Love Wawa, Im happy they brought them to Florida. My only complaint is that they have drastically reduced portion sizes in recent months but maintained everything at their old prices. I got a turkey Gobbler sub here today and the amount of turkey on it was pathetic for over $7. Probably wont be eating at Wawa much anymore as unfortunately they have begun to get greedy.

Usually pretty decent. Have a manager named Chrissy (female bald style haircut) or something that will tell you that if an offer doesn’t pop up on the cash register, even if they still have the sign up and the offer says it has an expired yet, she won’t honor it. Her words “I can’t honor it.” Seriously, you guys can do better than that. They honored it several times this month without a question. It’s disappointing for how good of a franchise this is how poor the customer services with some of the employees at this location. While others are actually the exact opposite. I would hate to have her as my manager. Funny thing is when I complain to a coworker about my experience they said they knew exactly who I was talking about and spoke of how rude she was and how they had already left a Negative review because of her. So here I am to do the same.

Staff is very slow and unresponsive! Went for online order pickup & took 35 minutes because staff didn’t start making order! Idk why they’re wasting time!

A blast from my past! I wish they would not skip so many states on the east coast!!! some of us in these states love WAWA and miss it!!! If they come into these states I am sure they would be booming! This location was having Tesla charging stations installed! That was awesome! Kind of dirty on the outside. The food was just as expected. Great WAWA food! Prices were ok. Clean on the inside. Better than the outside.

I came in for a frozen coffee and was notified they were under staffed so I couldnt have my beverage. I politely asked the manager Kay if they could make me a drink because I had a long drive. She was very rude she cussed talking to another employee about me thinking I couldnt hear her then she laughed as I left the store saying hes mad. I will never spend another dollar at this location.

The computerized ordering system is fantastic. I can order on the touchscreen, shop around, get gas, and then pick up my food on the way out. The bread is fresh along with all the ingredients. I approve!

Totally not planned, but I ended up at Wawa on opening day. Its a unique place. I kind of went for the hype to check it out and I kind of went to buy my boyfriend a sandwich. I was surprised that they have specialty drinks too. So of course I had to get a chocolate one and see if it could compare to a Starbucks mocha frappe, which is my favorite of all time. So! Here is my review... First off you dont order your sandwiches from a person. You go up to a little kiosk, kind of like at Panera and pick out whatever you want. They make it to order and then call your number over a loudspeaker. You pay at the regular check out. If you want a combo with chips and a drink you go pick it off of the regular convenience store shelf yourself and take it up to the register. The specialty drinks are also ordered on the kiosk. The sandwiches are kind of basic. I would say it was a little small. Smaller than what you would get at Subway or Jersey Mikes. Theres something about mocha fraps from Starbucks, the Wawa equivalent had the crunchy ice and had the chocolatey flavor but I think there was no coffee in it so it didnt quite hit the spot. The store was of course very clean. Its brand new. And the attendants were friendly. That girl needed to calm down on the loudspeaker though, she was sounding like a circus clown. LOL! Overall it was a good experience and I would come back there again. Boyfriend loved the sandwich, so it gets five stars.

Aight bro sit back and crack a cold one this is a long one.So I was at a hotel where they happened to be doing interviews for Wawa and by pure happenstance I got on an elevator with one of the men doing to interviewing. I had seen these shirts that said Wawa wondering around the hotel for a couple days and finally I asked. “What in Gods name is a Wawa?”. The man started explaining. Admittedly I did not listen to most of it but eventually I said “Oh so it’s just a gas station”. Bro you’d of thought I called his momma fat. He looked at me taken back and said “Oh no! It’s much more than a gas station”. He then proceeded to explain why it was in fact more than a gas station. Admittedly I again didn’t really listen to much that he said because I can’t take someone seriously that’s being legit passionate about a gas station right now. So a couple weeks pass the Wawa those people were training for opens and everyone at my work goes absolutely bat crazy. I suddenly began seeing Wawa bags in the trash everyday. I’m like dang bro I need to check this out but I don’t. Finally yesterday I walk in to the break room and said “Alright guys what am I eating for lunch today” and no lie collectively 3 people (out of 5-6) said “Wawa!”..... I’m like okayyyy I guess I’m eating gas station food for lunch today.Bro! The stories are true this place is fantastic! I could take my kids here! I don’t even have kids but I’ll go rent some just to experience this place! And they take Apple Pay!! Bro! I paid for my gas with my face!! (#iPhoneXCrew) This place is all kinds of hella dope yo. I got gas at the Wawa station on the corner of Monument and for Caroline Road/Wonderwood and my debit card was compromised. Be sure to check even though I didn’t see any type of suspicious malware/scanner on the chip reader, at the pump. So obviously these scammers are getting better. Just beware

Just leaving Stuey gave some tips on different waters to try (I appreciate that). Other guy with glasses as the food counter though messed up this experience. I would have really appreciated a bag for my items but unfortunately the bags that were sitting next to my items are only specifically for Doordash. Please think of having separate bags for customers who order take out as well.

