Personnel were helpful and honest with answers to questions asked about games.

My husband and I went in to see if anything was available for our Wii U to play with the grandkids. I was so impressed with the two associates who welcomed us. One walked with us to the ‘old’ game system’ section and also informed us that the T-shirts were on sale. What impressed me the most was a young lad and his dad came in to pick up an order, the associate informed the dad of the games rating and read the entire rating information to the dad and before the transaction was completed the associate once again confirmed the dad was aware of rating and completed purchase. I believe that ratings are a guide for children and not applicable to each user. But to take that ownership of the product you are selling and inform the customer was well done in my opinion.

Great service for a first time

They never answer the phone, they will pick up and just hang up immediately so they don’t hear it ring. Every time I call to check on my pre orders they never answer but when I’m there they say to call and ask, it’s kind of a joke at this point.

They had great services, and a quick responding staff that got exactly what I wanted with no delay!

Lots of items out of stock due to covid was able to get the last ps4 controller, staff are friendly and nice.

We have been to three GameStop stores today. And had great experiences until we arrived at this one. We had to wait in a line for about 20 minutes to enter the store. This would not normally be a problem. However, once inside we noticed that the largest store we have been to is only allowing two groups of people in at a time, meaning a group of five could enter after an individual leaves or vice versa. The shelves and stock were not fully stocked despite having three staff members inside. Staff locks the door behind you as you enter. To top it all off, as we left disappointed the staff member whose only job appears to be locking and unlocking the door joked with us about the lack of stock. We would never recommend this store to anyone.

Most all games have to be ordered including the pre-owned games. Was super disappointed when I took the kids to pick games. Then the staff let us know that basically the store is just a catalog games even pre-owned have to be ordered.

Helpful staff and clean store

I like this place, been a regular back when it use to be EB games. Sad to hear they are not do well in the business world which is sad. Because this place has been good to me over the years. I get my physical copies there, close to my house and I always walk in and get greeted with great serve and now I can get some cool merchandise there, never had a problem there. Hope they stay

Employees were nice, but why have game cases on the shelf, if you dont have the product in the store? Was told this is Corp policy, well this policy sucks. You spend time find a game only to be told, not in stock twice.

It was a few days before Christmas, and this place was slammed. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and they were getting people served and on their way. Superb for this time of the year! Great job!

The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because Tommy doesnt work there anymore, I loved having him there. Its why I fell in love with the gamestop on Normandy. But I still really like the place, great service, its very rare I have any issues. But then again, treat the clerks how you want to be treated, theyre people too, they have bad days to, be nice. Ive never had a bad experience with a clerk or the managers there at Gamestop!

Every time I have been here I have had great customer service! When I got my Nintendo Switch, I was having trouble with the screen protector a cashier named Michael really helped me out by putting it on for me! Great selection of games as well.

Dont particular care for gamestops. Their prices r so ridiculous. They in their selling all these rebuilt game controllers for top dollar. The brand new ones r just pathetic. Better go to Amazon for a better deal if u know like I know.Just my opinion!!!

Ive been shopping at game stop for a long time. I just moved to riverside and this was my first time in this store. Edward approached us and was very friendly. We asked for game opinion and he was very passionate and enthusiastic. On top of that he informed me of the demo that was out, to ensure I try it out. Additionally he offered other games like it that were even on sale, he did a great job. Ive worked retail before and I know how hard it can be to maintain a positive attitude, Edward really held up above standards. Good job :)

The store is kept tidy and clean, and everyone is always helpful. They offer a bigger selection of Vita games than other stores I’ve been to. Definitely my go-to GameStop.

The store and staff are fantastic! Always help me with anything and everything. Have good conversations with them to. Even gave me a list of things coming to them this year that i actually ordered from. I just wish that when I called the store someone would pick up. Nobody ever picks up the phone be it the weekend or like 11am on a Tuesday.

I was able to find the game I was looking for, and one of the associates was able help me find a few other games that looked fun to round out a 4 for $20 deal. It was a little slow with only one register but I was not in a hurry.

I have been to this GameStop many times and for the most part it has been a positive experience. The employees have assisted me in getting the most bang for my buck.

Its a great store. The clerks really know their business!

Amazing that we decided to visit a Gamestop across town. Their customer service was much better, staff was better trained, they were friendlier. I realize that this is a chain, but when you make the decision to go across town for service, someone needs to step up their game.

I went in today and told the associate that I was having problems charging my Nintendo Switch. The female associate was rude and dismissive. She didn’t bother to even look at my console. She told me that if I didn’t buy the warranty with Game Stop that she couldn’t help me. I left there feeling furious. I then went to the Game Stop at Orange Park Village and Charles was very helpful. He looked at my console and figured out in less than 5 minutes that there was actually nothing wrong with my system. I will never return to the Normandy store because of the lack of customer service.

