The staff at this location has always been very friendly and helpful to me. Its always clean and well organized.

Walmart Grocery has better Salad Kits than Publix. You have to go to the back right side to find them by the Rotissarie chickens.

Its OK. They tend to be out of stuff a lot. However if Im in a hurry its close to my house. But I prefer the super Walmart on San Jose Blvd.

Usually been really happy here. However I was disappointed this time. I asked about them having fried chicken (because Ive gotten it before). The young lady closing the deli advised me that they dont sell fried chicken there, I would need to check another store. PFFT.

Its a grocery store with good prices on most things. Steaks are cheap but rather fatty, so make sure to check any meats thoroughly before buying. You get what you pay for.

I went to this store tonight and had to wait in line to checkout for more than 45 min all lines had more than 10 people waiting to be checked out where is management

Your atypical Neighborhood Walmart more Grocery oriented, convenient and fairly well stocked with what you may want/need.Location also very convenient to several great eateries nearby so after or before you get something to eat, good place to stop and find what you need before heading home !

The produce here is always really good. The onion was fresh (no tears). The peppers were beautiful. The trash to pepper ratio meant I got WAY more pepper than I anticipated. Actually, consistently better produce than Publix. (And for less money!) This store is great when all you want to do is buy groceries without the stop at the mega store. Its a perfect neighborhood grocery, in my book.

Very convenient to my house. They dont have what everything I need, but there are certainly things I only go there to get for the prices and I dont have to go to the super store.

What can I say but the staff here is OUTSTANDING! Soooooo friendly. Max needs a raise and promotion she personalize herself with her staff and its so uncommon to find some mangers dont even know your name or cant remember if you shopped at their establishment or not. Max goes above and beyond. Then its two older women in the delli dept one short one taller they been there in delli for a while service remarkable I wish they were always there its always a pleasure. Then there is another manager in the front end very short thick woman. She also on the same level as Max. These two women been here so long really value their customers. As a result I literally come to this walmart Everyday. Just because of my customer experience and their customer ENGAGEMENT. Old St AUGUSTINE RD. IN Jacksonville FL. neighborhood Walmart ROCKSSSS.

It is a smaller Walmart compared to the Mandarin Walmart but it is also a better overall shopping experience. As long as you only need to get basic groceries, your needs can be met by going there.

I walked in and the 2 girls at the door was wearing mask but they were down to there chin not even covering there mouth.. and had the nerve to yell at me to put a mask on or leave.. I said I dont have one they said then you cant shop here then. So I left and went to winn dixie where they offered me a mask If I want one

Probably the overall best Wally World Ive ever been in. Its not the Super WM but it still has tons of everyday stuff. Very clean, decent parking and the employees have always been nice and helpful. If only ALL WM were like this one.

It is very misleading that they have a sign out front on the middle of a pandemic advertising walk ins welcome for vaccinations, to be told when you go in and wait in line for the pharmacy that the sign isnt for Covid vaccinations its for normal other vaccinations. How misleading can you be. The sign should CLEARLY state this does not apply to COVID vaccine. But hey, it is a draw to get people into the store so I guess theres an upside for someone.

My fiance had a bad interaction with a person at the door and was never given the chance to purchase a mask and refused entry. I called the store only because I wanted clarity on what the stipulations are on the mask policy, and the manager Maxine was nothing but gentle, kind, and understanding. She apologized and made sure she would address the issue. Shes an ideal leader. Thank you Maxine, Ill be sure to say hello next time Im in.

This place dang near gave me a stroke with how they handled my customer service it was like talking to a bunch of potatoes!! And all i was trying to do was get cash back so i can then get a simple money order.. Took three people and still they couldnt figure it out..so i went to windixi and they did it no problem..oh and to top it off i got a screw in my tier from there nasty parking lot..thanks..honestly i feel like potatoes are more helpful then the 3 people i spoke too..

They had what I needed & a good price. The woman that was the Entry Door Police was very rude & obnoxious. Excuse me for not seeing the sign that was not there the last 6 years..😠 The cashier could not have been any more annoyed that she had to check me out. Very unpleasant..

I can usually find what I need and get out fairly quickly. Parking is never an issue either.

No concern for customer convenience. Never enough registers unless the self checkouts count, which hardly anybody uses. Stocking carts are always in the aisles, checkout cashiers are slow and dont show any life. Clean store. I go to publix now.

