Lynea was very responsive and helpful throughout our kitchen remodel. Randy and Dana, well i dont think there are any better installers in Jacksonville, they did a wonderful job. I would say plan on more time than quoted, the process is a long one and right now, parts are sometimes delayed. At the end of the day they really worked to meet my absolute final time frame. I am amazed by what they pulled off and the kitchen looks beautiful!

My experience with Jax Bargain Cabinets was definitely pleasant and easy. The staff was very accommodating and made sure our cabinets were exactly what we wanted. We ordered a bathroom vanity for our master bath. From the time we ordered our cabinets to the delivery date was very reasonable compared to other places. The quality of the cabinets are very good. Our home was built in 1926- unfortunately we had to totally redo the kitchen. I knew pretty much what I wanted- Jax Bargain Cabinets was a great partner to make it happen, in a very small space.Lynea was so great to work with. Excellent. Lynea is wonderful - always on top of everything; and I can’t say enough about the installers Randi and Dana! If I have to make one complaint, I would just say that it annoys me every time I open my refrigerator it hits the wall, maybe it would of been better if it were moved over a few inches. However, other than that, they are highly recommended!

Working with Jax Bargain was delightful. They were helpful and courteous. They listened to what I needed and did not try to upsell for more than I needed. They finished my flooring installation quickly and it has probably been the easiest part of my home update process! I got quoted by a few places and they were absolutely the most reasonable for flooring and installation. Joe installed my floors beautifully and communicated everything I would need. Lynea in their office was also helpful everytime I called and had to make slight changes to my needs. They were very accommodating.

Redid our kitchen 11 years ago thru Jax Bargain. The runners in the plate drawers werent working properly. I took a drawer and the hardware to their store. Jeff was more than happy to help me. Not only did I get proper hardware but I also got detailed instructions on how to install it. Took me a bit to get it done though I managed. My drawers now work properly and I couldnt be happier. The biggest part of all of this was after 11 years they didnt charge me for the hardware! They did a great job. Cost and quality are very similar to what you can get at other stores. However the main difference is that you get to talk directly to the manager and if any problem happens these guys go out of their way to make it right.I would also highly recommend to pay for them to do the measurement themselves as they are then liable for mistakes. It is low cost insurance.

4 months ago my wife and I had a house fire and was lost with what to do next. Matt at Jax Bargain Cabinets held our hands and took us step by step. He had knowledge of the insurance procedures and time frames which was super helpful. He also catered to our selections and even helped us with our insurance paperwork. Matt was always available and even texted me back when I had questions outside of business hours. He showed true empathy to our situation and did not take advantage of us. His quote was right on the money. His Real Wood Cabinets even came is cheaper than another company with plywood cabinets. There were several others in the shop that always stepped in when Matt was out of the office or helping another customer. Everyone was eager to help including the owner, Rachel. Jax Bargain Cabinets did an outstanding job assisting me with a significant home renovation. Their selection of flooring, cabinets and carpet was second to none. They DO NOT use press board/furniture board. Their cabinets are made of real wood. Fast turnaround and installer was very pleasant.

So .... we knew when we purchased our retirement home that we would need to redo the kitchen cabinets and kitchen/dining room flooring. We went and got an estimate that was astronomical for cabinets. We were then steered to Jax Bargain Cabinets & Flooring and met Rachel (the owner). She listened to what we were trying to do, offered some really good suggestions and then gave us an estimate for cabinets, flooring, countertops and sink that was almost identical to the estimate we had gotten for cabinets !!!Yesterday the floors were installed and today the cabinets. The installers were professional, friendly, respectful and extremely good at their craft.We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. We cannot thank Rachel, Matt and their team enough. Horrible Communication. Could Not get my email Correct numerous times. Ask for certain dimensions, sizes and a price list, And they refused and ignored my request multiple Times. I usually dont complain like this. But their lack of communication and lack of respect was uncalled for.
