You guys never pick up the phone. Please disconnect itSo that we dont waste time waiting an hour in line
The pharmacy doesnt like to answer the phone. Hold time is too long.
Awful! Slow. They have me wrong brand even though there was a note on my file about it. When I pointed out they said they dont always read notes. Thats scary.
Pharmacy never answers phone and just leaves you on hold.
Very bad customer service today. Daniel was very rude. I guess he was having a bad day😕
I’ve been calling the pharmacy for two days no one picks up. No one at the store front is helping me either. Switching pharmacies.
I can say Jacksonville has the worst etiquette for customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive called this CVS twice to talk to a pharmacist and was on hold the 1st time for almost 20 minutes before I gave up and hanged up. Another day 15 minutes before again I gave up. It is mind blowing to me that over the phone customers are treated with such little urgency that I would have to drive up this place get off my car go inside and talk to a pharmacist about a prescription. Whoever manages this CVS pharmacy needs to be replaced.
Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. They requested an updated insurance card. I provided it. The said they could not read it. I then went to the location and provided the updated insurance information in person. They did not take a copy or update there records. Then started charging me prescriptions with no insurance fees. Everything was quoted in the hundreds of dollars per month. The customer service was horrible and they did nothing to help the customer out. Definitely did not go above and beyond with the customer in mind. After I called BCBSFL. They were like I have no idea why they are quoting you those prices as they should be this amount. They then placed me on hold as they called the CVS pharmacy and got the issue resolved then lowing the prices back down by 10 fold. $15 copay instead of $150. CVS did not have my best interests in mind. BCBSFL said I should do mail order for best pricing.
No help. Workers screaming laughing on inside jokes. Ignoring customers. Bad service. Asked for an item and I got I dont know walked away and kept on laughing with person behind the register. Bad for a place where people.may need medecine for emergency.
I stopped in to pick up a 500 count of ibuprofen... I thought there might be a bit higher price at CVS but I was not prepared for it to be $21 for something that I could have delivered to my door the next day (free shipping) for $9. I will never visit a CVS again, as I hold this as tantamount to highway robbery (this location is off Philips highway).
They always treat you great and if they do have an issue they inform you as if it isnt your fault. Others placed make you feel like its all your fault.. and they are will to help you. Great customer service.. very sweet ppl.. Thank you guys
Never have a bad experience. I coupon and the staff treats me well and doesnt judge me when I need to take my time and plan my purchases. The store is clean and easy to shop. The pharmacy technicians are also kind and knowledgeable and have my prescriptions ready for me within 30 minutes or if it is something that needs to be ordered it is done within 1 day, so not a long wait. Overall, good store with a wonderful team working there. 😊
This location has AMAZING customer service and a very Knowledgeable staff. Came here in a hurry before work. I was immediately greeted by Tearra and guided directly to where each item was located. Getting me out in no time 😊
Please, get your gift card problem figured out. They said I had insufficient funds on my AMEX gift card when I had only used it once prior to coming to the CVS. They said nothing we can do, but that I could call the number to check the balance because their register wasnt able to process it. How embarrassing. Also, I called to check the balance and it had the exact 41 dollars I knew was on there.
The (male) pharmacist that works at this location is the best I have ever encountered! I’m from Ohio and just moved to this area in January. I’ve been coming to this CVS for the last 7 months. Last night he went above and beyond to help me out! It was 15 min before closing and my doctor was obviously not at his office. The Pharmacist was working by himself and was backed up with waiting customers. I won’t go into all the details, but he was a life saver. He could have easily said to come back tomorrow, but instead he took the extra time needed to make sure I got my medication! And once agin this was fifteen minutes before the pharmacy closed! I can’t say enough about how great this pharmacist is!
Unfortunately when I arrived there were no employees around. Waited for awhile, another customer in there was shouting hello with still no response. The other customer actually called the police afraid something had happened to the employees. But eventually a gentleman walked out of the back and said he hadnt heard us. He was very nice and efficient once there. It was really just crazy that employees dont check the front at least every 5 min. If they are in the back
The pharmacy is not open 24 hours. I googled 24 hour pharmacy and this location came up. It said the CVS was open 24 hours so I drove a half an hour to get there in the middle of the night and the Pharmacy wasnt open. Wish the hours were more clear.
Never felt so judged by a pharmacist. She made me feel like I was an addict and was doing something wrong by filling one of my regular prescriptions. This has happened on more than one occasion; I have reported this to corporate and nothing has changed. Go elsewhere for your prescriptions -- its not like theres a shortage of pharmacies in Jax.
This location is terrible. Went there late night for nausea medicine and snacks. The employee on duty just looked at me without a greeting and watched over me as if I was going to steal. Never felt so disrespected in my life.
Myself and my wife were assisted by Chris, one of the branch’s Management Team Members today. Even during these times, Chris and his guest services attitude is exactly the reason we keep going back to CVS. Without even asking, Chris went above and beyond to deliver us exceptional service and I have to say, he delivered. We’ll keep coming back after experiences like these. It’s the small things!
Staff ignored me while I waited at the counter then proceeded to give attitude through vaccine process. Should fire that rude pharmacy tech
Love this location. Pharmacists are always so patient and kind.
I have a great experience and they were very helpful. I strongly recommend this store.
They are great. Always friendly and I get out fast.
Aw, I used to love this location. I would tell everyone how efficient my experience was and how nice Kristian was at the pharmacy counter. They must have undergone new management. I noticed all of the other poor reviews when I was looking up the phone number this morning and thought those must have been fluke experiences. Unfortunately that’s not the case. Today’s experience started with an odd phone call where my insurance was mistakenly deleted from their system, followed by another confused employee at the drive-through window who when my prescription was incorrect told me she didn’t normally work there but to wait while she fixed my prescription, and finalized by a third angry and confused employee who told me he is a floater and doesn’t know the layout of this pharmacy so he can’t find anything I requested. Nothing earth shattering just unfortunate and inconvenient. Nothing to get upset over I just hope they get their act together!
Not bad but pharmacy wait times are excessive
When the pharmacy tech looks at you like you are speaking a foreign language when you ask for the allergy drug Alavert its typical - but when the pharmacist never heard of an over the counter allergy drug that has been on the market for at least 10 years??? Well thats just incompetence.THe pharmacist told me she never heard of Alavert and they dont carry it. Seriously? And she is alicensed pharmacist?? Has she been living under a rock for the past 10 years? I would never ever buy another item from CVS based on this experience -
Ive never been treated like such garbage as I was today by a CVS employee. Ill drive the extra 5 minutes to Walgreens from now on.
Tire of this farmacy poor costumer service always made mistake in want to give -0 star😡😡😡
They are not open 24 hrs called at 10 pm they were closed.
Horrible. Will not tell you over the phone if medicine is in stock..... instead they make you drive there to tell you they cant do their jobs. This is peoples medicine they are dealing with. Should be closed if they cant service their customers decently.
Well Im in here at lease 2 times a week and I never have had any problems at all... They are .alway there to answer any questions that I may have...
I just experience racism for the first time...here at CVS....my heart is broken
Awful customer service.
