I needed new door hardware as a life at the beach and the salt air plays havoc with our exterior door hardware. Karah who I communicated with online was incredibly responsive, provided great advice and provided several options. I ended up getting the identical product I have from someone else as Rayware didn’t carry it but I would compliment them on their responsiveness, assistance and willingness to help. Thanks Karah!

We went to this store around 2PM. Walked around the entire store, beautiful one-of-a-kind fixtures, bathtub, sinks, etc, however we were never approached by any employee for assistance. It was not busy, we were extremely disappointed and wont return.
