Battery connection plus of Jax was a wonderful experience considering the situation I was in. My battery was dead and I just about made it to the store. I called the store and Patrick the manager was very helpful. I went to the store and once again Patrick was more than helpful. He installed the battery with a very friendly attitude. I strongly recommend this place. And once again thank you Patrick!

These guys are the best. Ive purchased several batteries here in the past, and have always been pleased with the product and the customer service. I encountered a problem with my car battery (convertible top down, dead car, rain storm approaching) and stopped in to see if they could help me out. Owner was very rude to employee and myself. Yelling at me because he forgot to tell the employee I wanted to see the battery tested. Great employee will only recommend because of him. Very unprofessional owner. The comment placed below by owner further confirms this owner does not care whether or not he gets a good review because he is rude. He opened a warehoise door behind the counter and said they are testing it in there. Im a customer im not going to take it upon myself to walk through someones establishment unless im escorted by a member of that establishment. When the employee made a mistake he yelled at him in front of me multiple times. Get some respect for your customers and employees. Good thing its a free country people can make their own decisions. This place is awesome. Not only do they have a great variety of prices from new to used but they also take the time to do a few test to make sure it is really the battery and not the alternator. Plus they change the battery out for you. ASESOME PLACE!!

Honest and helpful staff!

Bought 2 batteries a month ago because of the price and warranty. The batteries will not hold a charge and drain very quick. I had called the business and was told to bring them in. When I got there they informed me that the warranty for the batteries that I purchased were no longer under a warranty from the manufacturer. I was not given a replacement or refund. Customer service on the phone wasnt that good and was given a run a round when I got there by back peddling why I would not be given a refund or even an exchange. No service after the sale, no help even with the receipt! I will give them free bad advertising on all social media. What a waste of time and money!
