I had an awesome experience. Worked with Ana, when I first arrived she knew I just wanted to wander, she left me alone but was available for questions. The product I picked came in pretty quickly, they were on time and very professional installers.I had a small issue that I could have lived with but they insisted on making it right. Would definitely recommend

Had a great experience today. Came into the showroom and was immediately greeted by Diane who was in the middle of eating her lunch. She quickly stopped eating and helped show me around the showroom, eagerly answering all my questions. She also introduced me to some extremely attractive vinyl flooring options I wasnt aware of, which will end up saving us thousands. Based on the customer service alone, we plan on buying our materials here once we have finalized all our details.

They had a good selection of products, which is why I gave them two stars instead of one. However, they were not helpful when we were browsing their store. There were multiple people working and no one appeared busy, but no one took the time to answer our questions or discuss prices. We scheduled an estimate, but they called 2 hours before they were supposed to show up and cancelled. They advised that with tax season, everyone wants to redo their floors and theyre too busy and that if I wanted an estimate, we could measure our own square footage and call them. They were not helpful, they didnt seem to want our business and they seemed snobby. We are going elsewhere to get our floors done by a company that wants our business, we are not paying thousands of dollars for bad customer service.

They wisely terminated the person we had been assigned to with the construction of our new home. Our experience was very disappointing with our consultation. Now we have trouble with their service people. They have great displays and product line but I doubt Id be back to work with them if they offered me a free kitchen.

I was in search of some tiles and scoured the internet for the best prices but kept hitting a wall with ridiculous delivery prices from online sellers. I checked the website for the tile manufacturer and they directed me to The Kitchen and Flooring Design Center. I got in contact with Steven and he not only got me the best possible price but saved me a tonne on delivery costs.I highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects.

Don’t choose this place when doing your home remodeling! We HAD to deal with them when building our home because our builder had a contract with them. First strike was we went in to pick out everything for our new home and the design consultant Nicole was nothing but a scatterbrained mess. Being that this is a huge investment we took our time picking and choosing every detail. Multiple times during our appointment Nicole had mentioned that “she has had such a long day and couldn’t wait to get home”. She wasnt writing any of our choices down and the result of this was her messing up huge things on our home!! The most important of those being the exterior color of our home!! We had unfortunately trusted that she had all the details correct. Not knowing the exact name of the color of our house, weeks later we signed the form confirming that “Monday morning” would be our house color. Who would hve any idea what Monday morning is?? We assumed it was the GRAY we picked but we pulled up to our house and it was white! Nicole also messed up in another way but luckily it was to our advantage. We had decided on straight tile rather than diagonal to save us $2500, however she was so unorganized that she deleted it on the bottom of the work order but not throughout the rest of it so we got $2500 diagonal floors for free! After calling the owner and explaining our issues, he declined to pay for the color mistake that THEY made saying his employees document everything! Clearly not! Luckily our builder met us halfway and we only had to pay $500 to repaint it. The kitchen and design center refused to pay anything for THEIR mistake! Throughout what was supposed to be a fun process, we would call to confirm details and ask questions and Nicole was never able to answer them. She would say “let me ask Rene” and when we would get no answer we went straight to calling him (the boss). She started to become irritated because we went above her because we needed answers. This place is one unorganized disaster! Save yourself and go elsewhere when choosing your design center.

They must be aggressive with meeting your kitchen and flooring needs seeing how one of their truck drivers just ran me off the road. Their delivery drivers should have their license revoked and management should do a better job hiring professional personel

Don’t go there expecting much knowledge or service. No return calls when promised. Had to repeatedly hound them about my order. Crazy disorganized. What a joke.

I would encourage anyone considering doing business with The Kitchen and Flooring Design Center to reconsider and look elsewhere. They do a great job at getting you in the door and showing you a wonderful design. Once youve committed and paid your deposit, the service and professionalism ends. We should have walked away when our sales person, Steven advised us he and his wife had issues getting their knobs and pulls when they purchased new cabinets. However, we made the unwise decision to continue. Something that was supposed to take one day to install, ended up taking exactly two months. I do not believe that the manager, Rene did everything he could to make things right. After Rene advised me that he would call me right back after a conversation, he failed to do so. At that time, I seeked and was able to locate the owners (Mike) cell phone number. He had the opportunity to fix things but instead was more worried about how I got his personal cell phone number and told me that he does not deal with clients. After listening to our experience, he even proceeded to tell me that the issues we were having werent really that big of a deal. Not one time did we receive an apology from Mike or Rene. Our detailed timeline is below. Stay away!!05/03 - Deposit paid and cabinets were ordered. We were advised it would take 3 weeks for them to be delivered to the warehouse. We agreed on an installation date of 06/01.05/18 - My wife called to make sure everything was still on track. She was advised that it was. However, Steven asked us to measure one of our walls as he thought that he initially measured a wall wrong. Turns out, he did measure wrong. Supposedly, even with the error, everything was still on track.05/26 - Wife called and left message for Steven. Did not receive a call back that day.05/29 - Wife called and spoke to Steven. He proceeded to tell her that some of the cabinets were in but some had to be reordered. He told her that the installation would not start on 06/01 because all cabinets were not present. We had also ordered floors (from a different company) and they were supposed to start the next day but could not do so until the cabinets were installed. She told Steven that that was not acceptable and they needed to install what they had so the flooring people could being their install. She asked to speak to the manager, Rene and he said he would look into it.05/31 (day early) - Steven and the installer show up with the cabinets. One of the two missing cabinets was pulled from another job but it had the wrong doors and drawers. The hardware on that cabinet was not soft close as we had ordered. One of the upper cabinets did not even have doors and was also missing soft close hardware. Lastly, the knobs and pulls were missing.06/01 - All available cabinets are installed.06/09 - The last missing cabinet (two of two) is delivered and installed (no molding). Still, no knobs or pulls and no correct pieces for the cabinets that were missing pieces or had wrong pieces.06/14 - Backsplash is installed. However, it was unfinished as not enough tile was ordered. Steven advised that the missing cabinet parts and knobs and pulls had arrived and should be completed by 06/16. Never received call and no one ever showed.06/19-06/23 - We were out of town.06/24 - We decide to visit the design center. Steven advised us that he would be out of town the week of 06/26 but we should expect to receive a call from two different people on Monday to schedule the remaining work. One to complete the backsplash and one to complete the cabinet work.06/26 - Had not received a call by 2:00 so I called the design center and asked to speak to Rene. He stated that he would get them to call me. I received a call from the scheduler (within 30 min) who proceeded to tell me that the first available date was 07/10. I told her that this was unacceptable. She ended up getting us on the books for 06/29. Never received a call from the backsplash guy.06/27 - Rene called asking if I heard from both of the schedulers. I told him that.........
