I love their selection of shoes. They have a wider array of selections than the other stores like Champs, Footlocker, Finishline etc. Prices are cheaper on certain items as well

Some female staff was more concerned about looking cool or cute for guys instead of actually working. Expect regular service nothing special or memorable. No returns or refunds so be mindful when shopping. Im not shopping at this location EVER again.

They offer a variety of shoes and clothes for teenagers and early twenties people. I would say the clothes are geared for men.The biggest issue with this store is that you cant try on anything. If it doesnt fit they will only issue a store credit, on this little slip of paper that you better not lose. These two policies are a double negative. It should be one or the other not both.

Love, love, love, this place. I didnt see the particular color in the shoe style on display and asked the clerk and with two minutes he brought me exactly what I wanted. Friendly and knowledge staff!

Shoe prices were cool. Got 3 pair of shoes for under $200 but the customer service wasnt the greatest. They took a long time to find my shoes, heard alot of personal conversations with cursing

This store has reasonable shoe deals and at times has things others dont have,but the customer service here sucks. Every time I enter this store the staff is rude, wont even speak or take time before assisting you. Example I was in the store today for about 15 min no one said hello or to see if I needed assistance, the staff stood around engaging in their own conversation... Needless to say I left the store. Do better in customer service!!!

I always been a loyal customer to jimmy jazz but after my recent experience I would never go back.My boyfriend and I went up there and purchased 3 sneakers. He questioned the sales person about the prestos due to his current ones fitting tight. The sales person recommended a size 11 so we took them. My boyfriend put them on and wore them for about 1hr and started to feel that the sneakers just wasnt going to fit right. He needed a size 10. We cleaned the sole of the sneaker and took them back to jimmy jazz. After being told we can exchange them for a different size the person behind the register told us she contacted her manager via FaceTime and they decided they cant exchange them anymore cuz there was sock balls in the shoe and a strand of hair. After looking over the inside of the shoe it was completely presentable and clean. How are you going to tell me that you can see sock balls and a strand of hair thru video chat?So now we stuck with a shoe that doesnt fit my boyfriend because jimmy jazz is being petty and wont exchange them.Thank you jimmy jazz for being a horrible place of business. Ill be sure never to return to your franchise ever again

Prices are great but me and my fiancee went in the store, she was on one side looking at clothes and I was looking at shoes. At this time an employee is trying to get my lady number and she keep telling him she got a fiancee and he says he dont care, at the same time Im holding a shoe in the air to try on and buy but the guy that works there is so interested in my lady not even paying me any attention. So needless to say that whole situation didnt end well.
