Have been shopping at their Town Center and River City locations for years when I need new scrubs. Brenda today was a prime example of excellent guest service. Friendly, super helpful and informative. Helped me find what they had in-stock and ordered what they didnt. Never hovered over me but was there when I had questions about styles I needed and sizing. Will be back when the time comes to buy or order more.

No real selection of other industries beyond nursing. I called in looking for culinary attire and asked if they had a large selection the woman said yes, I get there its nothing but one rack. A Waste of my time when she could of just said no we dont. The name is misleading when you only focus on one industry.

Highly recommend. Great prices and great customer service. Took 3 shirts in and got a call that they were ready the next day.

I came to the store in November with an urgent need of shirts for my business pop up. I spoke with someone who initially gave me great customer service and walked me through everything I needed.To skip over the small stuff,The last phone call I had with one of the staff from the store was, “Unfortunately, the embroider will not be able to finish your shirts in the time frame that you needed” (which was okay because I know I was already pushing it) So I’m still expecting shirts, I just know I have to use a plan B for this go round at my pop up.January I call, and there are no shirts. The excuse is, “I’m sorry, I was under the impression that you didn’t want the shirts since they weren’t going to be done in the time frame you needed it done by.” Which is okay to assume with your friends or family, but this is a business! On that last call, the question should have been, “would you like continue with your order or cancel due to the time frame?” No accommodation was made, nor did she ask if I would like to place another order.I do not feel valued as a customer.

This store in the absolute best of its kind! As the manager of several local business I was looking for a place that I could find low cost uniform shirts with help designing them as well. I found that and so much more at this location. There were two employees that were busy helping many customers but yet they both acknowledged me when I walked in with a greeting and a smile. While they were both very friendly and helpful, Kyleigh was fantastic with my order. Very professional and detail oriented. I would recommend this location for any uniform needs and recognition to very good staffing in these two women working this morning.

I love the whole store. We were at the River city shopping area. There is a great selection of uniforms. The shoes are on sale, my wife bought three pair. Imagine that. lol

The store is under stock and orders take long to arrive. The older lady could benefit from taking a costumer service class. This store is very close to my house but I dont visit it as often as I could because of her lack of good manners. I only go there as my last resource.

Wow! I am beyond surprised this store doesnt have a working restroom for clients!!! We come in here and spend hundreds of dollars on uniforms shoes and stuff and my 4 year old has no restroom to use. Im beyond disappointed and will not be back! I have attached pictures of their bathroom which is used as a storage.We were told they are selective about who they let use the restroom. The lady behind the counter is EXTREMELY rude. I could not believe how ignorant and horrible her attitude was. Huffing and puffing when I asked what bathroom she uses... She says well we have one..... She got the manager on the phone the whole time snickering like it was a big joke and the manager just said she was sorry. I couldnt believe she wouldnt let a 4 year old use the bathroom. We put our stuff back and left. I will NEVER be back again! And I purchased maternity scrubs from this place when I was pregnant. Their customer service has greatly diminished.
