My family and I really enjoyed taking our open water SCUBA class with Diver’s Supply and would recommend it to others.Special shout out for Justin, Ashley, Alex, and Amanda for being great instructors who where very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process.

If you need any dive gear or want to get certified in diving I highly suggest Divers Supply in Jacksonville, Florida. They have a good website and the prices are really competitive and will price match too. I know they ship to US territories, not sure about international shipping.I am incredibly pleased with the service and high quality instructuon we got from them: from responding so quickly to fill our desire for them to finish the classes they started in MD, to getting the right gear, spending extra time in the pool, and particularly their commitment to our safety. They were really amazing. They were a good place for us to invest our money!Our details; We moved aboard our boat a month ago and sailed from Maryland to Florida and plan to dive from our boat. Our tween/teen boys were not able to finish their class this fall due to the instructor getting Covid. We needed gear for all of us, as well as the boys to finish certification, which we werent sure if that could even happen. We came in on the day before Christmas to purchase our gear and Lee and Bob Collins got us set up for gear, helping us choose each piece appropriately. Bob was willing to do a private class/ refresher for all of us the day after Christmas in just a day and half. He spent extra time with us making sure we all got what we needed and also with one of my boys in the pool since he was having trouble with a particular skill. Bob has high expectations, but I think that was appropriate due to importance of safety and the nature of diving. For the certification dives the dive instructor Washington was fun yet clear on expectations and what needed to be done. The cert dives were held at Florida Springs and were really good beginner dives.

Divers Supply is THE place to go. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are very reasonable and if you want to get certified then this is the place to go! Thank you Kim for being so thorough with our kids! They will be safe divers because you started them off right!

Prices are very competitive vs online. They have a pool onsite as well as a very large selection of gear. They also have a nice selection of JBL spear guns and accessories. Staff is very friendly but service can be a bit slow because they give each person their full attention, so plan a few minutes to browse while youre there.

I just got certified, its a great place to learn diving from professionals.affordable and great service.

Dropped off 3 tanks, 2 BCs, and 2 regulators. Was told Id get an email when it was ready. Never heard anything, called and was told they had the regulators ready but didnt have any info on other gear. So I explained its all on the original ticket. They finally found it and said everything was ready less the BCs. I was told Id get an email when it was ready and should be done by Friday. So Saturday rolls around I have no email no call. I call them and Im told the same thing again, that both regulators are ready. Im irritated at this point and explain this is the 2nd time they dont seem aware of my other gear. They go check and find its all ready and explain Id need to purchase a new pressure gauge when I arrive. A couple hours later I show up to get my gear, I had to remind them I needed to buy a gauge, they sell me one but dont offer to install it on the very gear they just serviced. Then they bring out my tanks with no caps, even though I specifically requested caps and saw each tank labeled with a ticket stating to add cap.So 6 days later I put my gear together to check it myself before my dive. I connect my regulator to tank, then attach regulator to BC. 20 mins later my BC is completely full. So I purged it and listened. I could easily hear air pushing through the valve on the BC. To be sure I connected my other BC to the same regulator, no issue. So not only did they misstep twice and not seem aware of all my gear, not offer to install my gauge, they also apparently didnt check these BCs properly.

Getting my open water certification at the Fl springs was AMAZING! Such beautiful clear water- I loved it!Why get certified in a muddy cold lake in NC, where I live, when I can enjoy FL sunshine and have Miss Virgil happily greeting me?But best of all was the personalized training and attention I received from the staff at Diver’s Supply, Jacksonville.They went above and beyond to ensure I was confident with my equipment and pool skills, so I could have a wonderful time exploring this new underwater environment.Thank you George, Justin, Mike, Ashley, and everyone else with Diver’s Supply, for your patience and encouragement! Something I wish I would have done 20 years ago. Going to Divers supply was the best decision I could have made. I knew nothing other than the information I learned through the on line course. The staff at Divers supply are great. Very friendly and curtious. A big shout out to my instructors, Bob Collins, Justin Collins, and Wash. They are true professionals with the correct knowledge and patience to get you trained the right way. Thank you all for the training and information. if you are thinking about learning to scuba dive, stop waiting and do it. You wont regret it.

Over the last 20 years I have worked with countless dive shops. I should have started with Diver Supply Jacksonville and I could have stopped counting. Their customer service in front is it the stick which all on dive shop should be measured against. The workmanship of the technician in the back is the industrys benchmark for attention to detail. The men and women dive instructors in the field are masters and making their students feel safe and capable of completing the required task, even the task that may have had the student fearful do to their own apprehension. In 3 works: patient and compassionate. Front, service and field work Diver Supply Jacksonville is the triple threat. My advice. Go here for all your diving needs.

Super awesome all inclusive scuba gear store and dive training facility located in Jacksonville Fl. Visited the first time for window shopping. Prices are lower than Amazon and they will match. Two days later we signed up for their “Try Dive” class. Super awesome experience I highly recommend. They provide everything, you literally just show up! Today we purchased our simple gear. With such a large selection we fitted different brands and styles until we found our match. All sorts of colors, designs and styles. The staff is well knowledgeble and very approacheable. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase a single item.Our next step is to get certified. Although Jacksonville has superior selection of dive shops Divers Supply this is our store. Thank you team and keep up the good work.

I can say that I have been to all the dive shops in Jacksonville and this is by far the most impressive. People are very friendly and the gear selection is huge they also have the best prices. The store is larger than any store I have ever been in you could easily spend a day just browsing the showroom. I have taken a few classes and some trips with them and they are a first class bunch of guys. They also have a great training facility with a pool on sight. My favorite dive shop in Jacksonville by far.

