I am a pretty prepared person. So when I arrived I came with everything including the form needed to get the vaccine. The one that after u make your appt they advise you to bring with you. I just came here and got my vaccine 2 days ago. Filled out the same paperwork. Came here today to bring my son and it was different paperwork. And no one can give me an explanation on why the paperwork is different. And why the change just two days. The hold was long. And even after a appointment. I left out of here with my son a whole hour later.

Dropped my prescription off at 9 am and was told it would be ready at 10:48. Get there at 11:20 and it’s still not ready and have to wait another 15 min. Poor service big thumbs down.

Pharmacy is worst! Service is so bad we switched to more expensive insurance so we dont have to go there. Always understaffed with long waitsPrepaid and paid for delivery twice and never received the prescriptions. Prepaid and had to pay again when we went to pick up prescriptionsStaff had no interest in resolving these issues.

Getting the covid vaccine is a long wait even with an appointment. The pharmacy staff is very slow and unprepared.Today I saw a customer walking around in the store without a face covering and employees would walk by him without even saying anything. This location doesnt even follow CDC guidelines.

The pharmacy can’t get anything right. Avoid at any price! Kept asking for 90 day supply. Over and over gave me 30 day. A total of 9 times this happened.

The service here is slow. Why have a drive through if you are going to neglect your customers and make them sit in their cars for what feels like an eternity? Walgreen’s is supposed to be a drug store but they are falling down on that job here. I might need to switch to Publix or Costco. These people at Walgreen’s don’t respect my time.

Please consider adding additional staff to improve on customer wait time. Currently, the store and pharmacy are either understaffed or stretched beyond their capacity to process customers within a reasonable amount of time.

I had called to so they could get and authorization refill on my sons nighttime meds well the doctors office didnt get back to them in time but good old walgreens came through with a 3 day supply until his script is renewed... Thank god for this pharmacy and these pharmacists CVS would have never done this Im so glad we switched these people care about us. Thank you!

The Pharmacy staff is rude as hell. Except for one lady. I wish I could remember her name. Been using this Walgreens for 5 years now and they still havent fixed that problem. Again theres only one lady that is a sweetheart with the customers. The rest sounds and looks like they are working for free and against their will.

I put in my prescriptions via phone, but they had to verify something (understandable), so they transferred me to a representative who proceeded to put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up. This occurred three consecutive times. Maybe they are understaffed, but that is no excuse to hang up on a customer.

Ive used the pharmacy here many times and the staff has always been more than helpful.

After madking me wait for more than half an hour the pharmacist tell me that my insurance did not cover the antibiotic for the flu and it cost almost $ 100. When I tell her to return the prescription to me, she changes her mind and tells me that she can only give me one of two. The very next day I called the insurance and I they said that this medicine was covered. So I decide to talk to the person who was running the pharmacy, to my surprise was the same lady who had lied to me about my insurance. That should be recorded on your DVR on 03/14/2017 at 8:30 p.m.

The service here is not always customer oriented. Ive been in when staff was so busy discussing their personal lives to pay attention to the clients.

Today I went to look for my prescription and everything was impossible since my doctor sent it to me from Puerto Rico they told me to call the pharmacy and the deal and he could not later give me the incomplete medications since the person did not understand what the prescription and my doctor sent me the portrait of the prescription and they did not want to see it from my cell phone I am very upset and also by the attitudes of an employee

Very good experience as a user because pharmacies keeps you up to date with your medications and that you can do all other types of purchases.
