Now I am probably a nightmare customer - I have been calling about sales, quality, cuts, size and everything in between for MONTHS. I have purchased items, but have been on the fence on a BIG purchase. I have come with all three of my kids who acted like wild zoo animals, it was embarrassing (for me, and probably for the workers who had other customers in there). However, they never treated me with any less respect. EVER. They are kind, considerate, hard working and understand real team of jewelry experts. It is an honor to have found such an amazing jeweler and I would highly recommend this location. Teresa in particular - she Rocks! Thank you so much ladies from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Lisa & Lauren arent just a pretty face. No games, articulated a no loss plan. They listened and overwhelmed my experience with anything possible attitude. I have purchased many expensive gifts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!My fiancé bought my engagement ring from them and he said the experience was awful. Though my ring is STUNNING it has been such a hassle which is the last thing any woman should experience being newly engaged. My ring he told them to order a 4 1/2. When we got it back it wasn’t sized correctly and was wayyyyy off it measures at a 5 1/2. After spending almost 4000 on an item I would have hoped they would have checked before saying it was ready. When we found out from another jeweler who graciously put a ring guard on we called them and they said that I could keep my ring until they had another one made to a size 4 which would fit my finger better. Mind you they didn’t even ask me to come in so they can size it this is coming from having it sized at another jeweler. They said that my new ring would be done by April 1st and now they are saying April 19th possibly. I work in healthcare and am unable to wear my ring due to it being too loose and the ring guard becoming loose and falling off. I will NOT be buying any more rings from Kay’s or Jared’s especially when it comes to my band and his ring or when it comes to upgrading my ring in the future.

Went to Kays Jewelers today to exchange two rings and although it was busy, both ladies were very friendly and polite. I was helped by Teresa and she was the best. She was able to exchange the rings with no issues. Thank you!

Lisa, the Jville NC store manager is AMAZING!!! She is so kind & patient. There has never been one single time that I have been in that store that she hasnt given me her full undivided attention. Shes so helpful & always willing to go above & beyond to do whatever it takes to make you happy! I absolutely recommend shopping at Kays in Jville NC! Ask for Lisa, you wont be disappointed!

Thanks to the staff at Jacksonville, NC they noticed my wife’s diamonds was loose on her wedding ring during an inspection. Unfortunately it was right around Christmas time and we were leaving out of town so my wife was bummed she wouldn’t have it when we left. Luckily the staff put a rush on it and we got it back before we left! I also went in to buy my wife a necklace that she wanted for Christmas and it was already sold when I went back but the staff ordered it and it came in before we left to go out of state for the holidays! 5 stars and great customer service.

The employees are so nice and so helpful I loved it! The power went off in the mall and I honestly thought they were gonna tell us to just come back later for the ring but instead they told us to just wait and we’ll continue as soon as the computers started back up. We weren’t rushed and he was never rude. I wish I remembered the guy’s name but I don’t. But all them are pretty awesome

This isn’t the first issue I’ve had, but I’ve never had a good experience at this location. They can never find my information on my wedding ring, although I’ve spent several times putting it all in and they tell me next time it’ll pull up. Today my husband and I got a necklace and ring cleaned, that we bought there, of course. They jokingly mentioned several times about charging. And I’m really not exaggerating, my ring was not clean. I know what it looks like when it is and it looked just like it did before.

Lisa was amazing! My husband and I went in to pick out an engagement ring just before our wedding as we were rushed into getting married before he deployed. We explained our situation to her and she promised we would have the ring back the day before our wedding. I went to pick up the ring the night before, tried it on and it fit perfectly! Definitely recommend Lisa, she’s super nice and she recognizes me every time I walk in. :)

Courtney Davis is amazing! We ordered a customized ring and she always called when there was a status update. If a stage in the fabrication was taking longer than they originally said, she found out why and got back to us quickly. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was so sweet, patient and attentive throughout the process. I definitely recommend asking for Courtney if you go to this Kay store.

I went in looking for an engagement ring and a young girl with dark short curly hair came to help. That was the only thing she did right. The whole time she talked down to me. She would laugh at what I wanted and say to my boyfriend “wow that’s the first thing she actually somewhat liked”. She also continually talked about me having chubby fingers. I would not recommend this place.

