minor issue with a chip in the countertop. Kitchen USA promptly fixed the issue and even resealed our countertops. Thank you.

Overall, very pleased with my cabinets and countertops. Great quality and design, very reasonably priced, just what my kitchen needed.

Very poor cabinet quality. We wanted something durable such as solid wood when questioned because the cabinets seemed poorly made and of bad quality the sales women screamed at me to leave. I would not recommend this store.

Having just moved from Miami, I shopped granite prices, installs and reputations and I can say by far that Kitchen USA surpassed even my expectations. We have granite stores and installers on every other corner in Miami so there is major competition and lowers costs. Regardless, Ken and his staff genuinely care about each and every job; they treat each customer as if it were their own family. I did have a problem and they resolved it immediately. Ken actually called me from out of town on a Sunday night just to make sure everything was resolved. Imagine, a real live call and not because Id asked (I hadnt ) but because that is how much they truly care. I recommend them wholeheartedly and think they are all awesome people. Thanks to a superior job!!

Kitchen USA installed our granite countertops quite some time ago and they have lived up to our expectations and then some. Kitchen USA did a good job on the installation, I dont have any complaints to this day.

They did a wonderful job on our kitchen for a great price! Got it done it record time, so easy to work with!