Not to happy signed up for there membership and bought 2 used games at the same time once I got home and pulled the card off the package it says if you by two used games you get one free well the lady should have advised me of this so now I have to drive back up there which is 20+ miles away from me. That is not good for customer retention that is for sure.

Stopped by to check out the newest games that were comming out and the store manager was very knowledgeable with the games that I was asking questions about and had alot of detailed feedback on alot of titles she was very friendly and was eager to help to describe the pros and cons and has a very positive attitude

Love this place im a big game lover and the staff here know exactly what they are talking about! I love the fact if I dont know a game very well and want to know about it they give me great insight and eventually helps me make a decision on the purchase. Everytime Ive came here Ive always enjoyed the atmosphere and its always neat!! My kids also love this place and I highly recommend for you gaming experience!

Every time i come to this gamestop i have no trouble. If they do not have what i need they tell me where to get it. They help me find the best deals on games and lend a helping hand in my selections. I had a shipment incident with ordering online around christmas time and they immediately took the broken game and replaced it on the spot. I with sometimes they had a more updated collection but other than that they are awesome!

The associate Jeannette was incredibly rude and non engaging. She didnt smile once or welcome to the store or back to the store. She sold me a brand new game that was not so brand new. When I got back to the car I took a look in the bag to be sure my used game that I also bought was in the case. Believe it or not Ive actually had it not be there when I got home before. Anyway, not only was there no plastic on the game but the disk bad fingerprints on it and the case is broken and has the entire corner missing. Not pleased to say the least.Then when I go back in there I spoke with a guy whos attitude was no better. He said it was brand new and when I asked why it was opened and had prints all over it hes like, oh new just means it hasnt been played.. lol to me new means NOT TOUCHED! It had prints on it meaning it was removed from the case at some point. Why if its brand new? Then of course it was the last copy left. Had I not used my card I would have returned it but didnt feel like waiting 3-5 days to get my money back...especially with it being Thanksgiving. Will not return to this location, ever.

I had pre-ordered super smash bros ultimate, but when I went in to pick it up, was told that the pre-order bonus items werent available, and that I would get a call when even the poster came in. Never got the call.Other than that, great service and many great games to choose from.

This store has went down hill. idk what happened here if it was the new Mgr’s or what. but now it’s like over half the associates don’t know anything and are rude. I guess I’m gonna join the band wagon and shop online from now. on it’s just pathetic this place used to be pretty descent store.

Reason why GameStop is falling............ Bad store...... Bad service. Employees are negotiating their own prices and policies on returns or trade ins........ Saw an item tag on shelf....... Steering wheel.............. Informed the employee that I wanted to buy..... And she said it wasnt actually in the store........ Even tho it was hanging there....... $200 lost because your employee......... She was sitting eating sandwich as she said it and didnt even go to back and look......... On another occasion I brought a psvr aim in for trade..... Due to low usage....... And the employee said we arent taking them because they dont sale.......... I came back two days later and sold it to another store in regency........ (?)........ These ppl are basing their answers to customers on their own ideas and practices.......... I went to trade MK11...... And the guy said there was scratches around center of disk that could prevent dow load speeds........ He didnt check to see if that was true......I didnt see scratches.... Cause I didnt play game but maybe twice...... But again...... No argument....... Just left...... This is a company I will not feel bad for in the future.....whatever happens....... If you dont like providing your own services...... Then why start the business

I went there to trade in probably 10 games to go towards the new God of War and the woman that checked the games was so rude. I dont know if it was because I brought so many games or if thats just her but it was terrible customer service. And I only got $40 for 8 games which I think is a bit ridiculous but otherwise the place is fine. They have a good selection and its clean.

This place is a joke. Theyre charging $5 more for a used game than the Walmart in the same strip mall is charging for the new game. If you have stock in whatever company owns GameStop, you should sell it.

Everytime I go into this particular GameStop none of the associates greet me, I only ever get helped when I head to the counter to pay. The store always makes me feel more like a burden then a guest.

Manager Tommy will not honor online hold request even though I called and verified it was on hold. Someone called the next morning and he held us up from purchase to hold for Sean till 1pm. We were at the store with in 20 mins of the store opening the following day. Wanted us to drive across town to get after having the hold reserved first. Not very good customer service. Will be calling corporate as soon as Im off work. Tell it to my 9 yr old why he cant now have his Xmas present that he wants.

The manager has a serious attitude problem. I just moved close to this one and I will definitely be finding another one. She was short and didnt seem to want to answer our questions. Just a bad experiance. I spend a lot of money at gamestop and I expect to be treated with a little respect. The poor guy working with her was new and he was a peach. I got what I went in there for done so at least theres that.

I usually dont shop at this gamestop but due to a move this was the closest one. I preordered a game that releases typically on midnight. Ive been trying to get ahold of the store and when I finally was able to, was told to call back at 5. Calling back at 5...no answers. Compared to the Gamestop on Lem Turner, this one is terrible.
