Wait time is normal. Staff friendly donuts good and hot. Glaze are always the best

Sofia was so incredibly sweet at the window! I opened my app to scan my rewards and saw a coupon for GameDay Dozen, and asked her if I could use it even though I was already at the window. I figured it was a long shot, but she was so sweet and accommodating and I got my $1 dozen! She had such a big smile on her face and was so friendly and helpful! Thank you Sofia! You made me really happy tonight!

Since Dunkin Donuts stopped making their donuts on premises, this is the only place to get hot, fresh donuts. They have always been the best donuts but now there is noplace else to go. Love this place; we need more of them though.

Bummer service and selection today. Why are they always out of their special holiday donuts?! Why are the tossing my donuts two at at time in the box, squishing my kids donuts? Why is only one person of the 6 I see running the register? Hopefully its just a bad day, however this lack of selection has become more frequent.

Check their app for when the donuts are hot and fresh! Always a pleasure and yummy. Kids & adults love to watch how the doughnuts are made.

Krispy Kreme always have great donuts. It seems the donuts got a bit smaller. Everyone seems to be trying a way to skimp nowadays. A bit disappointed.The staff were nice and the service was quick. They had a mooch hanging around by the drive through. Offered to buy him a donut, but he just stared at me. Hahaha

Always fresh, but only open 8 - 8 daily right now due to lack of staff. Hot glazed donuts everyday at 5PM. Worth the trip and wait, which isnt long, ever. If you want the seasonal special donuts you have to get there before 6PM daily, but they are worth it when you can get them. The drinks are good too, everything is well priced and the staff are friendly. The place is kept CLEAN too, and the WiFi is good.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to an employee named Morgan. Customer service skills are superb and shes such a sweetheart. Even though they messed up a little bit on our order the way she communicated made it better. Whoever is the manager at this location I hope you see this! she (Morgan) needs to be employee of the month or give her a appreciation gift or something. Shes Awesome!!!

Me and my wife came through the drive thru and was greeted by most pleasant, humble and respectful sale associate by the name of Vivian which was stated on my receipt . The reason behind my review, is to recognize her excellent customer service and to let the owners of this franchise know she exceeds the norm. For example, I stated to gentlemen that was taking the order, that my wife was allergic to whip cream but he never input that request so when I brought to Vivian attention she gladly apologize without getting an attitude then remade the item without any hesitation.

Highlight of our evening after a less than desirable dinner at a local favorite. If the light is on the donuts are fresh, and we stumbled right into a bright red roadside light!!!Delicious, staff was professional and donuts were on point!!Great place as always

The customer service was good, but the donuts tasted different than Im used to. Did they change their recipe or something? No, they werent unpleasant tasting or anything, they just had a less sweet taste than what I remember, and I ate Krispy Kreme at least once a week while I lived in EL Paso, TX. Ive only just recently moved back this way. Been gone for about 7 years. 😅

They werent really busy and we didnt come with our menu choices decided but the staff really pushed us to finish our order and get through their drive through. The doughnuts were good though

I went for 2 dozen donuts and was told they had no glazed donuts, and wouldnt have for over an hour. I left with nothing, disappointed, and went to the competitor.

Love this place. Everything is fresh. Only issue is I placed a pickup order and they put them on the counter where anyone can grab them. I told them that my order was on the counter and they said just take it. I didnt prove it was my order. I couldve just grabbed any of them. I didnt even have to give my name. Granted theyre just donuts but if someone came in to pick up their order and it was gone then thats time wasted for the customer and for the business. Other than that, enjoy!

Every time I have been here it’s been insanely slow with a full staff. I understand them being busy but I do expect them to be able to move and organize better. They should have a separate line for pick up orders to cause less confusion

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had, manager made no attempt to correct situation. Gave my order three separate times to make sure it was correct, still received the wrong donuts, some of which were stale. Avoid this location at all costs, your bottom dollar is all theyre concerned with.

As I was ordering, I asked for a certain specialty doughnut that only had 2 left. As the guy was turned around to grab a bag for the doughnut, one of the managers working the drive-through line grabbed both of the remaining doughnuts without a thought. The guy helping me said he couldnt really say anything, because the other person was a manager.I was not offered any kind of consolidation, and they made no effort to make it right. It speaks of a work environment where the employee was too afraid to make it right, in fear of getting in trouble for practicing better customer service. I know its only a doughnut, but its still irritating and pretty poor service.

