Stopped in Shipley on Sunday and of course they were very busy they still had a good selection the shop was clean and staff was friendly and running to get orders done.ill go back

Love the donut holes, but you have to try the bacon egg and cheese biscuit if you havent already. O My! O I almost forgot you have to tell them to warm the donut holes to really get the experience..

Best donuts ever. Fast, friendly and very inexpensive breakfast compared to the fast food chains. The apple fritter is huge and is the best! Their croissants are huge and so fresh.SIDE NOTE: They must use season-all or some kind of All-Spice on their fried eggs for the sandwiches and it is sometimes can be a bit too salty.

Always amazing quality breakfast foods, and friendly helpful staff. Cheap prices on amazing donuts, etc. Yum. Drive thru processes customers quickly without error also. Clean bathroom facilities.

Soft and warm however you can taste the oil, see the oil rings on the box, and squeeze prob a few cups of oil out of a box of these... Not impressed. When I eat a donut I dont want to taste the oil for hours after I eat it...

I got donuts for my sons class for his birthday and they were so nice. They made them fresh and even put them in one of the big facing up boxes to keep them pretty. I mean its not the place for new artisan donuts, but if you just want a good airy old fashioned donut, Shipleys in Arkansas is the place to go!!

Apparently the lady misunderstood me. I came home 2 donuts missing. This has never happened there before to me! I have always had excellent service and the food is fantastic!

Wow. What can I say. Their donuts are awesome and for the price you cant best them. I havent had a custard donut that good in a long time. I still cant believe I got a half dozen that cheap. They have some sandwiches too Ill have to try next time.

Nice little mom/pop donut shop in a small plaza in Jacksonville. Breakfast items with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. They have a drive thru window and it can get busy.

I founds the Butterfly rolls at this store very innovative in their design. They also have a very light dough for their yeast raised donuts. I ahve evaluated 11 Shipley Donut locations in the greater Little Rock area and this is definitely in the top five. I do wish they were open a little longer in the day.

Gave my sons order away and there were no more of what he ordered. Rose city location way better than jacksonville, I dont think we will go back to that one, closes to early and doesnt make nearly enough for demand.

This place serves the best donuts I have had, because they are very light and fluffy, as opposed to a thick donut that you can get most at most other places. The service is great and in the morning they are very quick.

Always love there customer service and willingness to help! Yes you get donuts here but they also have breakfast food items here and a variety of drinks from soda to juices to milk products!

The kolaches arent even made right..A kolache is supposed to be closed in with a beef sausage and cheese with slices of jalapeno..Not a damn sausage that had cheese and jalapeno pieces in it.. Couldnt even finish it,gross..The sausage biscuit wasnt great either,but pork sausage is yuck anyway..😕

I trusted that I paid for fresh soft donuts and went through then drive through and did not look in the box. I got home and the kids were all excited only to be disappointed by the fact that the glazed and maple donuts were so dry they did not even look like what they were. Absolutely no flavor on either! I normally tend to let things be and not complain but honestly these donuts were that bad and I did not have time to drive back as I do not live in Jacksonville and my day was booked up. I would not recommend this location after spending nearly $12 of donuts that went to the trash can. On a brighter note, at least it saved calories and sugar intake. My kids didnt event want more then the 1 bite and that says a lot! I will say the cinnamon twists were fine, not dry and had taste.

Almost every morning I go in and get the same thing, A Sunny-D and a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. The food is always up to par and the service is great .

By far my favorite donut in the U.S.A.!!!!! Shipleys is the donuts that I ate when I was a kid and I still love them. Ive tried donuts all over the country, but have never found one that compares to a good ol plain Shipleys glazed donut.

Staff is always friendly and they have way more than doughnuts to choose from. Great breakfast sandwiches.

They have the best donuts in town! There is a morning rush most days, but its worth it and to be expected.

The staff is super friendly and donuts are delicious. The other ones in the area are disappointing but this one is superb. Kolaches (a breakfast sandwich) are great and their strawberry frosted donuts are better than Dunkin Donuts.

First time at this location in Jacksonville, AR. Just moved here from Sherwood, AR. Granddaughter wanted donuts this morning so she got chocolate covered and they were great. Will go back soon.
