Definitely impressive. The store had a huge selection of cigars, reasonable prices, and most importantly very friendly/helpful staff. Rodney is a great guy. If youre looking for fine tobacco dont waste your time with all the other shops that claim to sell cigars when its basically just a vape shop that sells black and milds too. The store also has a lot to choose from as far as humidors and accessories go. Would absolutely recommend.

Rodney and crew will put you onto some good cigars! They can really tailor the selection to your pallet for cigars. Theres a good selection of cutters, torches, and other accessories if yourejust starting out or a seasoned aficionado. While your there, you can take advantage of the members club too. I go here to find some of the more rare cigars. If you join the email list youll get invites to events and new arrivals, really helpful!

Additionally, they routinely have awesome events where items are priced to sell and you can pick up great deals. They also have a nice indoor smoking lounge. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and polite. Wether your a regular smoker or a once in a while type, head on over and they’ll take great care of you.

This is a great cigar shop with a very well stocked walk-in humidor. Rodney and Kate are both very knowledgeable and friendly. They both know what cigar I like, but are always quick to suggest something new. The smoking lounge is very clean with a nice TV.

Nice staff with a wide variety of tobacco, cigars, and smoking accessories. Only reason I give it four stars is because I bought a pipe, took it home to have a smoke and had no air flow through it. I had to drive back down there so that it could be fixed. They lady did give me a free pipe tool and a free ounce of tobacco for the inconvenience which was pretty cool. I will continue coming here for my smoking needs.

Rodney was awesome. This is a great shop with a one of a kind local feel. Rodney was patient and very knowledgeable in helping me pick out a new cigar. Their humidor is probably 35 feet deep and stocked from floor to ceiling. I will be back.

There is a decent selection of cigars here, some of which are regularly found in shops or catalogs. The staff is friendly, know their products well, and can expertly recommend cigars or pipe tobaccos according to your preferences. There is a lounge area with a TV and hot coffee for free. Little Caesars, a hair salon, and a nail place are next door so the location offers convenience if you want food or any of the other services. The lounge area is low lit and somewhat comfortable, though a bit small, with cable TV at one end. It is located close to Camp Lejeune so it is popular with Marines.

Ive been to many cigar shops, in multiple states, and Godfather Cigars ranks in my top 5. They have a clean shop, a friendly environment, knowledgeable in the cigars the sell, and everyone there is happy.Ive only been there once, but I can promise you Ill be making the hour drive to be back here again on a regular basis. Would not order from them again. They were more expensive and it took them 5 days to just ship the product. I have ordered from other places that have it out the door within a day or two and are cheaper. Ive been to godfather 3 times. They are so knowledgeable here. I brought in a bunch of cigars to get some history on them and they helped me out tremendously! I ended up getting some humidifiers for my humidor and an arturo fuente cigar while i was there. I havent used their smoking lounge yet but they do have one. Their cigar prices arent too far off from online, so any time im in town I plan on stopping by.

I Come from virginia to wilmington, It was recommended to stop in to view what they have. Once inside one of the two women working comes from behind the counter and follows me in the humidor then stands over me, and asked me 3 or 4 times, WHAT DO I NEED, after telling her the first time, I was just looking to see what I would try. I dont need to feel like i am being WATCHED!!!I will continue to go to Davis and Sons in Wilmington, feel alpreciated there!!!!

Hands down THE best cigar lounge in town with super affordable prices! I have been going here for over four years now and have been overly pleased with every experience I have had here. The atmosphere is relaxed and is the perfect place to take it slow for a few hours. If you are worried that it might be to fancy, dont be! Your everyday regular joe (like myself) can go there and feel at home right away.The staff are extremly knowledgeable and will find cigars or pipe tobacco that suits you perfectly. I highly recommend if it is going to be your first experience with cigars. You will not find a better place around! Keep it up Godfather Cigars, your excellence in customer service will always keep me coming back. I only wish there was another star to rate, because you would get that one as well.