My husband says they have the best food here. He especially likes the coffee and their sandwich selections they have for lunch.It’s a nice spot to stop in and fuel up your body in n tasty food and your car on the gas it needs!

Normally when I come in here I have a good experience, except when there is one specific employee. I dont know her name but it seems like she gives me an attitude whenever she is here. I dont know her, never said anything to her except thank you when she hands me my item. I have seen her interact with other customers and she is great to them but she sees me and I get treated differently. She is light skined with blonde and black dreads. Anyway my real issue for this comment is two days in a row now the drink station is closed. Yesterday they said they were understaffed so they closed it, although I saw 7 wawa uniforms. Today the deli and drink station are closed again. I am from NJ so have been going to wawa for nearly 30yrs and never once were any station closed.

Friendly staff, they actively keep the place clean inside and outside. Its well lit at night. Free air for the tires. Mobile orders are prepared expeditiously. Paying in the app helps. Gave 4 stars because the checkout line can be long at times. I took a pretty cool shot of the Florida sunset sky one evening while pumping gas.

Unfortunately the person preparing my bagel was not wearing his mask properly and did not seem to be practicing good hygiene so I didnt feel comfortable eating the food. I recommend this place for gas and other services but I will not order fresh food from this location again.

Cashier didn’t let us buy an alcohol drink when my dad who’s buying the alcohol for him showed his ID just because I didn’t have mine when the alcohol isn’t even for me so I went to the car my dad went back to buy it alone and didn’t let him again.

I like this place but the reason I have to give them 2 stars is because my credit card was compromise here at the pump. It was the one right in front of the main entrance which makes it very awkward.

Jonathan is by far the best employee you have. Always “Working” and greets “Every” person that comes through that door with a smile! Even though this is just a gas station this man deserves all the credit for making my Wawa gas/food experience awesome every time!

My wife and I were on vacation this past week. We stopped here to get her a coffee and I was hungry so I got a 10 meatball sub with extra provolone cheese and a chicken noodle soup. Needless to say this was our go to company during our whole vacation. Coffee was fresh subs soup ECT was fresh and made to order. We both hope they bring this to Ohio. We will definitely be back on our next vacation to Florida

Gas prices are fine, theyre store is good and so are theyre milkshakes but theyre food they cook in house is often undercooked, with no flavor other than a pound of butter. If you want a decent breakfast just go to a cafe or something. Eggs and bacon should not be slimy.

Staff are rude and completely unprofessional down to the managers, like johnathan. I see here in the south they do not know the meaning of great customer service. Dont recommend and will not be back.

Come here multiple times per week because I work in the Town Center so I have a few points to make:Made to order food is okay, sheetz is definitely better. Had the egg white bowl and wasnt very impressed, but their grab and go salads and wraps are good.They always have inexpensive iced coffee and cold brew so I always get it here. The iced coffee has a bit of a watery flavor (due to it being hot and poured over ice), so the cold brew is definitely better.The Coca-Cola Freestyle machines are nice and usually are well stocked with syrupsThe employees are always super friendly, especially when comparing to other gas station employees.Using the app is a breeze and makes grabbing something quick much easier!

Wawa is awesome! One of a few things my family really misses about Pennsylvania. We are looking forward to the upcoming grand opening, finally! They will put a huge dent in the locals like Shell and Racetrack. The coffee is always fresh and hot, 24x7. Their food is really good quality if you want hot soups, sandwiches, fresh salads, etc. We will go out of our way from St Johns to the gate parkway location until we get one closer.

My service has never been less than perfect at this location. After a long day of work I love to bring my friend with me to grab a bite and relax. Cheerful and safe environment here and you’ll always receive world class customer service— especially if you get the pleasure of meeting Kathleen! I’d give 6 stars if I could!!!

Great location for the store, and they lived up to or surpassed expectations in my opinion. You can get everything at this place, and its all good. The food, the drinks, gas prices, and the employees are awesome too.It would actually be easier for me to turn into the gas station right across the street but it is well worth making the extra shot to get to this place I love it. Cant wait for the one to open closer to me on Beach and Southside Boulevard.

The pumps are fast and process the transactions quickly. I am especially impressed by the contactless readers on the pumps. Having forgotten my wallet, once upon a time, this has the potential to be a lifesaver.I feel like the regular unleaded was marked up, but the ethanol free gas was an unusually good price.The store is bright and clean. It even smells good. Several registers and cashiers were moving the customers quickly.The soda fountain is equipped with the newest Coca-cola freestyle machines. They use “crunchy” ice. Currently they are running a $1.00, any size coffee or soft drink promotion, as well.They have a deli counter for handmade sandwiches. The ATM advertises “no surcharge.”

