It is truly uncommon these days to find a business that excels at customer service to the extent that First Coast T-Shirt Company does!A rare and spontaneous opportunity came up recently for my 6 brothers and sisters to get together in Wisconsin. It was to be only the third time in my life we would all would be together. Naturally, a special family reunion t-shirt was called for, but there was no time to make one. Thats what I thought, however! With fewer than 48 impossibly short hours to get shirts made and shipped, Michael, Terry and Francois, as well as the rest of the dedicated people at FCTSC, put all their talents together. We discussed a shirt concept on a Wednesday evening, ordered shirts Thursday morning, and finalized the design Friday morning. On Friday afternoon, they printed the shirts and immediately shipped them up north in a FedEx box. The awesome shirts then arrived at our sibling reunion less than 72 hours after initially discussing the mere POSSIBILITY of doing a shirt commemorating this momentous occasion.The shirts turned out beautifully. The choice of colors (golden yellow on a red background), the style of shirt (long-sleeved with 1/4 zipper), and a design that depicted a large stone monument our deceased father had built--with each of our 7 names artistically listed within the design--were all recommendations of Michaels. All these factors could only have come together successfully with the dedication and passion of the his team.Michael has done a lot of other impressive work in the past for my company and for family reunions, but this most recent feat surpassed them all.My 6 brothers and sisters and I cant thank those people enough. Keep up the great work!

I wanted to get a rain jacket with my organizations logo embroidered onto it, however I was having a hard time finding a place that could do it for a reasonable cost locally. I contacted First Coast Ts and worked with Darvy. He had several suggestions and was very helpful during the consult and design process. He kept excellent communication from start to finish. My rain jacket came out better than I expected with the logo perfectly executed, and it was done in less than 10 business days. I only put one start because zero wasnt an option!! We had a very simple order!! Turns out they FORGOT to put our order in the schedule, we were told they would be ready FOR SURE by today, went back and the box of shirts was still sitting in the same spot, NOT READY!! horrible customer service, dont keep their promise, wont return calls and wasted our time! Going on 3 weeks and our shirt order STILL isnt finished!! Now we have to answer to our members and explain why something they already paid for still isnt ready! Will not EVER do business with them again and I highly recommend you dont either!!! Wasted time and money! Also just learned that most of the 5 star reviews are actually from the employees... Shame!!!

Went there to get shirts made and the first time they took forever almost a month to get it started then I hired a big dude that needs a bigger shirt. Then I tried to order just like 10 more shirts and they said I had to order 24 or more to place an order. They told me I could bring shirts in during business hours and thats what I tried to do and being that Ive already did business I thought they would do it but they didnt so I went elsewhere. I see JSO police there picking up shirts all the time and they get treated with top respect..but some people they are against. So I just went elsewhere

I needed 25 shirts with my company logo I e-mailed the jpeg file to first coast and they or their rep changed my art work, after being late on the work I approved the changed art work, I did not see that my phone number had been changed to a nonworking number that belonged to who knows who. now I am stuck with 25 shirts that would make good wash rags.First coasts answer to my complaint is sorry you screw up by approving our screw upI was taken for 267 dollars and I will not recommend these people to any one except for wash rags and I have some expensive rages.

This terrible company is not only unprofessional but also dishonest. They are constantly putting off our clubs shirt order after they were paid for. Then once we finally got them to admit their mistake they promised us that our shirts would finally be done the very next day. Of course they werent though. NEVER AGAIN will we recommend them or conduct any type of business with them ever again. They dont deserve our business.

Since 2012 My Dragon Boat Club the Jax Fire Dragons have been using First Coast Tee-Shirt Co. We have always received our shirt, hats/visors and other items before our deadline. Mike and his staff are really wonderful and are great to work with. We are a small customers compared to some of their bigger clients like JSO and USMC Half Marathon. But we are treated equally and one day our club will be huge here in Jacksonville.....Better restock our shirts First Coast Tee-Shirt! Great t-shirts at great prices! They might take a long time but they will get it done!

Horrible experience. Ordered tee shirts and some came out right others were wrong. Told them about it and 1 month later still no shirts. U could see the white in between the colors on the logo, some were sideways, letters messed up and logo was wrong. I Called and left messages and no one called back. Just too much of a hassle!
