The cappuccino was a latte, the barista knew it. Served it and when I asked for a spoon after to add foam to my full cup and “fix” it. No accessories out, must ask for spoon sugar and such. Also does not have certain coffee on the menu, leaves out the “basic” had to ask for ceramic and can’t leave the store and sit outside in with the ceremic 4.50$ was too much for a coffee with no depth. The taste screems coffee and nothing else.
Decent espressos here, hard to find unless you ask for directions. It is on the east side of Nordstrom in the St. Johns Center. If you like peppermint, try the peppermint ice storm. It tastes like peppermint bark, but I believe it is seasonal. There are some prepackaged foods that you would find in a coffee shop with salads, bagels, and various cakes. The Mocha Bianca (white chocolate, whipped cream, and espresso) looked good.
I do not know how I commit a mistake and stop to have a coffee in this cafe . The worst cafe sit in Jacksonville, I do not know how they get a licence to open a bussines this cafe . I order a kind of coffee sholud be served hot and no sugar in it, the order came warm a little bit and so sweet . I do not recommend this cafe to anyone . Very poor services.
I ordered a mocha bianca and caramel macchiato in a few different occasions. It was okay. The coffee is similar to any normal coffee shop. But, the atmosphere is what you want. Coffee in the Nordstrom breezeway makes for a very nice time. But, you could always grab Starbucks in the center of the town center then walk down to the breezeway. Either way, you can’t go wrong. Also, they tend to make drinks less strong than usual.
Ive been to multiple stores with questionable customers during the pandemic, but the amount of people who tried to come into this store without a mask was insane. The poor staff looked absolutely overwhelmed from trying to do their jobs and enforce company policy at the same time, but the barista in front handled it with utmost professionalism, even in the face of rude, angry customers who made verbal attacks on her instead of recognizing that people who work in the service industry are simply trying to do their jobs. No one is entitled to a service if they arent willing to follow the rules of the establishment theyre in, and it was great to see that Nordstrom has employees willing to put up with unacceptable behavior in an effort to keep us all safer.
I had a wonderful experience yesterday. The customer service here is wonderful and plan on coming back more!! I’m so happy with how everything was handled with the CDC guidelines and I felt so safe there with the staff.
As somebody very vunerable to this terrible virus it was very reassuring to see the guidelines being used even though there were customers making it very difficult for the poor staff that were trying to advice them to wear a mask. Thank you to all the lovely staff who took the abuse but stuck to their guns and made me feel comfortable and safe! Excellent service highly recommended.
Service was fast and pleasant and the space was clean! Staff is following all COVID guidelines.I specifically wanted to leave this review to commend the staff. One person in the group behind me refused to wear a mask and God bless the staff member who kept her cool. She couldnt have been more polite in requesting the man wait outside while his group ordered for him AFTER TRYING TO HAND HIM A FREE MASK WHICH HE REFUSED!I worked in the food service industry for 15 years and I dont think Ive come across an employee who would have handled the situation better. As a COVID cautious customer, Im grateful to know many businesses and their staff are doing what they can to keep me, my family, and other customers safe while we try to live normal lives.
Nordstrom Ebar cant make tea. Clueless baristas. Making a proper cup of tea is not complicated.
Its great to see somewhere that is actively enforcing government guidelines regarding masks, especially when there are customers so rudely flouting this. The barista was very professional whist dealing with difficult people not adhering to guidelines and being discourteous whilst doing so.Great customer service and would recommend this place highly.
Jenna is great . Teas and lemonades are delish!
Pretty good coffee at high prices. It really depends on who makes the beverage. There are some baristas who only top off your beverage 3/4, or even less. They need to top off beverages completely because the customer is paying for ounces. Stop skimping please. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to relax, study, or have a chat with a friend while savoring an espresso or latte.
I didnt like the barista taking my order. Very rude. I wish she was nicer I would come back if she was...
I wish there was a 0 star. The lady taking my order refused to let me order two drinks because I was part of a group. The so called group was a man i was standing by who couldnt wear a mask. I wore a mask and he stepped outside but she refused to give me two drinks. This is awful and she is bitter.
Worst coffee place in town. Extremely rude customer service, Never come here, bunch of Karen’s working here.
Very very rude workers. And coffee isn’t good
Secret menu item- the hazelnut smoothie. They redid their menu and it does exist. They are super nice and really worth going to. The prices are a little bit up there but the quality of the smoothies and coffee is also worth the price.
I wish there was a negative stars, very rude and unprofessional barrista.
Karen behind the counter and the huge shield in front of here wouldnt even serve us without a mask
Is a bit pricey, similar to Starbucks, didnt like their ice storms, however their cold brew is great and the employees are always very friendly and quick with drinks
Great coffee, a little pricey ($3.30 for an Americana w favored syrup) prevents me from going as often as Id like. Nice outdoor seating area covered w umbrellas
They made me a lavender honey iced coffee. It tastes great. Friendly service.
Five stars for service and beverages. Good selection of coffee and non-caffeinated drinks. However, they only get two stars for their lousy baked goods selection. The chocolate croissant was cold and way too rubbery, with a small chunk of hard cold chocolate inside. Either dont offer baked goods, or offer exceptional baked goods. Nordstrom doesnt seem to do anything mediocre.... Except this.
Very horrible customer service. The workers are super rude. Do not go here!!!
Little cramped for space, the outdoor seating is nice when the weather is cool. Good coffee selection and specialty drinks... little pricey, but that is expected considering attchd to Nordstroms
Good flavored coffee, but they always put too much milk in an iced Latte, makes it taste like coffee flavored milk.
Nice European atmosphere.
Great coffee but need to maintain variety of goodies throughout the day
Unbelievable rude service.
Pricey but pretty good. Similar to Starbucks but the atomosphere isnt as crazy.
I Love their coffee and bagels.
Bro! This place is dope. Walking distance from my work. Fantastic coffee. And flyyyyyy hunnies! (And ok looking dudes but I don’t swing that way).Instagram-MYCOOL
Great place to stop for coffee and a quick bite while shopping at Nordstrom or the nearby shops in Town Center. Comfortable outdoor seating available and located just outside the East entrance of Nordstrom. And you can earn and use your Nordstrom Notes!
This is my go to huddle place, when I want to do a little surfing with some coffee and maybe even a little bit of work.
Good service, good coffee
2nd favorite but Starbucks 1st
This place sucks.
I got the Carmel Ice Storm and it was delicious. Friendly staff, too!
Love their coffee
Quick and friendly
Best coffee at the Town center!!!!
