I bought 4 items from this store tonight. The girl behind the register was in good spirits. That was a big plus. However, she couldnt figure out how to give me back the proper change. My total was 8.56 and I gave her a $20 bill. She gave me back 11.35. If anyone knows how to math you would know that you would get 11.44 back in change. No, this isnt a big issue, but for the fact that the register tells you what the customer is supposed to get back after you type it in.....and then she still couldnt do the math.....i find it to be nonsense. Try to get someone to run a register who knows how to give change back.
Everytime I stop to shop at this location and this one woman is working she tells me Im parked in the wrong place everytime. Been shopping at this location for over 30 years and she is the only one to ever tell me im parked wrong. Im probably in the store for shorter than 5 minutes.
The gas pumps are terrible.
I went into this store early Friday morning, 6/20/2014. I purchased a paper and cigarettes from a black man working at the register. There was also another Black man behind the other part of the counter doing work. They were very nice. When I was able to read my paper there was a section missing form the paper. It did take me a little while to get back to the store to get the part I was missing. Upon entering the store and explaining to the cashier, a young white girl, I mentioned the men behind the counter and was interrupted by the young girl, with an attitude she said that I was wrong that there was only one Black man working in that location. This was not really relevant to the situation and I again attempted to state the reason for me returning. She continues to interrupt me and then told me to give her the paper I had and get another one, still having this attitude, I had to explain to her that I had an article marked for someone to read and just wanted to get the section I was missing. The girl was rude and told me to get it and made an assassinated remark to me. I got the section and gave her the remainder of the paper and still she wanted to be rude to me. By this time I was livid and I did make a bad remark as I entered into my car that all in the parking lot could hear. I did call her the b-word. I was wrong with saying that but this young girl needs to go home and they need to find someone else to work that knows the first rule of customer service. The customer is always RIGHT!
The people here are friendly and the customer service is awesome!!
Great service