Worst ran Wawa I have ever been to. Long lines to checkout and even longer for food. Every time I have gone to this location the service has been bad. This time particular was the worst. They completely lost my food order and I had to ask two different people and the last one was the supervisor. (Who I saw pushing the trash down with his gloves and then go back to preparing food without changing his gloves.) He told me I needed to go back to the screen and reorder. No that’s ridiculous, you screwed up just give me what I ordered so I can get out of there. Never again.

Love this chain gas station! The food is actually amazing! They really should recategorize this as a restaurant with gas pumps outside. Just start pumping gas, go in and order food or a smoothie, pay at the cashier, grab food, then head back to your car and youre all set! Best part of all, free air to fill your tires! Come here for quick gas, food, and drinks.

Being a Maryland girl, I LOVE wawa! However, this one just doesnt do it right. They frequently mess up my deli order and never give me extra toppings when I ask, not even when I pay for them. Most of the staff is super friendly, but there are a couple really rude people.

One of my favorite things in the world these days is grabbing a coffee drink or cream smoothie from Wawas with a friend - and it never disappoints. Food & drinks here are always superb and tonight we were served by Kathleen, who was so incredibly thoughtful & kind to the both of us! I had to share some appreciation for this awesome lady because she absolutely deserves it. I will be returning this week...and the next...and the next!

This location is not quite up to Wawas standards. No matter when you go there is always a wait to check out. There can be 5 customers or 50 in the store and youre going to wait. Often, during the lunch hour rush theyll have one register open. They have gotten my sub order wrong twice, so its unlikely that Ill be going back any time soon. Fortunately there are more locations opening around Jacksonville that will hopefully be better managed.

Lives up to the Wawa name. I very much enjoyed my oven roasted turkey hoagie and I appreciated the clean facilities and quick, friendly service. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store from an intersection.I was very much missing Wawa as a Pennsylvanian on the wrong side of the state, and my visit to the Wawa gave me a taste of home.

Overall pretty good store, great location, staff is very friendly and helpful however the small hot food near the registers.....watch for expiration times! I have now encountered 3 separate occasions of purchasing expired food only to realize it after getting back to the office. Dried, old and thrown out. After the second time, I should have at that point asked for a full refund. No longer trusting that these are being watched, 2 additional times, while trying to purchase those items at a later date....like today....food again was well over the expiration time. I brought it to the attention of the counter person yet again and his response was would you like me to make you a fresh one? Sir, they should already be fresh! I understand the store stays busy however there is no excuse for selling old food. Other than that, the store is great!

I LOVE this location! Being from Jersey, moving here was a huge adjustment because Wawa was my life! I’m so glad it’s back and everything tastes just how I remembered. Everybody is super accommodating and always breaking the customer/associate barrier really making everyone feel like family! Monique is my favorite, she is always going that extra mile with customer service and I always look out for her when I’m in! Such a great location, the cold brew is amazing! Keep it up!

Great fresh subs at 3 am dinner time

May not mean much to some people. I pride myself on caring about the environment. I was told tonight that is in not allowed for me to use a reusable cup. Big huge same on Wawa. Very disappointed.

I came in with my crew this morning and ordered a breakfast burrito. They got my order wrong and said they would remake it. They did, I left and didnt realize it was made wrong again until we were back at the station. I tried calling twice and after being on hold my call was disconnected both times. Usually I love Wawa and thats why I have them 2 stars. However, they messed it up twice and then didnt answer 2 phone calls. Im hungry and its a shame.

My experience at my favorite Wawa is continuing to go downhill. So I went in at 730 tonight, 1/14/20. 3 people working in the coffee department. The Columbian coffee is basically empty. I ask for new carafe to be put in. None ready!! Come on guys!! Again!! Then a lady comes around the corner and says it is not empty. I show her the bottom of the cup has coffee grinds in it and there is NO more. They tell me I have to wait for another pot. And it’s clear I’m causing a problem. There is an older short lady that works in coffee area at night pretty often, by herself, that is always on the ball.In frustration I grab two bags of Columbian coffee and decide I’ll make it at home. Managers.......please pay attention to new cashiers. I ask to add $50 to might Wawa ap card. BEFORE I pay for the coffee. I like earning rewards of a free coffee. Guess what?? She doesn’t know how so she rings up my coffee and I pay cash losing my rewards.The last trip to this WaWa the manager came over and offered free coffee for me and my wife BECAUSE the was no Columbian or Regular coffee.Guys, you can do better.

