The owner was really nice and you can tell if she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. She is talented and always gives good customer service for both her business and wish pick up. She never acts like you are being a bother when you come for your packages as I have experienced with some other pickup locations. Thank you very much! :-)

Amy is the best! She has worked with my 6 year old son to design several T- shirts that he absolutely loves. Every time we go in there one of us finds something that we want to buy.

Showed up 6 days in a row with no one there. Was told I would receive a text about my order and never did. Called more times than that to no answer or answering machine. Messed up my shirt by leaving white in the holes of the letters, and would not fix it claiming it was the image I sent even though the image I sent did not match/have a background.Literally the only place in town that will print less than 7 shirts. I am so disappointed.

Amy is a rockstar who out performs the rest. I brought her a late, rushed job that she handled with ease. Her craftsmanship is second to none.

I really hate leaving bad reviews cause I know what it can do to someones business but I do believe this to be fair. The deadline was missed 4 times. I had to drive there everytime to see if they were done cause she would not answer or return my calls. I will spare details, but I do believe I was lied to. I needed the shirts for my class and she was so late that one person had almost moved before getting his. I had to wait outside the door after hours for her to start on them. Truly I have never felt more disrespected and poor customer service anywhere Ive ever gone. I will never do business with permanent Impressions ever again.

I came across this store when I was looking up laser engraving and my boss also told me about it. I brought a yeti rambler in to have engraved for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. It took only a few days and I was actually surprised at how low the cost was. I was so excited when I saw the cup and how beautiful the work was done! My boyfriend absolutely loved it! Definitely recommend this business and loved how friendly Amy was. Thanks so much.

I heard about this place from my Mom. The owner was able to provide same day service once she learned that I was visiting and leaving the next day. That is not a “norm” usually it’s 3 business days.
