Great line of imported all wood cabinetry at very reasonable prices. They are boxed, knock down cabinets that are very easy to assemble. For a little extra they are happy to assemble them for you. Helpful friendly knowledgeable staff.

I had a contractor who didn’t complete the job that he said he was going to do and he also canceled my order for cabinets that I paid for. I was so upset, Patricia from DL Cabinetry called me and she was so helpful and placed my order for my cabinets and they should be arriving in 2-3 weeks. Was suggested this company by a friend after an flooding accident wiped out a bathroom vanity and some carpet. They had cabinetry down to a science, and were extremely professional about it. I dealt mostly with Patricia and Chris, but the entire staff helped out whenever I needed anything, and could all answer--or find an answer--to any question I had. I didnt realize going in that cabinetry was a lot more than I thought it was, but they had the resources and know-how to explain it to me. Would definitely recommend.

Rudest place Ive EVER dealt with! I informed them when I walked in that my contractor sent me to pick stuff out and pay. She helped me put it together which took all of 6 minutes. She printed me up a price and when I asked if that was with the discount my contractor gets, she said, nope, if theyre not with you at the time, you dont get their discount and, since we spent 6 minutes helping you without your contractor, if your contractor wants to get these from us, there will be an additional 15% charged because they werent with you on your first visit. REALLY!!!!! My first sentence after my hello was that my contractor asked me to come pick things out. Actual customer service would dictate that they tell me at THAT point that the contractor has to be with me! NOT AFTER THE 6 MINUTES OF EXTREMELY RUDE ASSISTANCE which, Im using the term assistance very loosely here. Beyond rude and ridiculous! They wont ever get a penny of my money!!!

The entire staff has been amazing. This was our first time ordering cabinets. Their book really was really great helping us learn our way as well as the staff answering our many questions. All during the Covid crisis. I made a couple mistakes and even forgot to order a cabinet. Very professional from the start (Lyn) to the pick up (Bruce). I will say the grey shaker has been a great choice for us but it does show as taupe at times which goes with our flooring. If you’re looking for a real GRAY, this may not be the right color for you.

We shopped around Jacksonville and was referred to DL Cabinetry. We loved that we could do our own measurements and visit the store for a free design. All this saved us time and money. We knew what we wanted going into it and had even picked up a pricing sheet and book with all the cabinet options prior to our design visit which made things a breeze. We walked in, designed, had copies of our design, paid and left with cabinets within an hour. It was so easy. We opted to assemble the cabinets ourselves to save a little money on the already great pricing. The instructions were not super detailed but it was pretty simple to assemble. It took about 30 per box. We are so far happy with the look and quality of the product as well as the ease and services we received at DL Cabinetry. We would recommend this company to others.

We visited the Jacksonville site after receiving our shipment of cabinets from the New Orleans site. The guys here in Jacksonville said they could put the cabinets together that we had purchased from the New Orleans site. The price they gave us to put them together was too good to pass up! We delivered the cabinets to them and a few short days later (weekend and a holiday) we went and picked them up. The guys had them all wrapped up and protected when we got there. Great value cabinets

After researching several cabinet companies in Jacksonville I chose DL Cabinetry for my master bathroom remodel. The personalized service and great pricing made it a pleasure to work with them on selecting my cabinets. I highly recommended them for any cabinet needs.

Overall, the process was easy, straight forward and everything looks good. I had DL assemble & deliver the cabinets, when removing the cabinet doors, I did notice a couple of cabinets where the doors had been mounted on the wrong side and leaving hinge marks. The other issue was no filler was in design next to the refrigerator panel and the granite had been cut by the time I found out the upper & lower cabinet doors hit the panel and barely opened to 90 degrees. I had to dissemble, add fillers to cabinets, cut down fridge panel and add a piece onto end of granite. Id use DL again and would recommend to other DIYs.

Lynn was so helpful and patient helping us design our cabinetry layout and choose the perfect product for our remodel. We will recommend DL Cabinetry to all of our friends and family!
