AN UPDATE FOR ALL!! This is a truck stop. The $150 dollar hold will fall of in 2 to 3 bussniss days as this is again, A TRUCK STOP! Credit card companies and almost all other credit systems do not like us and vice versa. It is because we are primarily dealing next to major interstates the hold will be place.Another frequently asked questions is, No this location does not have showers and no RV Dump stations. Surprising amount of freshly cooked food in a Pilot Express.

If you stopped there today, 12.29.2020, check the card that you used to make any purchases. I used 2 different cards while I was there and they both had additional $150 charges added to them! Thank goodness my fraud detection on one card kicked in and notified me of the additional charge. I checked the other card and there was an additional $151 charge on it. Beware!!

The staff at this Pilot Express (or Mr. Fuel now?) are always very friendly and welcoming....even at 5am. They keep the store very clean and presentable at all times and keep a steady rotation on the coffee so it doesnt sit there too long before brewing a fresh pot. I would definitely say they go above and beyond expectations one would have regarding a gas station to ensure a good experience for everyone going through there. They certainly deserve some good recognition for their efforts!

Near Blount Island port and it can get busy. Fuel isles and restrooms are clean and maintained regularly. No showers but accepting rewards cards for Pilot/Flying J.

Mr fuel in Jacksonville Florida is also a dunking doughnuts and time after time the pots are empty at 6 am. Ive been asking about the rewards card for weeks now and the answer is were still waiting. Time to go back to Speedway I guess. Pathetic store at best. Bunch of dubs in charge.

I like this Pilot because the employees are always really nice and compliment me when I go in there. They also have a good snack and drink selection as well as tasty, hot breakfast and lunch options.

Clean and well staffed. Has replaced Gate as my go to place for gas and quick items.

This station is very nice and always clean. The staff is friendly & helpful. I went to buy gas the other day & a girl named Kayla never acknowledged or even looked in my direction, she continued to hangout & converse with her coworkers. Very unprofessional & not customer service savvy in my opinion.

Great facilities, clean and nice touch adding gritty workin hands soap. Overall the place is very pleasant and everyone was courteous and friendly.The fresh kitchen foods system is nice, too. The only detractor is personal preference oriented: I ordered the Meatloaf with a double side of Broccoli. The steamed Broccoli was way over steamed to a mushy faded whitish green and drenched in a butter sauce. The Meatloaf was dense instead of tender. I ate it all, so it wasnt a total miss.It is, of course, a gas station. So, i should not expect properly cooked Broccoli. But it was nutritionally worthless, save for some fiber and fat.

Stopped in here for a restart on Sunday. I deliver on Monday. This place has no showers. Since there are no showers i decided to talk to a manager about dropping my trailer and going to the YMCA to work out and shower. Manager got on this power trip about if you are gone for more then 2 hours Ill tow your trailer. Had i known this i wouldnt of purchased 200 gallons of fuel here. Meanwhile its 11am and the 4 trucks around me dont have a sole in them because they are local drivers who parked here and went home. Watched a guy pull up in his car get something from his truck and leave. I understand its a smaller truck stop and was not leaving for the day. If i wasnt delivering in this area i would of stayed elsewher . Future lesson learned here, dont do business with this facilit .

The mens room smell like somebody just urinated all over the floor but the cleaning guy just left. I wonder what the deal is that the cleaning me on just dot-dot-dot ashtray all over the floor and left and made it look like he cleaned the place?

The staff is super friendly and do an awesome job. 5 stars for them.However, the food reminds me of. Sheetz some things done very well others lacking. The mac and cheese will go to the dawgs because I just dont like the processed taste.The pot roast mashed potatoes and broccoli are surprisingly good. I might stop in just for that. My meal with a drink was 12$ I am full and there is a complete 2nd serving. Minus the drink.

Im Glad they have more truck parking for local JAX PORT visitors. They move in slow motion, with no sense of urgency. They are an express location, but It seems untruck stoppish to Not put showers in a new facilities, that does not have any in the area. Thats the minus one star.

Thug music blaring at the gas pumps. Any music blaring is annoying but thug is the worst.

They JUST made this pilot EXPRESS... so no showers for truck drivers.It just seems stupid.....they built this huge building that looks like it is 2 floors and no showers...Pilot on the other side of Jacksonville is smaller, yet they have a bunch of showers.Next time i will keep driving and go to the TA truckstop south of here .

Dunkin Donut Kiosk had no cream for the coffee, drink cooler was virtually empty. Had to go to Gate down the road.
