This store is horrible at keeping the cooler stocked. I used to stop in on my way to work in the mornings to get a drink and a snack and they would leave the cooler empty with full shelves of product warm in the store day after day.

Walgreens the pharmacy that is supposed to be about wellness. I went in the men’s bathroom and quite frankly it was absolutely disgusting. Rust around the mirrors stains on the walls it looks like a roadster gas station in the middle of the countryI will never go back to that location and I’m quite surprised that when corporate does inspections they allow the bathroom. To still look absolutely disgusting.Customer service was greatHealth and wellness??
I have to agree with prior reviews about the staff at this pharmacy. I have never had issues with Walgreens pharmacy until this one... The staff needs to get it together, more training is definitely needed at this location...will not be using them again
9:49pm Haley customer service was so awesome and gave me no hassle what so ever since I had two types of payments being that I just came out here from Texas and only wanted to spend a certain amount on the card and the rest cash, her attitude was superb!!!!!
Old lady worker just came running after me at door as i was leavingr looking in my gransons stroller for unpaid stuff. I said I wasntbuying anything.. I said come look further if you want to . She said no those arent even our bags. Not that makes any sense.she acted like security and I was a thief. Never had experience like that before and Im sure thats not a store policyWill go nextdoor to Dollar Gwneral where they are courteous and good mannered.
Men’s restroom looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Completely disgusting and unsanitary.
Not sure why this store has such a bad wrap. The whole staff is very friendly and the pharmacy always has my prescription ready early, along with being super nice as well.
The staff were very helpful when I needed assistance and they’re doing a good job keeping the store clean. I can always count on them to have what I need. 😊 thanks!
This is the most incompetent Pharmacy that I ever encounter. I myself in the medical field have seen patients who complain about them right next door and never believe them until it actually happened to me. If I was the manager at that store I would fire every last one of these pharmacist and tech. I should not have to argue about my medication. They are known for giving patients the wrong medication after they were told repeatedly that the patient cannot take this medication due to side effects. Then i will call them and explain that to them and a pharmacy technician will give you attitude because you let them know about the situation. Never in my life have I encountered such a rude and dangerous customer service. Rude is due to the people that have working there. Dangerous is due to the lack of medication knowledge that they have. They lack documentation and they always blame it on the doctors office but they do not document anything from the patient point of view. So basically this Pharmacy is always right but sooner or later they will end up killing a patient and Im pretty sure they will blame it on a doctors office. But will not acknowledge their ignorance
The workers are nice and helpful but the pharmacy needs to get it together. I’ve waiting in line for 25 minutes to pick up prescriptions. Going inside doesn’t help, same issue with waiting. They seem to never have enough staff. Plan on waiting a long time here.
Very convenient location, clean store and the employees/staff are very helpful and friendly.
We moved out of the area about 6 months ago and we really miss the employees. Going to the Walgreens over here on the SS just isn’t the same.
I have been going here for the past 8 months. It’s been great and always a decent experience. Usually my main purchase is a bag of Doritos and a 6 pack of beer. Recently however there is a new cashier that will not read my valid drivers license that clearly states that I am 21. I understand the 100% ID policy that’s fine but at least read it or scan it however you do it. I will never give a civilian my military ID, however when I mentioned that I had that she asked for that, which has the same birthdate as my drivers license. These cashiers need to be taught better at reading IDs. I am now finding a new place to shop for my Doritos and beer.
Its the most inept pharmacy I have ever seen. People need their medications, but apparently, the pharmacist there is a doctor now and he doesnt think so. Prescriptions were called in a week and a half in advance and they cannot seem to get the medicine in stock in that time frame. The pharmacist is rude to customers who are just trying to get relief from their medical issues. I recommend going somewhere else for your prescription needs. Lousy service! Lousy management!
I wouldnt have believed it could be so bad!They fail to put in the system, prescriptions sent straight from the doctor, so I have to ask the doctor to send it again. Its happened 4 times here and never at other locations.I request prescriptions through the website, drop off, or from the doctor and after being in progress about 1/3 of the time they disappear from being in progress and are back on file. No notice or anything.I got vaccines there and it took forever! We waited and waited, at least an hour or more. Then they wouldnt give me both shots because they wouldnt put the last shot anywhere but in an arm. (One of mine was off limits medically) They said they couldnt do an extra one on the same arm. So I had to come back in a month despite my doctor sending them a request to do them that day.If a med is out of stock, they either take days to fill or it drops out of the system after a couple of days, so unreliable.I needed a prescription they didnt have and they told me they couldnt check in their system or call. Id have to call reach store on my own. Ive never had another location doing that.
Do NOT get a vaccine here. You spend 15 minutes just getting the paperwork. Then they make you sit to fill it out-which takes less than 60 seconds-then you have to get back in line and wait again. Waiting in line again took another ten minutes-then the Pharmacist still has to get the vaccine ready and make herself available to do it-another 10 minutes. MAKING A PREGNANT WOMAN WAIT THIS LONG IS RIDICULOUS. You should be getting the vaccine ready and meeting the individual in the medical room immediately and they can do the 60 second paperwork then. I am LIVID that this is the process that they think is ACCEPTABLE.
The pharmacy is the worst. Extremely slow and inefficient. There are always cars backed up in the drive through. The person working the window needs a wireless headset for goodness sake. Zero customer service. Told me prescription would be ready in 15 min so I waited with someone just discharged from the hospital in the car. Went back in after 20 min to be told it wasnt ready. Took the patient home and got an email that it was ready as we pulled into the driveway. Also cant believe nothing is better with all of these negative reviews and low rating.
Pretty sure they hired mole people to work here. Slowest checkouts ever. Takes an average of ten minutes to buy anything here. Picking up prescriptions is dreaded. Avoid at all costs.

