I should have gotten the name of the man who helped me to include here, but I had a great experience! I got off work late on Friday night and saw they would only be open for 30 more minutes. I don’t like to keep anyone late or cause an inconvenience but he was more than willing to help. He checked my battery and it was dead as suspected, it was replaced in less than 10 minutes. Thankfully my battery is in a location that makes it easy to remove and replace. I would recommend this service to others!

I went to AutoZone when I was having issues with my headlight. The team was so helpful and Scott went above and beyond to assist me. Wonderful, wonderful customer service!

Rude, dismissive, and I have to continuously repeat myself. I drove home and used my own toolbox to replace the headlight bulb that I purchased there.

The store manager was great and helpful finding a battery for my wallet. She did the best she could have done to get me the lowest price descent quality for my car thax a million .

This branch of AutoZone is amazing because of the guy who works there “Kella”, he’s really nice, helpful and funny to talk with!Probably you’ll be able to find most of the car parts that you might need and maybe all coz if there’s something that they don’t have it in stock! They’ll easily order it for you.I like the place and I will come back again once I need something for my car.

Came in because my abs, bsd, hill assist and traction control lights were all on. Asked the man behind the counter if he could take a look at it. He came out took a glance and said I probably need to take it to the dealership and get it tested. He never offered to run the diagnostics for me or explain any possibility of what the problem could’ve been. I understand they aren’t mechanics, but at least help where you can and actually look at what a customer needs help with.

Parts guy spent 20 minutes trying to enter my warranty info. They need a better computer system and training for their people. I walked out and went to a competitor to buy my parts.

Fist time to visit this place and the lady Octavia was very kind to help me. She was by herself but she managed the store very smoothly. She even offered to install my wipers without hesitation after I asked if it was easy to install. I really appreciate her dedication and the joy she has serving others! What a pleasant Saturday morning. All because of the Auto Parts Manager at the Southside Blvd and Baymeadows, Jacksonville, FL location. She was able to multi-task several situations (supporting trainees) while helping me and even offered to install the windshield wipers I purchased. She is a hard-working, pleasant person and is a gem for Auto Parts.

The guys here just reinstalled a piece for my brakes that I wouldnt have known how to do otherwise. Thank you!

Justin N was awesome, rang us up for a battery. He kept his mask on at all times and put gloves on. There where two associates in the store that dis not wear a mask and i seen two that did. Justin really cares about the customer, he made sure to take care of the customers heth. Then went in the heat with the mask and installed a battery, he made small talk the whole time to make you feel comfortable. 10/10 experience, because of that of i have auto part purchases i would go to AutoZone over a competitor because of Justin N. The pandemic is horrible and im high risk, Justin made me feel at ease durning a horrible time and took care of all my needs. The store was clean and awesome.

Went in looking for air valve caps for my tires. I looked around couldnt find them. No one greeted me or even asked if i needed any help. Another customer comes in and is instantly greeted with What are you looking for boss? I look around a litte longer still couldnt find it and still no one even acknowledges that im there so I left. I guess this AutoZone does not like women. I only gave this store 1 star which it doesnt deserve just so I could leave my review.

Went there about 3 minutes to closing time to pick up a back windshield wiper. The staff were very kind despite the time. They helped me find my wiper and installed in less than 5 minutes. I am very pleased and will go to this store in the future for my auto needs.

The woman (shift manager?) and cashier, Stephen G, were giving each other a hard time and having a good time at work. I enjoyed being part of that. The staff always seem to enjoy each others company so it makes it a fun place to go. Also, they were extremely helpful in getting what I needed, making extra sure that it would work for my car. I just wish their computer system wasnt so terrible!! (Not the stores fault.)

Simple battery replacement, tested and replaced under thirty minutes. Good luck getting that service from a dealership. Both employees i encountered had great personalities and no complaining.

They were very nice. But it seems they had only one set of tools and I had to wait awhile until the employee that was using them for something else returned them so I could have my battery changed.

Bill needed parts for his 87 MC SS which he is in the middle of restoration. Needed Door Lock Knobs and Tire Stem Caps. First plenty of parking right on Southside and Baymeadows. Walked in and greeted right away and asked if he needed help. Sales person took him right to the area and answered his questions about matching to year of car. Clean well run location makes this Bills go to local place for parts. They also have tools available to do parking lot repairs.

