Bought brand new SUP paddle boards today! Took them right on the water! Absolutely love them!Would HIGHLY recommend getting the electric pump that we bought for our inflatable paddle boards!IT IS WORTH IT and makes life a breeze!The guy we worked with helped us tremendously and answered all of our THOUSAND questions!Would definitely come back if I ever wanted to buy more water toys!

Earning a good review from a customer is easy when everything goes right. The real measure of a business is how they handle a customer when things dont go correctly. I recently had just such an experience, but I would hasten to mention this wasnt because they did anything wrong. It was more, perhaps, my unrealistic expectations and trying to be cheap. I wont go into details, but will just say that when I brought my concerns to their attention it was handled promptly, courteously and to my complete satisfaction. While this particular transaction didnt work out, All Wet Sports will be my first stop when I need something water-sports related.

This is always a wonderful visit. I have bought several SUPs and windsurfing stuff etc. The owner just goes the extra mile. Prices are always competitive.

The staff was very friendly; easy in and out. They helped us launch the kayak and came out promptly when we were finished. Honestly, I’m not sure how they noticed, but they were def on the ball.My only regret was that I didn’t get the back rest (the guy did offer it). I would def suggest it if you have any back/ neck pains.The only disappoint I had was the gentleman told us to go right towards the marsh, but unfortunately there was a tree down so we weren’t able to go all the way, which was a little of a bummer.We rented for 4 hour (really 3 because you have to be back by 3:30 on Sundays) but we weren’t even out the whole time due to our path getting cut short by the tree.Overall, it was an okay time. A little high for pricing, when I don’t feel like I got what a paid for. It’s nothing against the staff; maybe it’s just location? I’m not certain. This is my first time renting in Jacksonville since I moved here.

Nothing wrong with their rental kayaks or equipment. Some of the paddles we were given by the staff member before our trip were badly damaged, but we were able to swap them out before we left. Cant speak for the pfds, as I used my own, but they looked about what youd expect for rentals. I had looked ahead of time on their website for information, but nothing said we could only launch from their location. Ive never had this restriction at other shops so it wasnt even in my mind. We ended up having to do a completely different route than originally planned due to this restriction. I would recommend that the owner/marketing director of the business makes changes to their website to reflect these rules. I wouldnt even mind paying a deposit which is later returned to me after I turn in their gear if the fear is that the gear might be stolen, but alas, that is not the case. I also rented a uhaul from a different location as I planned on transporting a large number of kayaks, but when I asked if I could return it at their location the staff member who cashed us out didnt even call the other location to ask about the return, he just told me to return it to where I got it from. Just little details that take a business from ok to great.

Left out of the launch is short but shaded. Lots of wildlife and interesting looking for geocaches. We hid something under the bridge to the right. Look for slick nick but it gets a bit Rocky.

Rented a kayak with a friend of mine- had an AMAZING time. Then friend bought a SUP, because these prices are unbelievable!! Stop in and check them out for all your watersports needs!!

I found quite a few salt water kayaking places in Jacksonville, but this freshwater spot was what I really wanted. My lovely girlfriend and I arrived when the sky was overcast. We had a few hours before they closed and was hoping to avoid the rain. We were met immediately by ZACK, who was courteous, professional, and had a great sense of humor during his presentation of what was available. Instructions and expectations were clearly defined here and social distancing protocols were practiced. The bathroom door even had a sign that said open the door with your foot = zero spread. I thought that was a nice touch. The equipment was spot on and our tandem kayak was clean and spacious. We paddled down Pottsburg Creek for about 2 hours and unfortunately got rained on as we headed back. However, this didnt take away from the fun time we had. A great time for people who enjoy a peaceful meander into nature. We will come back again and perhaps invite some friends.

I went there with my friend. He had a kayak and I didn’t so I decided to rent one from this place. The service is very friendly, easy paperwork to fill out to rent and their prices are very reasonable . The lady that worked today was super friendly and explained everything to me . I will be back and bringing more friends. Great vibes and customer service . I would give more stars if I could ☺️ Highly recommend

All Wet Sports is very friendly and caring. They truly have your best interest in mind. Have rented with them many times.

The “expert” consisted of a young man too high to even talk or walk correctly. Whole store smelled of pot when I walked in it. Not the kind of “joint” I enjoy going to.

When you purchase an inflatable SUP from here and they tell you that theyll repair it for the life of the board but you bring it in for a repair and they recommend you take it some place in ORLANDO to get it repaired. If youre going to tell someone youll repair the board they bought from your business then you should at least repair the board they bought from your business. I tried doing the right thing supporting a local business and purchasing from here but I have learned my lesson.

We went here for Mothers Day weekend and we had a blast. I am not able to swim so was a little nervous to be so close to the water but there were so many people surrounding us, it comforted me lol. The staff is nice and the entire event was relaxing and different for me. Great event for a cheap price!!