Pulled up to drive thru, waited in line, and as soon as the car in front of me left they closed the window. My time waiting, meant nothing to these “people”.Unacceptable, and unbelievable!!!!UPDATE!Came back on Monday, 3rd car in line. As soon as I pull up to the window, the girl walks away. 9:35 am!!They have a new pharmacy manager named Kelly. I’m hoping she’ll soon follow her predecessor.There is absolutely no reason to be treated the way they do. No reason to be walked away from. No reason for being in line 20 minutes.This will be my last visit here, and I would not have came back, if any other pharmacy in Jacksonville woulda had my hydrocodone. I hope those reading this will follow suit, and go to public, wal mart or cvs.
Pharmacy is so slow. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I waited over 30 minutes. Its not any faster inside. Its like that all the time. Plan on waiting atleast 20 min unless you are the only one there. They need to get more help. If it doesnt get any better soon, I will be transferring my rx.
Worst Customer Service!!!I go to pick up medicine on 12/21/19 I get in the drive thru line at 5:55pm. They close at 6:00pmSo when its my turn its 6:01pm They close the window and they see me online. So I go inside talk to the manger Brian which he saw me in the drive thru he was pulling the cash draw. He tells me there is nothing he can do. I ask For the info for the general manager. All I get is a card with her name and the store phone # on it. Not even her email to contact her directly just a email for all the mangers.
Pharmacy customer service is below par. No blood pressure machine, they said pharmacist would do it, waited 10 minutes with no line and was ignored. Could have had better communication and acted more sympathetic.
Debra at the front is beyond rude every single time Im there. As soon as a customer leaves she talks about them to the next customer. She argues with you let her know an item was on sale and rang up wrong. When she works in always try to go to photo to check out.This pharmacy blows my mind. I put in a transfer RX THREE times now, and three times have called to confirm that they have received it. Three times it has mysteriously disappeared. The guy on the phone was very rude and said that it is Sunday and they wont be able to get to it even though I put it in on Wednesday the first time!
Is there an option for zero stars? This pharmacy is a joke. Dropped prescriptions off on a Friday and was told they would be ready by 4 on Sunday. Pharmacist didnt even transfer the prescriptions until 2pm on Sunday. Awesome service, thanks so much
This location is extremely slow. They move with no sense of urgency. I already get off work late in the day and the workers in this pharmacy have no care for their customers. Every time I go through their drive thru its at least a 30 minute plus ordeal. They are not friendly and just careless of peoples time.
Terrible service with photo lab. Put my order in at 11 something in the morning on the app and it said they would be ready at 1210. Ended up having to go to the store at 315 because I hadnt received an email saying they were finished and they still didnt have my 7 pictures printed off. When I got in there the lady was sitting behind the computer to where you couldnt see her at all and when I had asked about my pictures they werent ready but only took her like 5 minutes to complete my order. They need to fire some of the workers and get people in there that actually do their job...
Absolutely saddened that ppl in this industry could be so uncaring and just downright nasty to ppl. I will never ever use Walgreens again. Thank you to CVS on Duval Station for being so kind in such a hard time for our family!
Update 9/25/2017: Pharmacy employees straight up lied about submitting my claim and it getting denied. I called my health insurance and the Walgreens staff never submitted the claim. Nor did they bother to correct the information when I went to pick up the prescription. My insurance company rectified the issue. Now I have to drive back to the pharmacy to get my money refunded.This is the second time that the location at 12387 Yellow Bluff Road, Jacksonville, FL has claimed they did not receive a prescription from my child’s pediatrician. And both times it was well past a reasonable amount of time for them to receive. It turned out both times that they did indeed have the script, but were too lazy to look through their received documentation. I am also noticing that the lazy person I spoke to on the phone most likely did not enter in my insurance info and told my wife today that our insurance simply denied coverage. From the looks of my paperwork, it seems they didn’t enter my info correctly and were expected to verify my insurance info again today. I didn’t see this until I got the medication home. This pharmacy is a joke. Do not waste your time. You’ll probably end up paying out of pocket for medications that your insurance probably covers.
My doctor called in a prescription for me on December 8. I went to the store to pick it up and discuss with the pharmacy staff that I knew that my insurance wouldnt pay for it but I had a coupon. They said yes, in fact your insurance turned it down but we will process it with the coupon. They said that it would be ready in an hour and that they would process my coupon. I left. They called me 15 min later and told me they didnt have the prescription in stock and theyd have to order it. Fine. I go back two days later because I hadnt heard from them. They said they had the prescription ready but they had no record of my coupon. I said you processed the coupon the last time I was here. I didnt bring my coupon with me. You need to go home and get it I was told. I went home and got it but they didnt have the prescription in stock- they never ordered it because it was insurance hold!!! I am keeping calm. I need this prescription. I have horrible asthma and I have to have it. I go back three days later because yet again I dont hear from anyone. I take my coupons with me. I stand in line for 15 minutes. There is one person in front of me. There are three people working in the back with one cashier. I wait and wait. It is finally my turn. They dont have my prescription. They never ordered it because it was insurance hold. I said I have a coupon. You were going to order. I was told We have no record of the coupon. We didnt order because you are on insurance hold.... I said are you kidding me??? Who is your manager? I was then told You can speak with our pharmacist but it will be a few minutes because she is busy. I am flabbergasted. I just cant believe the horrid customer service. I said forget it. I am going to start going somewhere else. She says, Great! Well have a great night and be well. Are you freaking kidding me??? I used to love this pharmacy but about three months ago the entire staff changed and it has been awful ever since. I have had to order Imitrex for my husband and go pick it up at other stores because this one is out. Its just unbelievable. I will never go back. You have lost a loyal customer who picks up about 6-10 prescriptions every month. I have bad asthma and allergies and have been sick for about three weeks and I blame Walgreens partly because there is no reason I should have had to wait 8 days for a prescription. I am going to Target where they actually appreciate their customers.
I visited the store tonight to get some concealer from the makeup Department to only be accused of stealing .All I did was put my phone in my pocket .May I add it was just a skirt pocket, very small so you could see my phone still sticking out. The woman working admitted that she thought I stole even when she was proved wrong she did not apologize or try to make up for it in anyway . She was very rude and disrespectful. Walgreens will no longer get my business which is sad to me because I shop there on the daily
This store is another typical example of Walgreens customer no-service. I pulled in to drop off a prescription at 6:07 pm on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. There was one car that just pulled in front of me. A line of cars started forming behind me, so I was trapped in auto line hell.After seven minutes, the man in the car in front of me appeared to be interacting with someone in the window. I thought ah-finally someone woke up inside! He placed two cards in the slide-out. Then we all waited -- with baited breath. And waited. AND WAITED! At 6:23 pm, he looked at the slide out, took out the two cards, and drove off. I drove through behind him and looked in -- NO ONE WAS EVEN NEAR THE WINDOW.If I could give Walgreens zero stars, or even better, negative stars, I would. They do not deserve one star! I will NEVER, EVER stop at Walgreens for ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. And as I read other horror stories of prescription issues, that just adds fuel to the fire. Mine was simply a loss of 16 minutes; others were more-serious.Do yourself a favor: AVOID WALGREENS at ANY COST. Be healthy? Crap, youll have a stroke trying to deal with this incompetent bunch!
As is been stated many times in the past the Pharmacy needs help. Anytime I have a prescription called in or even times I drop it off and get told it will be ready in an hour it is almost never ready when I come back multiple hours later.
The store manager is the best. If you encounter a problem seek her out to make it right.