So who doesnt know already that walmart is a multi billion dollar industry. And they cant afford to have staff. Ii hate the lines. I hate how dirty they are. And staff is terrible and you know they hate there job. So sad.

Been shopping there for years I asked the cashier before he started to ring me up To let me have 20 one dollar bills for a 20. He said We cant give you change After he rang me up I ask him again. NO. SO I WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE they said I had to buy something to open a register, I quickly told them I just did with over a $55 purchase she said I should have ask the cashier when his drawer was open. I was beside myself then they a few minutes to get a manager to customer service. She made NO effort to get me change.I walked out to never go there again. Unless someone contacts me to make this right..

We shopped at this store on Saturday the 28th and a bag was inadvertently left behind. I called the store when I arrived home and noticed I did not have everything I purchased. A nice lady said the bag was at Customer Service desk and if we brought in the receipt we could pick it up. I asked if it would be ok to come on Sunday as we live on the Westside and she said yes that was fine. When my husband came on Sunday the woman working at customer service desk was rude, unhelpful and actually hung up on me. He was told the items were put back on the shelf and he would have to go and get them. He told them he did not know exactly what size or brand of the item I purchased but was not helped. They could have run the code on the receipt and told him exactly what the items were. He called me because he was unsure of brands and size and I asked him to let me speak with the associate. I was trying to tell her my husband was disabled and would need assistance but instead she hung up the phone. I find this sales associates attitude and behavior to be absolutely unacceptable. If it had not been after 6pm I would have drove there and had a conversation with the manager because I was very angry. The can of peanuts that my husband brought home was the incorrect item, she never even checked the receipt. We will not be shopping at this store any longer. The pharmacy staff in this store are awesome but the CSR for the rest of the store leave a lot to be desired.

All the coolers were down and no selection on non cooled food. Cashier was not knowledgeable about self checkout.

Today, I went to mandarin neighborhood walmart to get money that was sent to my daughter. I walked up to the cashier at customer service and told her I needed to get money and that I have never done this before. I’m not sure of her name, but she had lots of tats, bright yellow and green eyeshadow and probably late 20’s early 30’s, and dark long hair. Right away she started being very difficult. I understand they have policies and procedures, but darn be a little more understanding and helpful. It was a mess. At one point, I wasn’t sure if the money was sent to me or my daughters. The lady walked away and was talking to another worker. After getting the information I needed I had to tell her I have the information so she would come back over to help me. She definitely needs customer service training before she works the customer service desk. After, getting the money and walking away she yelled out. YOU’RE WELCOME, HAVE A NICE DAY. I wasn’t going to thank her for doing her job and also giving me a hard time. This Walmart has turned ghetto.

Grocery and everyday needs. All the deals and grocery items you expect from Walmart without a huge store. It is a full service complete grocery, but does not have the other departments youd find in a larger Walmart. Produce is fresh and regularly stocked. The small deli has rotisserie chicken and some hot prepared foods. The bakery provides fresh breads and desserts. Take and Bake pizzas are ready every day. Drinks- Juice, soda, water, alcohol- large selections. Full freezer sections. Baby items are well stocked but not as many as the larger stores. The cleaners and paper items are well stocked, & the pharmacy fills all normal prescriptions. The makeup, toiletries, and vitamins/ supplements are comparative to a grocery than the large box store as well. A great value and addition to your local shopping.

Its a decent Neighborhood Market to go to a non-peak hours of the day. They have the general inventory. And, the staff is helpful when asked.

What a Nice place to shop for groceries and I think that the quantities and prices are much better than your typical grocery store. Produce was super fresh as well, definitely is going to start being a regular full list place to go.

I just left Walmart on St Augustine Rd very upset, they aren’t following what they are saying on the commercial, they are not cleaning the shopping cars, and the belts on the register, I ask the cashier and she said that she doesn’t have time because have customers on line, I told her that I am sure people will be happy to wait if she clean the area. Next time I will go to Publix they are taking more care of their customers.

I give it 4 out of 5 and heres why. I am in and out quickly. My only set back is they dont carry some of the things I purchase on the monthly as some of the larger stores. Always stocked always clean on my visits. They even have a deli.

I definitely enjoy picking up necessities here as opposed to the super Wal-Marts in the area. Less crowded, and usually plenty of lines open! The store is laid out well. They have been completely out of at least one produce item on my list whenever I go there, but otherwise they are really good. I love their $5 lily flower bouquets, fresh and beautiful.