I would not recommend this place! They were rude and would not accommodate their own voucher. The order was placed over night via Groupon, and it had only been 18 hours instead of 24 hours. So I could not use the tickets I paid for. They wanted to charge $20 for 90 mins. When I had paid $12 for a 4 hour rental the previous night. I bought 4 vouchers (each for a 4 hr rental) for the regular price of one 4 hour rental. This place is a rip off! They would rather their kayacks sit empty than accomodate paying customers. On the bright side I reached out to Beach Life Rentals and they delivered kayacks to Dutton Island Preserve and I paid half the price for twice the service and experience! Researching the options paid off- I was also able to get a refund via Groupon!

This place is great! My wife and I rented kayaks and had a wonderful afternoon on the water. The staff was really helpful in getting us started and out on the water. You can go left or right on the creek and the staff gave good suggestions of inlets to check out both ways. We will definitely be back to do the paddle boards as well.

Bad business practices

Best staff I have ever seen in a shop like this. They are the nicest folks. And patient, they are willing to impart their knowledge and generally know their stuff. Well worth a visit.

Andy and his staff are amazing! It is a beautiful escape right in the middle of the Southside area. Well priced rentals and a very relaxing paddle ride in the creek. Who would have thought something that cool would be right there on Beach Blvd by Grove Park. This fall weather was perfect for our day trip and no one else was on the water. Simply perfect

My wife and I are in the exploratory stages of buying a kayak. We dropped in here yesterday and the staff was really great in taking the time to explain their offerings and features of different kayaks. The service was excellent. We plan to be back soon to check out their kayak rentals.

Great guys, I went in for a skateboard pivot cup and they were out, so they let me take some off of a used truck! No surfboards here just paddle and wake!

I called this place in advance and asked their rental times and they told me I have until 3pm to rent. I drove an hour to get here, arrived at 2:15pm and they said that their services stopped at 2pm since it was Sunday. Wth?! A total of two hours wasted in driving, gas, and time for nothing. Very annoyed with their lack of professionalism.

They didnt want to honor their groupon price because my family couldnt wait 24 hours to kayak. We were visiting from Cleveland, Ohio and the company offered to allow us kayak for $18 per hour ( the groupon was $18 for 4 hours). We politely declined and took our money elsewhere.

AWS is an awesome venue with an amazing staff. Andy & crew are the nicest, most helpful group of paddlers you could ever hope to meet. Highly recommend.

YOU CAN NOT USE GROUPON SAME DAY AS YOU PUTCHASE IT. Thank goodness Groupon lets you trade in unwanted purchases to use anyway you like. They even will refund your money!! You have to make sure you read the fine print you can’t use a groupon the same day. I have used Groupon so many times for different things. But this time I was turned away at the All Wet Sports. He was nice when he said NO that’s why he got 2 stars. I’ve been here so many times and before and never a issue. I guess I should thank them for teaching me the value of reading the fine print. Or maybe they could be more user friendly and put it in huge BOLD letters.

Had an awesome experience at JAWS . We did some paddle boarding and kayaking . Super helpful, friendly and accommodating staff . Very reasonable in price and equipment kept up well . Thank Zack with a k for an awesome first adventure for our niece that is visiting from Sicily Italy !!!!

Very cool dude who owns/operates AWS. Pretty cheap too considering. Hell help you launch into Pottsburg Creek and tell you where to go. South is more naturally-scenic.

Crappy way of doing business. Purchased groupon for kayak. Called to make reservation for kayak. Was told there was no reservations, first come first serve. We were first at the door get in and at register and he told us someone else had reservations for a large group and no extra kayaks were left. Then said oh, well they were in the parking lot first. What kind of business model is this? And if they were expecting this large group why not tell us that when we called and not say first come first serve. Liars Would not recommend this place.

Relaxed afternoon for about $19

We came the week before Christmas with a Groupon. The gentleman there was very friendly and accepted our Groupon with no problems. He was polite and helpful, even helping us launch our kayaks from their own private launch spot. The prices were great, even without the Groupon, and their rental gear is in great condition. The area that you kayak through is peaceful, quiet, and quite beautiful. It was perfect for the beginner and the moderately experienced members of our group.

This review is not about All Wet Sports, but the Pottsburg Creek. I launched from the public ramp yesterday, turned left and immediately started seeing all kinds of trash floating on the water. I literally filled my kayak up with trash. My intent was to paddle, not clean up after pigs!. I encourage All Wet Sports to organize a clean up, only because you have customers that use that creek..and it would really be a shame to have the Pottsburg become a cesspool.

A very nice place for paddleboarding. Friendly staff and Zac is a great instructor for paddleboarding.