Worst place ever. I would give 0 stars or even a negative rating if I could. Went there on Mother’s Day weekend for the 30% off sale. Ordered my wedding band from another store that costs originally $1,100 which would be down to $700ish with the sale. We were assured we’d still be getting the sale price because we ordered it during the weekend of the sale. We were also told the other ring wouldn’t be on sale if we didn’t put a down payment on it. Get there a week and a half later to pick up the rings. Low and behold my ring costed $1,300 after I was told I would be getting a sale price. The other ring we bought came with the sale price because we put a down payment and she told us we should’ve put one on my ring but they never told us to because we were told since we ordered it on the weekend from another store that it’d be fine. Also leaves me wondering why they didn’t ask for a down payment on my ring. They said they couldn’t do much else except give us 10% off but only if we applied for a credit card. And their military discount is the worst and barely affected the price. Needless to say we left there without my ring because I’m not spending my money on a place like this.

My daughter gave me a necklace for Christmas from Kays, unfortunately I lost it a few weeks before I was going to see her. I came into this location distraught and hoping they would have the same piece so I could replace it, to my dismay they did not. Everyone greeted me when I came in and they were all so kind but one of the managers ended up helping me, she calmed me down and reassured me that even though this was a promotional piece that she would track it down. She called me a few days later, informed she had found one and within a week it was in the store. I came in to pick it up and she already had the piece wrapped up and ready to go. I realize that I never told her how thankful I was, I cried when I left because I really thought this piece was irreplaceable. Thank you so much Mrs Lisa for all your compassion and kindness. I can not say enough about this location. God bless you all.

I spent thousands on a engagement ring at this location. When I came back to get a wedding band for myself with my fiancé we were quoted a price for the band. 5 days later they called and said it would actually be 500 more. Doubling the cost. I cancelled. Trying to get refunded now.

Terrible service. Visited this location yesterday and the lady with the overdone lipstick and cake face makeup, would not take care of my rings because I did not have the warranty paperwork on me. She also insulted me because she seems to think that my husband bought the ring since in her closed mind women dont buy things like that. In any case Ill be contacting cooperate as I recommend anyone else with bad service do as well.

This has been the worst customer service experience. You think this store would care more about time management for their customers who pay thousands of dollars for their jewelry. My fiancé had purchased my wedding ring and band in May, and was told he had 60 days to get it resized if it didnt fix. The lady there said to wait to get the band sized closer to the wedding date. He turned the band in 3 weeks ago. I called the store to ask about the status of the ring and they didnt even have record of us getting anything there! He went to the store the next day to ask in person... well it turned out the ring NEVER EVEN LEFT THE STORE TO GET SIZED. I called and complained to the manager Lisa, who had promised me the ring would be done by August 29th. Well, now my fiancé is sitting in the parking lot on September 1st because the ring wasnt at the store. We get married tomorrow. He has to drive 10 hours to get to where we are having the wedding. He wont get home until 4am because we are waiting for a band that should have been in his possession a week ago. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT give these people your jewelry if you want it back on time.

Ive gone in there multiple times to try to get my ring cleaned and Im in there for almost an hour without even being noticed. Not one employee (not even a manager) said hello, or that theyd be right with me, NOTHING. The few times I have stayed long enough for them to finally say something they are extremely rude.

I went to pick up two pieces of jewelry I had sent out, one to be resized and one because a stone was missing. When the sales associate asked what I needed help with, I told her and she immediately frowned and rudely asked for my ID. She found my jewelry in the cabinet and then THREW my ID back at me. I asked her to update the diamond warranty, told me it was already done and refused to re-print it for me. What she doesnt know is that she lost a sale because I was planning on buying a ring, but will never go back to this location for anything.

NEVER buy jewelry from this place. They overcharged me for my wedding band. (We had it on layaway) and kept telling me my balance was still what it started at when we had payed off atleast $100 on it. The girls are rude and one proceeded to yell at me and my husband BOTH on two seperate occasions because one of the employees didnt give me a ticket for my ring re-sizing. so I got yelled at for it. I made a simple comment about how it was odd I never got a ticket and she yelled at me some more, instead of looking at the fact maybe one of HER employees screwed up. Theyre just simply awful and youd be saving yourself a lot of trouble if you didnt go there at all.

I absolutely would not ever recommend this place to anyone. When I went in the ladies didnt even greet me for a while despite being the only person in the store. when I approached them to have them look to see if I had a loose prong on my wedding ring which I bought from another Kay Jewelers they informed me that I had a chip in my diamond, they told me I could send it to the company to get the prongs tightened but since I had chipped my diamond that that they wouldnt insure it and they would only reimburse me for the setting if it was lost in the mail. They also informed me that they wouldnt cover my diamond because there is no longer value on it since it was chipped (my diamond is over carat). Anyway I took my ring to three different actual jewelers and all three informed me that it was not a chip and that it is just a natural part of all diamonds! Kay wanted me to ship out my ring with them and only insure $1000 of it when my ring is appraised at $7500. There staff is not knowledgeable and were just plain rude to me. I am very disappointed with them and will not ever give them my business again!
