TMC driver here easy offload of wood freight. Come in and turn on 120th street crossing railroad tracks drive straight back pass a Seafood place on your right and a small church like home on your left. Pull down towards the stop sign with truck instructions written on it. Dont pull all the way down there is a locked gate past sign youve gone to far. The turn in gate is on your left its marked you can see Lumber Yard to your left easy. You can parkup on 120th overnight. If too many trucks are there you can parkup in dirt lot near railroad tracks just off of 120th. Easy off load see pics I post. 6-23-20

Continual issues with their truss department regarding communication and service. I have had extensive delays on multi million dollar projects due to communication and lack of follow through from sales staff in Groveland and upper management both in Groveland and Jacksonville . After issues were brought to regional managers and truss plant managers attention they assured me that the truss issues would be handled in a timely manner. It took 5 weeks from that point when they told me it would be handled that same week. Not one manager followed up with me on this matter and when I followed up with them it seemed that I clearly was not a priority customer to them. Even months later I am experiencing more delays with trusses on the same project, unbelievable! I also have had issues with them handling warranty issues on numerous projects. On one project my customer had to take off 4 different days from work because they kept coming unprepared or was missing parts to complete the repair, just crazy. On another project it took them over six months to repair the high end jeldwen windows they supplied and installed. The homeowner was furious as I was as well and had to threaten litigation. I can not believe the lack of accountability in both the truss department and managerial staff. The only consolation is the new sales guy I work with is helpful and communicates well otherwise I dont know what I would do.
