Great place for you music and black color culture. :) Staff was courteous and helpful went in to look for a small skirt but they do not carry sizes for small kids. (She is 8) store was well maintain and clean.

This location has alot of great items for all fans, needs or people of pop culture!! BUT because of location prices are slightly above normal. But you will find the items NO ONE else has, so its up to you.

Honestly one of my favorite Hot Topic stores to shop at. Very friendly staff and also I love that WOC work there. Its nice to see other WOC with the same interests as I do, very refreshing.

Small-- but worth it for the teenagers.

My daughter loves this Hot Topic in Jacksonville! The girls are very accommodating for a pre teen gamer girl!

Favorite place to go while at the Mall!!

My two sons love this store! The most recent clerk to assist us was super sweet and took time to help my 11-year old order two of this favorite Anime character sweatshirts via the Hot Topic website. She treated him with respect and answered all of his questions. I was pleased to see the exchange and felt good about our purchase, hopefully his order will be delivered as expected and explained by the clerk. And just to add another tidbit of information about this store-they have a ton of Funko Pops which my boys love! All the sales associates seem very knowledgeable about every single one of them which is very impressive. Now if they would only carry the Golden Girls Funko Pops, thatd be icing on the cake! :-)

I love this store. Its pretty much the only hot topic for 30 miles. But its well worth the visit. Anything they dont have in store you can always order online. The staff is super cool and are willing to help you find or order any item. I recommend visiting this store or ordering here.

This Chain of store is great for nerds and rockers alike. Such as Band Tee Shirts and Anime and Disney items. Makeup, jewelry, Collectibles such as Pop figurines are throughout the store.Prices- Kinda pricey, clothes are about $20 per article of clothing. But a bunch of deals and plenty of items on clearance.Staff- kind and helpful. Knowledgeable about the store and the items in there.Store- Clean and smells good. A nice thing to note is that the dressing room has inspirational notes on the mirror.Overall- one of the best stores at the mall.

Always love their stuff here. if you are willing to spend money in a store this would be the one to do it in. I have many shirts from here and a lot of accessories. Very worth the money. I would say the only thing not to trust here are the ear buds.

I love this place for shopping of all kinds but they can be a little pricey. Be ready to spend at least 30 on 2 t-shirts or 1 sometimes. But definitely 30 for a pair of shorts.

Always has everything Im looking for. The employees are literally the best. I went in looking for different rings for my piercing but had no information about the size of the ring. She helped me find the style that I wanted and showed me how to take the piercing off when it gets stuck.She also helped me understand how sizing works and showed me the size of my piercing. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

A very wide selection to fit in with almost every fandom you can think of. I loved the section with Japanese snacks! The music and layout of the store was very fitting and made it easy to shop there.

The “manager” with the braids is completely rude and disrespectful. She has a extremely bad attitude as we were trying to leave the store and she snatched the string back and was like “now y’all can leave” . Smh

This has been a good place to shop for the ladies in the family and they carry some unique items and employees are ready to help. They dont hover so makes looking easier.

Ive only ever had good experiences at this hot topic. They have a ton of stuff especially for being such a small store and there always seems to be a sale going on. Plus every time I go they have new merchandise and different themes. The workers have also always been helpful and friendly every time Ive gone.

They were better when they werent run by Disney.. Seems like thats all they sell now. Can find one thing kinda cool, once in a while

Both times I’ve been in the store the cashiers were rude! I asked this lady if she was ready for me. All she did was look at me. Didn’t say a single word to me. Usually when I go to a hottopic the people are amazing! Not this one.

Tons of collectibles and great customer service. The lady climbed a tall ladder for Funko Pop for me. Love this place.

My son is a huge fan of Pan!c at the Disco, Twenty One Pilots and My Chemical Romance, so unless we order clothes for him online, Hot Topic is the only place we get his wardrobe. They always have great sales and the staff are INCREDIBLY helpful and ALWAYS nice and upbeat.

She is always able to answer everyones question and help out with what she can. Theyve got great sales as well.

When you walk into a trendy store I kind of expect to get super trendy employees who are more worried about their phones then customer service. This store is NOT that place. I went in with my teenaged daughter and immediately felt welcomed in the store. The staff was unbelievably friendly and good natured. We had nice conversations as the staff worked diligently on their tasks and I ignored my daughters choices... lol. As we checked out the polite staff honestly made me want to return to the store, even if it wasnt just to buy some cute shirts and say hello

Geeks, punks, skaters and such beware the power of Hot Topic! Ive loved Hot Topic the first day I walked through their doors, jaw dropped and just stared for minutes not knowing what to look at first.They have a wide selection of clothing for any genre, memorabilia for many well known fandoms (The Nightmare Before Christmas, Harry Potter, Rick and Morty, Stranger Things, The Walking Dead... I could go on), action figures, blind boxes... And a large selection of Funko Pop! figures (my personal favorite) including a lot of exclusives that you can only find at Hot Topic.Im in love with this specific store though. I have come to know the fremployees (friend/employees, yup just made that up) and when I have the time, I have had hours worth of conversations with them about a broad spectrum of TV shows, movies, music, new merch coming out... Almost anything as they are well versed in all their inventory and also have a widespread knowledge of many of the current popular fandoms.I highly recommend you stop by and say hi to the girls or just stare at the wonder that is Hot Topic!
