I have been a patient of Samuel Hathy for over 30 years. He has always been the best.

This is a real eye doctor! Thorough and thoughtful. The entire staff is top notch.

Took my son for an eye appointment. Eye doctor was exceptional, very patient, did a thorough review of my son and gave the correct eye glass prescription . The entire staff were professional she extremely helpful. Incredible experience overall.

Before I saw Dr. Hathy, another eye doctor (who will remain unnamed) from a local warehouse store had examined my eyes twice, both times resulting in incorrect prescriptions and subsequent glasses that I eventually got my money back for. Then I heard about Dr. Hathy. He came highly recommended to me from a previous patient. I was scheduled within 10 days for a new patient appointment. The exam was very thorough, owing to two eye conditions previous ophthalmologists had been seeing me before we recently moved to FL (I brought my medical records so he could review them.) My new glasses came in within ten days, and I used them for three days before returning to the office, as my vision did not improve with use. I was told the right lens was put in at an angle (the plane was off) and it was ground incorrectly; with apologies I was told it was unfortunate that the two staff members who normally quality check incoming glasses didnt catch the mistakes.I am giving them only 4 stars at this time as I am still awaiting my new glasses. I will update my review when I finally get the correct pair and see if I am happy with them. The only other comment I have is that when I ordered the lenses, I was not informed on the additional upgrades that I was seeking which I have always gotten, such as low distortion. I would have purchased the upgrades had the clerk gone over my options. Maybe she assumed I wasnt interested?

I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you Dr. Hathy and all the wonderful staff for making it such a great experience. Dr. Hathy was thorough and really explained everything to me! I really appreciated it! Sara and Amber were great with helping me find the right style of glasses and sunglasses. The machine they have that shows you what you would look like in multiple frames is very very helpful in choosing!! I love Hathy Vision Center!

Love Mr. Hathy...Been a patient of his since I in middle school...And NOW my daughter goes to him(for 8yrs)... My only comment would be is I think you guys should give out complimentary bottles of water... And Im not gonna speak ill will on the staff bc nobodys perfect (and my name is showing ) but all I ask is that if your having a bad day, come up with solutions that will keep your emotions at ease so that the patients arent your venting bag (in other words giving us the snappy attitude). I LOVE YOU GUYS AND PRAY UOU NEVER RELOCATE. : *
