Great customer service and great products. Needed something to cover my epoxy garage floor due to it is a safety hazard when wet. The team at Gator Carpet recommend their industrial carpet tile for the garage. It is perfect. Looks great, you can use a blower or run a vacuum over it and when it gets wet, it dries with no issue.

Great install, amazing prices, easy to pick from on site inventory. After assuming big box stores were the way to go, we reached the end of our rope trying to deal with Lowes for carpet, where they charge a $35 measurement fee that gets refunded when you buy carpet from them. What they dont tell you is after you have their contract company measure, it takes days for them to get that info. After youve waited days and called to find out if you can finally order your carpet, I personally had to speak to a manager to find out if the information was in because there was no one in the flooring department to answer phones. They confirmed the information was in so we stopped by that evening but were told by Khalid the flooring specialist that only two people can quote carpet and neither worked that day. We went through all of that before going to Gator. It made me appreciate Cat so much more, from her friendly approach and knowledgeable service, we picked carpet and padding, set up an appointment for measurements, and were on our way in less than 30 minutes. We were able to pay and schedule over the phone. The installation went flawlessly and our house looks and most importantly, smells so much better. Thank you to this entire team for doing such a stellar job.

Save time and money by going to Gator first! If you can find an in-stock carpet that you like, chances are you just found your carpet. Their in-stock carpet is priced lower than carpet which is ordered. I found a good quality nylon at Gator then I went a few other places and I just kept coming up with more reasons to go back to Gator. My sales rep was John but we also talked with Shane, the manager. It was so pleasant doing business with them. I’ve never replaced carpet before and they were very helpful and patient in educating me. Pat was our installer. He did a fabulous job! Our rooms are a bit larger so he had to do a lot of seam work which looks perfect. Everything turned out great! I highly recommend them; I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I don’t say that about just any company.

If anyone is looking to have new flooring laid, Gator 🐊 Carpet & Tile are the best! We had them install Luxury Vinyl Planks on our first floor throughout. We elected to have them jack-up all of our old ceramic tile, which is typically not a pleasant experience. But, Gator’s install crew did a great job with getting it done fast, and they were considerate of our needs in trying to live our daily lives in our home while they were working.Shane & his crew just finished with Phase II of our LVP install - the stairs, landing, and loft area. This install crew did not disappoint, either! The precision with which the installers made their cuts to ensure the planks on our stairs looked seamless & beautiful, could only be considered a true art form! I have know John of Gator carpet since I first get into real estate business more than 10 years ago. All these years, I have not bought carpet from anyone else. I had a great experience purchasing flooring from Shane at Gator Carpet and Tile. He is very knowledgeable in this field, had answers for all my questions and when he didn’t, he quickly found the answer. He is very patient and kind as it took me about two weeks to figure out what I wanted. He did not mind at all when I called several times with more questions. Each time I visited the showroom, I had my 14 year old son with me. Shane was very kind with him as well, answering his questions and addressing his comments and concerns. There’s not a lot of sales people out there that would do this. My son is on the high end of the autism spectrum and the way Shane presented himself with him made this a great learning experience for my son as well. That meant a lot to me. We are so happy with our new floors. John, our salesperson, was amazing. He came out to measure the same day we went in and picked the tile and carpets. I happened upon Gator carpeting when I was looking to replace carpeting in one of my rental units. I had always been a customer of a competitor of theirs, but decided to check Gators prices and choice of carpeting before buying elsewhere. My experience with the whole process was top notch! Shane was very professional and on top of the whole process, keeping me abreast of everything.I was unable to be at the property the day of the installation and I received a call from the installer telling me that he came across a defect in the carpet. He suggested I call Shane to arrange for a different carpet to be installed. Without skipping a beat, Shane chose a better grade carpet and by the next day the installation was complete.Upon my arrival to view the property the following day, I was so happy to see that not only had they taken the time to vacuum the whole unit, but they cut a piece of carpeting in a designed shape for people to wipe their feet on upon entering the unit. I was very blessed & impressed with Gator Carpet & just had new carpet installed about a month ago for my office. This was quite the Christmas blessing as the owners came to my business for a massage & offered to give me new carpet, install it, address the issues in my current situation, & have the installers move furniture all in exchange for massages. Gator Carpet & Tile was recommended by a few of our neighbors. I will say the customer service was good at first. John was great at answering my questions. I wanted carpet replaced in the bedrooms and laminate in the main living areas. I started with carpet in three bedrooms, one being the master. Only one carpet installer showed up with a helper. I was told by John they would be there most of the day. They arrived around 10am and did not leave until after 10 pm. The job looked good at first but closer inspection, we could see a very noticeable seam across two of the rooms. When I called to ask what could be done, I was told thats what you get for the price of carpet you chose. Theres nothing that can be done. My response, I am not a carpet expert and if I had known I would have a very noticeable seam, I would have spent a little more. It was a poor install job! So now we are stuck with it. I will look elsewhere for the rest of our flooring needs. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I would not recommend Gator Carpet & Tile.

