This location has some decent employees and that is the only reason why I go back. Whoever this woman is that generally does Saturday morning and other AM shifts is just so rude and makes the entire experience uncomfortable. Amazing considering the time spent in this interaction is usually less than 5 minutes! Always looks annoyed and irritated that you had the nerve to interrupt her work to come to the register. She huffs if you are inconsiderate enough to type in the rewards that takes an additional 30 Seconds to process your transaction and while waiting in line this morning I watched her literally scold a woman paying with cash for her insensitivity to the change shortage and then proceeds to hand her rolled pennies as if shes doing her a favor. I am not sure I would have been so pleasantly unfazed by that attitude if it was me and when I said something outside the woman laughed and said I save the space in my head for the important peoplein my life, no worries.. I will pay tomorrow with these rolls of change and smiled. I understand its not always easy to work with the public but it is not an occasional off day its all the time
Worst Service at the Cashier in the gas Station portion ever. Waited 10 minutes for the lady to finish her call over the phone. When I asked her for change for my 20 she gave me a snickering attitude and told me that they dont give out change at her location. Laziness at its finest. Never getting gas at this location again then again its Jacksonville so I wouldnt expect more here.
I went in to exchange a propane tank. The cashier, Rae ( I think) was extremely rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience to her. When she opened the cage for the propane tanks, she just looked at me and said Theres a full one behind those. Since when does a customer get their own tank out of the cage while the employee stands there with her hand on her hip???
My husband just walked into this store for cigarettes. There was an employee, who must have just gotten off or was on her break, standing on the customers side of the register, (off to the side and not actually in line) talking to the cashier. It’s just after midnight, we’re tired and want to be quick. When she sees my husband is about to approach the cashier she suddenly decides it’s very important that she buy 1 or 2 of every scratch off the store sells! She’s been standing there, running her suck for several minutes, not buying a thing, but now that an actual customer wants to conduct business she must have these scratch offs NOW! I don’t know if anyone else reading this thinks this behavior is rude and unprofessional but if I was wearing my uniform I would never step in front of a customer! Especially to do something as long and drawn out as a lottery ticket purchase! I’m sorry but in my book that makes her a total Jackass.