Was not laughed at when I brought in my gas cap, which I had ran over. Was helped quickly and kindly. Seriously, Autozone is the best

They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my car so that it is now running great again. Definitely go there to find out what is wrong and receive great service.

Most of the time my experience with location is a positive one. However, on Monday I went in to purchase a battery after calling ahead making sure they had one. A young guy checked my battery making sure it was bad. It was 93 degrees outside. We went back inside and he refused to sell a battery telling me the battery should be put in buy a dealer in case the software needs reset. I called the dealer and I was told if there were any such issues it could be done later and was safe to change batteries. They still refused to sell me a battery so I jumped the car off and went to Batteries and Bulbs (dealer recommended). I got a battery and zero issues with car now. Autozone employee treated me terribly.

Good prices, easy to get in and out. I wouldnt say great customer service but good service.Last visit I had battery issues and got it tested. Was informed the battery was fine. The next day my battery was completely dead. I went to Advanced to have them check it (closer to my house at the time) and they said it was completely gone. Im not sure why one day it was fine and the next day it was empty.

Called last night, and was told they have the item I asked for. Arrived this morning, and was ignored while standing at the front for 10 minutes. Then they are rude about telling me they dont have what Im looking for. When I informed them that I was told last night that the item was there, I was just defensively told that Im the boss here, I would know. no apologies for being given false information, no attempt to double check, nothing. Extremely rude service, not a friendly person in the place. The young girl there ignored me to go put away a battery until the boss asked her to help me first. Then the young girl gets an attitude about having to help me. The only employee in the store wearing a mask was the self proclaimed boss with no manners.

As a member of the OSteen parts team we appreciate the service we get from the AutoZone store at 8341 Southside Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32256.On this particular occasion Chris Dupee, and Gains Russell really went above and beyond. We had a part for a none Volkswagen car we could not get from AutoZone. I was able to find the part at a local dealership. They made two attempts and overcame several obstacles to get the part picked up and delivered to us. I can say in all my years in the automotive business I have never been treated to better customer service, Great Job guys.

Rudest people ever. I waited politely to pay, product in hand. One guy behind the counter slowly helped the guy in front of me. The second guy behind the counter played with his computer, then answered the phone and got into a long conversation about a product not in stock. After giving them 5 minutes and still being ignored, I put down the product and went to Advance auto parts where I was treated much better.

I had to recharge a 12V refrigerator out of my boat. I went in to Autozone to get some R134a and see if they also had any of the tools that I would need. I was able to rent a vacuum pump and manifold set. The manifold set was setup strictly for automotive applications, so it didnt meet my needs. The compressor worked very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman that helped me gave me a few tips on using the manifold and he checked out the compressor before loaning it to me so it was sure to work.As always I had a great shopping experience and Autozone was a big help in fixing my refrigerator.Thank you

Lazy worker!! I came in for a brake light the rep said they were out. I asked for the rep to look it up at another store the re did not. I then sat in my car and went online to autozone.com only to find guess what? The brake light you were out of is sitting in the store for curbside pick up... wow can’t make this stuff up! #Sad the fact he didn’t even look it up.. which is why most women hate going in autozone

Waited 10 minutes to check out. Im standing there Ive already put my card in the POS machine, the cashier wanders off to take a telephone call leave me standing there another 5 minutes. I gave up took my card out hit the cancel button walked away this place sucks.

These guys at this Auto Zone were very helpful. Went early in the morning to get alternator, battery, and starter tested. Battery was pretty low so we replace the battery. I would definitely go back before I take my truck to a shop and have them diagnose it. Saved money and time. Was in and out in about 20 minutes. Matt Newton was the guy who helped me out. This guy knew what he was talking about. He took out my old battery, cleaned the terminals and connectors. Brushed off the corrosion.Then installed my new battery. Was very polite and informative. He seemed to really love his job and helping others. Thanks Matt!!!

It seems easy for him [took him only a few minutes] owing to his professional experiences but it could take me hours to replace it. Rented their diagnostic tool... It didnt work. I asked AutoZone associate to help me. Guy was scratching his head... yeah... now what?I will tell you what: your tools are not configured! I purchased the same tool and configured to my vehicle which is Porsche 911. Owners/managers/whoever: dont confuse us with your SERVICES YOU CANT PROVIDE!
