The usual guy is just not so nice. Hes bossy and pushy about products. I hate not giving a great review, and choose not to review if my experiences arent positive. But Im a regular here and just want to be honest. Im giving a 3 because overall, the availability of products and selection is excellent. But Im a disposables user so that requires a lot of customer interaction, and its just lacking unfortunately.

When we entered the store, the employee was on the phone yelling at someone. Then he was EXTREMELY rude & not very helpful. It took way too long to make our purchase. Very disappointed in the service.

This is my go to store. If I lived closer Id always be there. Every time Im in Jax I hit them up. Customer service has never failed. 100% friendliest workers Ive ever seen that are consistent in it. Keep up the great work guys and girls.

The people are Very rude!! 3 times I have been there and 3 times I was charged a different price for the same item. When I asked them why, they get very rude and told me to go somewhere else if you dont like it. Believe me I will!!

NO RETURNS ON VAPES! We bought a vape there that leaked badly after we got it. Only had it for about 5 hours. (Prince Stick from Smok) It costed $50 in store but 30 online. Have them take it out and inspect it before you buy because they dont offer refunds. Other than that they have a good variety and selection. Some of their products are over priced and youd be better off ordering from Amazon.

Overall this is a well organized shop with plenty of selection, but terrible customer service!

Great place to go for your every day Tobacco needs. They have fair prices to go along with some great items to match any personality or preference. Wish they did some type of refunds though cuz I bought a pulsar vape and it didnt work out the box new and the company wouldnt help me now I have a $85 dollar item thats just sitting there. But nonetheless I still go there just about every day and that was the only problem I had here.
