Owner actually cares about customer satisfaction! I originally had an issue at this station but I didnt go straight to Google and submit a bad review. Instead I went on the Shell website and submitted a complaint. I was pretty annoyed. I received email from the Shell corporation which told me this station is independently owned and they forwarded it to the owner. I received a phone call from the owner the very next day. He apologized, he offered me a way to make up for my inconvenience, which I was more than satisfied with, and he told me he talked with the clerk to correct the problem and even checked on and fixed a second issue I briefly mentioned on my complaint. He was VERY kind and considerate on the phone, very apologetic, and a very nice guy! I will be returning to the station to purchase the item at a discount that he offered me for my inconvenience 2 days ago and I will also keep going there to purchase my gas. Excellent customer service from the OWNER! If the owner isnt aware of the problem any of you have at the station then how could he fix it? 5 STARS!!!!

I FEEL VERY DISRESPECTED BEING SERVED THROUGH A WINDOW ( OUTSIDE ) AT NIGHT.... RATHER TAKE MY MONEY TO A GAS STATION THAT TREAT EVERYONE LIKE HUMANS.....Which means if you want your rewards points you have no choice but to give up your privacy rights but allow EVERYONE AROUND YOU TO HEAR AND STEAL YOUR ID CODE

I would defiantly recommend this shell, not just for its cheap gas and wonderful service but its well kept. Shelves are stoked, stations are clean, and the parking lot isnt littered. If you need gas or just a break from whats around you, this shells the place.

Read my gift card quick and the line inside moved fast. Customer service is relaxed but quick. Kept me from being late.

Never had an issue with this gas station or its attendants after recently relocating to this area of jacksonville, before Christmas and now after Christmas I have had 2 issues with the same older white lady that works here at night. I understand being there by your self, and not wanting to do your job because you have the doors locked and everyone has to use the window. But when your confronted with no as the answer before even looking for what you are asking for obviously Im going to ask for you to actually go look for confirmation you dont actually carry what I am looking for. But when they finally go and look after having an argument and are greeted with a screaming attendant over an already AMPLIFIED microphone, its disappointing and disrespectful. If my wife can hear you scream at me from the gas pump 50ft away. Then obviously you shouldnt be working with people, if you cant do your job as a customer service rep at a gas station. Will be contacting corporate HQ about your attendant, Jennifer. Would strongly recommend not dealing with this lady, as she deliberately screeched at the next couple of gentleman and slammed the window in their face also. They didnt even want to wait for their change because of her unprofessionalism.

Couldnt even get in the parking lot without being harrased by someone, I had to swearve way put of the way to miss them while they yelled for change. Maybe someone should sweep the parking lot.
