Herb and Beth are truly the best! I decided to use them based on their great reviews. My needs were complicated as I care for two family members with disabilities. Herb was on top of it. He even drove to my house with samples etc when I could not get to the showroom. Herb really put in a lot of time to help me figure out which products would work for my family at the best possible cost. I will not use anyone else!

I purchase a condo full of new carpet and pads August 2020. Mike and his team did a great job with the install.Now 14 months latter I needed to have the carpet stretched and trimmed to take out a few lumps. Again Mike and Darrell came out and in short order had stretched and trimmed the carpet. It again looks great.Thanks Carpet Tree for a great job and after sales service!

I met Beth from Carpet Tree at a networking breakfast last year. She was very nice and made a great impression. I just bought a townhouse that had the original ten year old carpet. I dont know about you, but I cant imagine walking barefoot on someone elses ten year old carpet! Bleckkk! I called Beth at Carpet Tree and she scheduled me for a consultation with Herb. After going over options, we scheduled Bill to come out and take measurements. With those measurements, we scheduled one last consultation to make the final decision. After the decision was made, Herb called back to schedule the installation. The installation was prompt and professional. The padding is just the right balance of softness and firmness. I LOVE walking barefoot on my new carpet no to mention the sound insulation it provides, especially upstairs. Between my new carpet and having the place painted, its like having a brand new place! My mom and I wanted to replace the DECADES old linoleum covering about half the floors in our house. Oh man, I cant properly describe how gross these floors were, even with cleaning. Just. UGH. Mom went to the Carpet Tree to meet with one of their salespeople, Bill, and I went up later to check out the flooring. They have a FAN-FRIGGIN-TASTIC selection of flooring, along with a large number of their flooring on display installed on their floors so that customers can get a better idea of what the samples look like over a large area. In addition to the selection, their staff is incredibly friendly and NOT PUSHY. They provide advice, set appropriate expectations, and seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with their customers beyond getting their money. They didnt talk down to us, which is SO NICE, since it was 2 women walking in with no man, and that is an annoyingly common occurrence. After Bill came by the house to discuss what would happen if we decided to go with them, mom made the decision to go with them. They only do one project at a time, to ensure that the focus is on one customer since having this done is a massive investment. A few weeks later their contractor team started, and installed the BEAUTIFUL FLOOR after doing... So much work to remove the old lino and bit of old tile in a bathroom. We are ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with the result. The product is WONDERFUL and gorgeous in our home. Bill was also project manager during the installation, came by daily to check on progress, and talked with my mom and I daily on the phone as well. If Bill was unavailable, communication did not stop, and a different employee would call and tell us any project updates as needed. This was a fantastic experience, and I HIIIIIIGHLY recommend them for flooring needs. Wonderful people, wonderful products, wonderful final result. Thank yall so much!!!

As a business owner in the home repair - home improvent field we run into plenty of customers with flooring needs. While we pride ourselves in doing a full range of home services, carpeting isnt one. Oh my gosh... you have to visit their showroom to really appreciate what this firm is all about. From carpet to tile - they do it all and they do it right the first time! Fuzzy side up lol... Seriously, Herb Mynatt knows more about flooring than anyone in town... dont be fooled by others free installation - theres no such thing (if it is offered you can bet its buried somewhere else in the price). Amazing place aith amazing people - you cant miss if you hire this firm!
