Customer service is a huge deal in any kind of business. Its sad when all the girls could do was just stand behind the counter and just stare without saying a word. A group of three girls, one of them could of at least greeted me or asked if I needed help. The environment gives off negative energy and just doesnt promote the good customer service they say they do. Smh

I visited the store this week for the first time. They have many brands that I like, so that was my reason for the visit. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help shopping. Though I still picked out a few items to purchase and brought them to the register area. It seemed like the only girl working was leaning over the other counter doodling in a book and it took her a long time to notice me wanting to check out. She seemed to be in a hurry ringing up my stuff and then went right back to drawing in her book. Very impersonal and I will be hesitant to return to this location.

I really like the brands and style displays in this store. I had a fantastic experience with the staff during Christmas! I had around 20 items to be gift wrapped and everything was correct and looked amazing!

One girl who I’m assuming was the manager continued to nag on Associates while we were in the store. Seems like a very toxic environment. Do not recommend giving your time or effort into this store, I do NOT support that type of behavior.

If I could give Shimmer Boutique a negative review I would. I used to feel like Shimmer was a good environment for my family and I, until I saw how what I presume is the manager fuss at the employees right in front of us. I could only feel sympathy for the girls because of how humiliating, degrading, and unprofessional it was. Not to mention, other customers were around and saw what was going on. On that note, I will not nor will I recommend Shimmer to my friends and family due to the hostile environment that my family and I had to encounter.

Went into Shimmer last weekend, which used to me by favorite store until I saw an employee getting chewed out in the middle of the store. I dont care what happened, it is unprofessional and extremely rude to witness that kind of behavior. I feel sorry for the employees.

Staff was incredibly helpful! I went in to find a gift for my daughters birthday and the manager went as far as to give me her recommendations based on trending styles! The whole staff was super sweet! Definitely recommend if you love a positive atmosphere! I will be back!

I absolutely love their selection of yeti they have in the store. The young ladies that work there also showed me some cool stuff for your beard. I will be back for more yetis and hats! Thank you ladies!

Waited over 10 minutes for anybody to welcome or notice me. Store does not represent the owners well, the team including the manager needs to be looked into.

Ive visited this store several times to look at apparel and the shirts I want are out of stock in my size (I assume anyway, nobody ever asks if I need help). I have never, not once, been greeted. If you cant spare a mere hello, or check in after Ive been looking for 10 minutes, Im not spending a dime.

I normally dont make reviews but went in because a friend told me theyhad masks...left with 6 masks, a bookbag for my kid and tshirts that were on sale. Ive never heard of this store until and wish i had been in sooner!

Went in there looking for v-day gifts for my wife and these girls were very helpful in helping me find a gift. Not only that they had a guy section with some pretty cool Trump hats.