I cannot believe this Walgreens pharmacy is still in business. They take FORVER to fill prescriptions, the customer service is horrible, and they are constantly “out” of meds. I was 8 months pregnant waiting for the whooping cough vaccine..I waited 15 minutes and filled out the required documents. There was one person in line AFTER I had already requested the vaccine. They call me up and told me I had to wait for the pharmacist to do it. After another 10 minutes, they tell me that she is not certified to do it I will have to come back tomorrow when the other pharmacist is there. WOW. To make a pregnant woman wait almost 30 minutes for nothing should be a mortal sin.
Havent had any issues with the main store, but the pharmacy is terribly slow. They arent open until late morning, so if you work, you need to drop off prescriptions at night. The minimum wait time per car is 10 minutes.There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive through yesterday, took me just over an hour to drop off a new prescription. Wouldnt be ready for 3 hours, so Ill have to pick it up after 10:00am today (When the pharmacy opens). Ive only used this Walgreens Pharmacy twice, but this has been the case both times.If you need your medications the SAME DAY, and dont have 4 hours to wait, go somewhere else. Ive been using Walgreens for years, this is way outside the norm.

Customer service from pharmacy staff has been subpar, its rare to get in and out under 15 minutes. They need to have separate staff for drop off and pickup, I know publix does and some other walgreens. Sometimes you will wait in line for 20+ minutes to drop off a script. To top it all off, they are frequently out of medications I use pretty regularly and Ive requested to be ordered with more frequency.
So dirty. Why don’t they have some pride and pressure wash or pick up their trash or paint and fill the cracks? ...or even hang their signs right side up. Smh, so trashy.

Supposed to open at 7, it’s 7:10 and lights are still off. Wasted 15 minutes just trying to get something for my son before school started. Why have an “opening time” listed if you aren’t going to open on time? Have had this issue at this location three times now.
