I visited there a couple of days ago and went there check a lottery ticket which I did not want to cash but for whatever reason these people feel that they can make up their own rules and laws about the Florida lottery which I did look up and call the Florida lottery office and several gas stations to make sure that I was correct they told me once they scan a ticket they have to keep it but all I wanted was my ticket back I believe that I won more than $20 and feel that I got scammed because the lottery scanning machine told me to see the retailer they could not produce proof that it was a $20 winner he refused to show me a receipt and I will be reporting him to the Florida lottery and also when a ticket is scanned and cashed they are supposed to tear that ticket up in front of you they could not produce the so-called ticket that they tore up I have read on the news about these kind of people and for everyone out there I would highly recommend do not go to these people for anyting I really feel like I got cheated and I really am sick of these kind of people that is whats wrong with this world if I knew who the owner was I would speak to him personally never again will I visit this store for anything