Received open water certification last weekend. Alex, Jason and Chris were outstanding instructors. They created a fun, learning environment. All had vast diving knowledge and were able to answer any diving questions. I had an opportunity to dive with them at Blue Grotto and Rainbow River. I would highly recommend Divers Supply to anyone interested in becoming certified.

The prices here are great! I do my research and cant find anything cheaper on Amazon so just buy it here. Plus you get expert advice when you buy. I am a beginner diver and these guys are great. I have lots of questions as I buy my equipment and every single person there if very knowledgable. They have very quality brands and equipment as well from my research.

Had a great experience doing the fast track scuba course. Was more than helpful with anything I needed to know. Being a college student I sit in classes day in and day out. This was one I looked forward to going to. Also staff is very knowledgeable about everything. Always there to help even under a budget!

Great dive shop!! My husband and 16 year old son were certified by Kim and Alex. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and know their stuff. We have been on trips with them to West Palm and the Rainbow River and enjoyed ourselves. They are very organized. Also did advance Nitrox certification through them. Great overall dive shop and best in town!

I have taken a couple of my scuba classes with them now and feel that the instruction has far exceeded what I received elsewhere. Prices are good, instructors are great, and all store associates have been phenomenal. When customer service makes you feel like family you know where you will continue to shop. The store has a large enough selection that you should be able to walk out with whatever you need. If you want something special that they do not carry Ill about guarantee they can get it for you.

All of the staff that I have encountered in the store have been super helpful with assisting me in picking out my gear. They have all been very knowledgeable in guiding me with each of my purchases. I just finished my certification dives and I cant say enough about how great Ashley was in getting me through the first day at Blue Grotto. The visibility was horrible which made me very uncomfortable. She worked with me and gave me all the extra time and attention I needed. I was then able to enjoy the 2nd day at Rainbow River which was phenomenal! I highly recommend Divers Supply to anybody looking for gear or certifications.

Just took the Fast Track Certification course for SDI. I loved it. The pool instructor Alex Jones was very knowledgeable and I feel prepared me for the Open Water weekend portions thoroughly. Kim Fair was excellent in the Blue Grotto Springs and at KP Hole in showing me the skills needed and helping my confidence to make sure I was ready. Thank you very much you two!

Great diving certification experience from the pool to the check out dives to the purchasing of equipment! Instructors, Jason, Dave, and Bob and were very knowledgeable and thorough and made the diving fun. Staff (Amanda) is also very helpful both in the store and assisting with the pool classes. Great shop for training, scuba rentals and equipment. I have also been on some trips with them. We are fortunate to have Divers Supply in Jacksonville with so many training and equipment options. Whats more, prices are very competitive!

By far the BEST DIVE SHOP IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA! Very educated, largest selection, BEST prices, and they even have an indoor heated pool to accommodate classes year round! Ive taken many of my courses there, and the instructors are very thorough! They have an onsite Hydro machine, And YES, they abide by the few diving regulations in the industry, including requiring a C-card to obtain an air fill and they have no problem providing a customer with their Clean Air Certificate.

They do not care! Do not recommend! Paid in full for Advanced Dive Class in February of this year and let the shop know I was moving in early May. I completed the online course within the week then called periodically to see when they were going out. I finally received a call at the end of May sticking me in with people that had half of the dives done so I would have to do another separate day in a different location as well -when I’m already out of town. (Originally was told it would be private due to lack of instructors going out in cold water, which I bought a 7m suit for). Then upon arriving to receive the refund I’m told they have taken multiple advanced classes out! Why was I only called once?!? Now I’m moving to a place that doesn’t offer SDI courses so I wasted an additional $150 since it’s non refundable and I have to retake the course. I am so disgusted.

Excellent place to take classes, buy Dive gear at great prices or get your tank/equipment serviced. My son is taking the Open Water Class and we both took the Nitrox Class. Our Instructor Justin was very knowledgeable and insightful about the nuances of Nitrox diving. I would recommend this anyone who dives stop by and see for yourself.

To start, Ill say my wife and I are from MO and spent 3 months in Flagler Beach, FL. After deciding to try scuba we drove up to St. Augustine and went to a few dive shops there just to price some gear and lessons. After finding one with instructors we enjoyed and seemed knowledgeable, I signed up for discover scuba there. After my class we decided to go for it and priced the whole course and gear at close to $3,000 for the two of us. Needless to say we decided to think about it and search around some. A week later we were in Jacksonville on a trip to the zoo and stopped by Divers Supply to check prices. As soon as we walked in I knew I liked it here. They have EVERYTHING and then some. After an hour or so we were fitted for our gear with some help from the great and friendly staff and on the road again. A week later we came back to sign up for private open water classes and the kicker was not only are they nicer and more knowledgeable than the other shops we went to, it was less than half the price. Our confined water class was a blast with Jason, he is patient, precise, and has a ton of experience and can answer any question we threw at him. He even let me borrow his flashlight for our check out dives after meeting me just a couple times. My wife and I have very different study habits and learning skills and he made it work flawlessly. I hope to be able to learn spearfishing from him also. Our check out dives with Justin were no different. We were both somewhat nervous and he kept us calm and didnt rush anything. He too is very patient and understanding and I always felt like everyone at Divers Supply wants you to be successful and have fun. I saw another review about them trying to nickel and dime you, in our experience it is quite the opposite. The prices on gear, classes and even trips are more than reasonable and in my (limited) experience they are the only shop Ive been to that DIDNT try to nickel and dime. I so look forward to coming back to continue my diving education and hopefully some trips with the crew from Diver Supply Jacksonville. Thats all for nowSee ya!

I called and asked if I bought a tank could I get it filled and they said yes. Then I drive 50 some miles to get there and they will sell me the tank but wont put any air in it. I canget the tanks alot cheaper online so its a waste of time and gas going there.