Wawa has been my favorite gas station since I was a little kid in Philadelphia. Unfortunately it seems this Wawa has a hard time living up to the incredibles standards previously set by the company. I wont go so far as to say the staff is rude but theyre definitely not very pleasant either. Also, the food here isnt as good as other Wawas. Arguably my biggest issue though is that Wawa is the only gas station that I cant use tap to pay (Apple/ Android/ Samsung pay) at the pump. After Wawas large data breach they also implemented card readers that require a chip; unfortunately its a clunky, slow, process that doesnt work very well

No paper in the gas pump. 8 people in line. The MANAGER then opens another register and takes people who have not been waiting in line. WOW. I ask for the manager. He IS the manager. Doesnt apologize. I complain to their customer service on the website and they assure me theyll let the manager know. Really? I believe I already covered that and he didnt care. I dont see what the big deal is. Theyre nice to me at Dailys.

I only come to Wawa for the seasonal Gobbler hoagie and lo and behold this location is always out of hot turkey or stuffing. One doesn’t just substitute a Gobbler hoagie. If you’re out of any Gobbler toppings it shouldn’t be able to order on the app. The Gobbler is a 5 star hoagie at The Wawa but this location gets one star for the lack of prep and quantity control in the deli.

I dont know who manages the store but theres always only one person on the cash register no matter how many people are in line and then when the line gets down to two people someone finally shows up the help I will literally Drive 5 miles out of my way to go to a different gas station.Tried to give it another chance I waited 15 minutes to get a small smoothie I look over and the ladies letting it sit in the blender and melt. When I ask for my money back they said it would be done soon when I got my smoothie it was melted and dripping everywhere. Dont go there if a lady with an underbite is working

Employees here are not attentive at all, all the people just standing around ignoring customers. I asked for a pretzel and the deli girl told me sure thing and I waited for 10 minutes before someone else asked me what I was waiting for and said the pretzel and they said no one knew I wanted one so the girl didnt even tell the others. Manager came and told them to make one so waited 10 more minutes for them just to tell me the oven is off And they havent made it. Way to go, great customer service. I miss Wawa in Orlando but this place is a poor representation.

Wonderful burritos, but I cant figure out how to order extra steak in my burrito. I asked a lady and she said Special Order, but why can I add extra Sauce Made from Avocados and Pico, but I swear bo option for extra carne..fix this and Ill give you 10 stelle..Awesome place..Sheetz is kinda like you, but they have this option in PA with their ordering Kiosks touch screens...You Rock, as do your cooks and cashiers!

We were so glad to have Wawa follow us from Pennsylvania to Jax! Finally, diet Peach Ice Tea and hoggies! The best.We’ve been to this location 3 times in the less than 1 week it’s been open. Managment and sales associates are kind,, knowledgeable and clearly care.This is a must stop for any quick meal, and gas too

Just ok. Love this place but it lets me down on a few nights. Ordered food and frappes there occasionally. Few times we ordered from the kiosk menus. Printed them out. Grabbed my ticket. Thinking that everything i ordered was on the ticket, so i bought it. Got my food/drinks only to realize it wasnt what i had ordered, but theyll look at you as if thats what you got. Of course because the darn ticket doesnt print out all of what was on our order menu list even though i know we ordered right and looked correct on the kiosk menu list. So the workers there are just going by what the ticket says. So that sucks. Other few times has been good. Clean place. Gas prices are decent.

I dont know who the woman was that made my turkey hoggie tonight. But it was the best so far. Im a Philly native, An that tasted like i was back home. Best ive had in my ten years of being in Jax. Next time i come in, If i see her ive gotta give her a high 5. 👍👍

Not only did I get the cheapest gas in the neighborhood, but I scored a delicious hot sub from their Deli as well. All bread is baked fresh daily in store. They have 6 touchscreens for ordering food. When you are finished ordering, take you ticket to the counter and pay for your food. With at least 8 kinds of coffee, a Coca-Cola Freestyle, and freezer case upon case of bottled soda, water, and beer, the options have to be in the millions. They also have a great selection of potato chips from UTZ, to Mountain River, to your standard Frito Lay potato fare. They also have a case of fresh baked sweets including donuts, cinnamon buns, eclairs, etc. Goes great with the huge selection of coffee. WaWa has an APP, so you can order ahead. Youll need to pick up a WaWa gift card to use the online ordering. A little disappointed that you just cant pay via Visa / MC / Amex, but HEY! The food is really good and every WaWa Ive been to is super clean and super consistent. My favorites are the Roast Beef, Spinach and Fontana Panini, and the Meatball Sub is a delectable indulgence. WaWa is Great 24 hour breakfast, lunch. Dinner, midnight snack, addition to the neighborhood!