The doughnuts were good. But my ice coffee wasnt and I dont think the cup I was giving was a medium size. It was more on the small side... maybe it was a smeduim. Should have made the ice coffee sweet at least

The doughnuts were colder than expected (not stale, just kept too chilled) and the coffee was way hotter than expected. Still the best doughnuts of any chain and better than lots of mom and pops. Service was decent. Prices arent bad. Line around the building.

I swear they put drugs in their donuts. Something is making them way to addictive. These were a little smaller than I would have liked, but the young lady working stated the machine was not working properly.

A consistent disappointment. Ive been here four or five times over the past two months. The donuts that are advertised on the internet and on TV are rarely if ever available. The specialty Donuts I speak of. The gas station variety they have. But the ones that they advertise everywhere, the seasonal Donuts, they rarely have. Super disappointed. Going to try another company or another location. I drove 15 miles to get here. What a waste of time. And the people behind the counter were not very friendly or apologetic...

Hot now glazed always wonderful. Was disappointed they were out of 2 special limited time doughnuts - key lime pie and pina colada. The island time had no flavor except sugary glaze. Except for the frosting picture of a beach scene, there was nothing special about that doughnut.

They were having a 2 for 1 deal, and when I brought it up they asked to see their own ad, so I pulled it up on my phone. I was with my father... and they asked him to pull up the same ad. Doughnuts are great, but if youre going to have a deal... dont make us jump through hoops for it.

Yum yum yum. We went inside because the drive thru line the too long. My friend cut across three lanes after seeing their light was on... luckily we survived to get the donuts. He got the fresh glazed and I got 3 assorted. I tried the cake batter donut and I really enjoyed it.

Krispy Kreme is amazingly delicious! The doughnuts are always great. I am a fan of their famous glazed doughnuts and the chocolate doughnuts with chocolate icing on them. When the hot light is on, they have fresh doughnuts made on the spot! They do fundraisers too!

I live in orange park by whataburger where the old Krispy kreme was. I drove 4. Something miles to san jose Krispy Kreme to get the sweet dozen deal and I couldnt even get them HOT when the HOT sign was on. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Service was slow today. We went inside because the drive thru had a line, but I watched every car that was in line get waited on and get their food before I was even acknowledged. I almost went back outside and got in the car line!

The donuts are so good, and better than DD in my opinion, One thing I really like is how they are made in the store and you can watch the whole process happen, thats really neat.

Arrived at 7 on a Friday to buy 3 dozen for my daughters class. Apparently new hours and they dont open until 8 on a Friday! There were 5 other cars there at the same time I was. Not sure when they changed. I ended going to Dunkin donuts right down the road and got my donuts there. Too bad, because their donuts really are amazing.

However the spider web one looks great as far as taste they are super sweet but that’s to be expected great service long wait time

The employees were polite and very nice. But there were very few donuts to choose from. Some people were trying to guess why there was a storage. Maybe because they wanted to sell the ones on display first Or maybe it was because they were saving all the ones on the racks for a super large order. They had plenty of donuts made but they said whatever was in the display case was all they had. Really???? I thought it was because they didnt want us to use our coupons. Two people actually left because there was too few to choose from.

Clean, friendly staff, good service, busy location, decent drink selection, decent prices. Hot and Ready are always the best.

I sometimes get donuts for my clients and usually at Donkin donuts I ask for 4 cake donuts like they have at Jenkins you all did not have what they called cake donuts he said they have raspberry donuts that was the closes to cake donuts so I said ok because did not have time to go to donlin at that time the donuts had icing on them everybody dont like all that sugar or they maybe diabetic and cant have all that sugar so after tasting the donut I threw them in the trash.

The AC is not working, I had to repeat my coffee order 4 times and still only received black coffee with had no stirrer or napkins. It is a shame that this is the only Krispy Kreme in Mandarin. The cashier was rude and incapable of listening. I guess this is a good time to cut the sugars out of my diet and also save me the trouble of this rude Krispy Kreme staff. Avoid if possible.
