We have used The Flooring and Cabinet Store when we first moved to FL to remodel the kitchen and replace the flooring in our home. When we moved 5 years later, we contacted them again for the same services. We got bids from larger companies, but and ran back here. You can expect to receive personalized service with attention to every last detail. They have excellent customer service, well after the job is done. The pricing is very competitive with professional installers. They arrive on time and clean up each day. We cant give enough compliments about their services or staff.

We have had both bathrooms remodeled this year and could not be more pleased with the results of The Flooring and Cabinet Stores work. BJ and Lydia were a great team and worked really hard to accommodate the additional customization we wanted in our projects. Pictures cannot really capture the amazing results. Additionally, we had all bedroom carpets replaced and love the feel between our toes!

Carpet Installation Crew did a great job! They were punctual each day, worked hard to minimize seems, and finished within a reasonable time frame. Area was left clean. I have additional rooms requiring new carpet and I will use this company again.

Every one of the staff members at this flooring store, the owner (Steve), and their installers (Junior & his crew) were extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. The floors came out beautiful, and were done extremely quickly. We went with the luxury vinyl plank and couldnt be happier with the way the inside of our home looks now. Dave and Tom are amazing; out of all the people I have had in my house during this horrible experience they have been the most consistent, hardworking, positive, kind and friendly it was such a pleasure having them around. They tiled 8.5 rooms and worked over Christmas and New Years and the weekends to complete my home. I felt completely safe and comfortable whilst they where in my house. It so hard to find good, honest, and hardworking people. I wish they could do everything i need to rebuild my house..I would have them around everyday. We had a major kitchen remodel in mind and had shopped around for a remodel team for many months. We happened to be at the shopping center where The Flooring & Cabinet Store is located and decided to stop in for a look. We spoke to BJ who was very friendly and was able to provide what we needed while keeping the cost within our budget. The process was as painless as a remodel can be! Lydia and I spoke and emailed on a weekly basis and she was always responsive and had a solution or suggestion. They stood by us until the very last step. It was a pleasure to work with this team and our new kitchen is gorgeous! We will definitely work with this store again when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms. Thanks guys!

We used them to recarpet a rental unit. They gave us a fair price quote and said they would show up the next day to measure at 10 AM. They were there at 9:57. They said that their installer would be there the next day to do the install. The installer, Jeff, showed up at 8AM and worked straight through until 4:30 PM. I cannot say enough good about the entire experience. Good product, good price, GREAT INSTALLER. Probably the best installer I have ever used. In the end he left the place spotless. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

When picking out our options, he was helpful in finding us what we had in mind, never pushy, and very straightforward with pricing. Giving a 1 star is even too much. I had a terrible experience with this company. Completely botched our job and paid us off with a return of labor and minimal price adjustment. The amount given is not even half the amount we need to rip their job and fix it. In addition to the terrible job, the customer service was awful with no communication after BJ acknowledged the installers error.Please do not do business with this company. There are other companies around that would treat you better.

I am editing this review at this time from a 1 star to a 3 star based on repairs that have been made. The owner Steve got in touch with me as soon as he read my original review and came to look at the issues we had with the floor. Rob and Aaron came last week and did an awesome job redoing our hallway that had been poorly installed. They acknowledged things that they saw that were done wrong and did an excellent job in making the hallway a floor to be proud of when you enter our house. All I need now is a copy of the warranty, etc for my floor and I will be a much happier customer. It was refreshing to know that my review was read and action was taken based on my review. Thank you, Steve, for taking the time to ensure a better experience for your customers.

Redoing my review:We did love our new wood look tile floors. Steve our sales person was very nice in the beginning until we started to have problems. We started having efflorescence coming through the grout (white crystals). They did come back out and took all the grout out and replaced with new. After reading up on efflorescence the concrete should have been sealed before installing the floor which they didn’t do. We still have the problem. If you have issues Steve isn’t the are most pleasant person to work with. I don’t usually do bad reviews but couldn’t look past this one as I’m having to look at the floor every day with white stuff coming through the grout and it’s very visible. Absolutely horrible. Will not be doing business with them anymore.

Very nice customer service. They were very generous to lend me a quartz sample for several days so I could match paint and tile. Lisa was very friendly and didn’t balk helping us with our relatively small job, nor did she try to “upsell” us to services we didn’t ask for. They were responsive to any questions I had and they are competitively priced. I also had no issues with the contractors they used for my countertops; they were also responsive to my requests and communication.

Ron was great to work with. There were no surprises along the way. Great communication. Great price. Great service. Thank you to everyone who worked on my kitchen. It looks a hundred times better!

Steve, the Owner, was great to work with. He was very reasonable and was very competitive on his pricing. He was also extremely responsive to my calls and emails. I felt that the store bent over backwards for me. I do have to call out that I struggled to give this review a full 5 stars. The struggle wasn’t over Steve and his team but the installers. The installers, independent contractors, made certain situations more difficult than necessary. The workers didn’t speak English and kept engaging me with their issues vs reaching out to their superintendent. This caused confusion. They also tried to leave all of their trash at my house. Steve the store owner showed up instantly with his box truck to remedy the situation after I informed him of this. TLDR; Steve and the store is top notch. I can’t say that about the independent contractors/tilers. The tile job was good, I guess that was all that really mattered.

The absolute worst experience ever! Worst customer service. I ordered dark chocolate cabinets and they delivered cherry cabinets. Go to L&T cabinets. You will pay 1/2 the price and get better customer service. Military should definitely not go here for sure!

Recently we chose the Flooring & Cabinet Store to update our 1995 bathrooms and truly couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. We werent looking for an elaborate remodel, just a more modern update to fit our modest 25 year old home.BJ and Lydia were so helpful and patient and took us through the process of selecting everything - from floors to tile to vanities to fixtures - in a super relaxed atmosphere. They were both wonderful to work with! And we truly cannot speak highly enough about the contractor who did all the work, Alex, and his entire crew. The process from the estimate all the way to the installation was efficient. We replaced the old raggy rugs with vinyl flooring that has the appearance of wood. It looks and feels great. The price was reasonable, and owner Steve was very nice and professional. I would recommend.

I researched 3 or 4 different floor business to replace my wooden floors that were ruined by moisture coming up through my floor slab. Knowing that Insurance would not cover the expense I need to make sure I had the right people to replace my floors. Steve Edmonds and his crew gave me the most confidence when they came into my home to evaluate my problem. Steve and his installer realized what my problem was and informed me what needed to be done to my slab problem before they could even put a new floor down. I gave them the job and was told that it would take 4 days and they completed the job in 3 which was great the floors look great and Steve was always available to answer any questions I had through the process.