Just finished getting new carpet installed and it’s beautiful! Very happy with my purchase. The selection process was very smooth with Shane’s help. He is an expert with carpets, and I valued his experience in choosing the right carpet. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it took 3 days for the installation as there was only one installer with a helper, and a lot of carpet to tear out and install the new.

We cant say enough GREAT THINGS about Shane and Gator Carpet!! They are amazingly helpful, great about install time and number of days it would take and go out of their way to work out whatever schedule you need. We carpeted our hall, 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Quite a large area. The installers were WONDERFUL and knew so much about installing carpet, moving furniture being so careful with all our things! When they put all the furniture back, they were so concerned about the placement of the furniture and asked us to be sure it was correct or if we needed to change anything. They were also very respectful and courteous. We are THRILLED with our results and RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!!

You get what you pay for! We purchased our carpet from these guys a little over a year ago because they had the lowest prices in town. First red flag was having to ask them redo the installation after they said they had finished because the edges looked horrible and the response was that this was as good as it was going to get. Well, after insisting, the did it better but not perfect. After walking around on the carpet we felt a gap in the padding under the carpet the ran the whole width of the room. We called them up to come back and redo it the same day. The did but overnight a bubble in the carpet formed. We called the main store again and we were told it would be several days (meanwhile our bed is apart in the living room) this time before someone could come out, so we escalated to management to get someone out right away. This time they relaid the padding and removed and reinstalled the carpet, but insisted that the bubble was our fault (nevermind the previous carpet was in the house for twenty years without a problem). This seemed to do the job until a year later when another bubble formed. This time they refused to come out as it was a week past the one year warranty and demanded money instead. If you cant install it right after three attempts, why on Earth would I pay you to come out and do it a fourth time? Save yourselves the headache and future expense, pay a little more to have it done by true professionals!

I found Gator Carpet via internet and since I was on a limited budget and their site offered many low cost options I visited and was helped by the owner Curtis. He was very helpful and I was able to find the perfect color and quality at a affordable cost. The carpet was installed a few days later and the crew did a fantastic job of installing and cleaning up afterward. I had the whole house carpeted and the crew were there ten hours. As an added value Curtis helped we with some valuable information to aid in selling my house. My thanks to all . I highly recommend Gator for any flooring needs you may have.

I cant say enough good things about Gator Carpet. Curtis and his team did a fantastic job with their install of Tuscan Coast LVT throughout my 3 BR and 2 BA 20 yo house at a very reasonable price. They helped me pick the right product for my needs, coordinated the install of a granite fireplace surround and hearth, and provided a great plumber for my bathrooms. This was no minor job as it involved removing ceramic tile from half the house and fireplace. The project took about two weeks with Labor Day midway through and the installers started while I was out of town. They were courteous and careful of my property as well as very skilled. My house is now beautiful and modern. I no longer feel like Im living in a time warp. I recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Gator Carpet!

Curtiss runs a nice shop... no frills, just good quality carpeting at a great price that beats the big-box or specialty stores hands-down. Roberts install team was courteous, professional and timely. Since we were doing the whole house and moving everything ourselves, they even let us split the job into two halves over three days so we could move things around more easily from one room to another-- hugely helpful to a successful outcome.Couldnt have asked for a better experience overall!

I came here from a Home Depot that was using some questionable math and condescending attitudes. For less than the price Home Depot wanted to do one rooms carpet, Gator did two rooms. They were able to come out within the week, possibly the next day, though I wasnt prepared for a couple of weeks. Installation was smooth and took about an hour and a half for both rooms.I will be returning here when Im ready to do the rest of the house. Absolutely would recommend.

So far so good. Very quick process to pick a carpet. Prices are real good. Make sure to bring your dimensions and real measurements or you will really need to come back with them again. So save yourself the trouble and have real measurements ahead of time. Floor plans arent really thorough enough. You need measurements or a blue print or you will have to go back again to make an order.

Went within the next 20 minutes and same girl I talked to admitted neglecting to inform me that the remenent pieces were cash only. Definitely something you mention on the phone. Unfortunately for me I did not have all the cash on hand it was on my debit card. When I told her I only had $12 in cash she just looked at me. The remenent piece was only $20. I left Gator Carpet with time and money wasted. For anyone wanting to buy remenent carpet BRING CASH!!

We are thrilled with the flooring and the service we received from Gator Carpet. From selection through installation, the entire experience was refreshingly pleasant dispite a hic-cup along the way (the installer discovered the moisture level was too high to install the flooring and we had to remove existing flooring and wait for the concrete slab to dry). I learned more about carpet types,colors and piles from Shane in one afternoon than I ever could imagine. And he was patient with us as we changed our minds several times even though it was closing time. James the installer was more than professional...he was very skilled and explained his actions each step of the way. He even worked weekends to help make up for the delay created by the damp concrete. I highly recommend Gator Carpet for all your flooring needs.
