I had them stretch 2 bedrooms and a hallway. I was going to spend $3700 on new carpet but instead invested $280 for the stretch and $160 for a professional clean. The best decision Ive made. Great guys and did a great job. I highly recommend.

After having another carpet repair man reschedule three times, then just not show up the last time I gave Able carpet repair a call. I spoke to Jim, who is the owner and he was able to not only come out and fix my carpet the same day but made it looking as good as new! He is very professional and does a great job. If I need him for any more carpet repairs I will definitely be calling him again!

I had some carpet repaired after my dog decided to tear up an ink cartridge on it. The repair looks great, they were able to take out the ruined carpet (about 18″x18″) and replace with a scrap piece I had. I know where the repair was done and it’s still difficult for me to see it. Jim showed up on time, did the repair for the price quoted, and left the carpet looking excellent. I would definitly use Able Carpet Repair again (though I hope I don’t have to deal with anymore ruined carpet).

We cant say enough good things about Mr. Ryan. His prices are always great and he is a pleasure to be around. Last summer he fixed three patches on our carpet and they are practically invisible. Most recently Jim took the service call to fix my botched DIY tile to carpet transition on Saturday afternoon. He was finished with the carpet repair by noon on Sunday. This guy, I paid $120 for patch work on a small spot in carpet. Beige carpet, the spot work looks OK, he takes carpet out of closet and replaced it with a white piece of carpet. Im a perfectionist and want something close to color not that dam obvious. Work is done a little late now .... AMAZING BRAIN ACTIVITY

So not happy.I dont ever post negative reviews but this is the second time he was out .NOT a professional look for what I payed..Including his 20 dollar charge to drive here....ill call another company and have it cut and installed correctly.

We recently moved to Jacksonville from Orlando and didnt know anyone! Our carpets were in quite a state and we couldnt afford to have them all replaced but luckily one of our new neighbors recommended Jim at Able Carpet Repair. We emailed him late at night and he called back first thing the next morning and came out the same day. He inspected, stretched, reattached and repaired our 4-5 yr old carpet with virtually invisible patch work. There were a couple of places where it looked like a cat or dog had ripped it up and we had extra carpet but that was it. Jim had new carpet padding in his truck and was therefore able to complete the job in time for the holidays. We will be forever grateful for Jims pleasant attitude and fine workmanship.

Showed up and declined to do the job since new carpet had been down in a new house. Total inconvenience and no attempt to work it out.
